Our entire experience was wonderful. We had a fabulous waitress. She had great suggestions of what to order and was very accommodating. The food and wine were outstanding. We will definitely return the next time we're in town.

I made a reservation months in advance and asked to be seated downstairs. We were in Eureka Springs celebrating our 40th anniversary, which I mentioned it in our reservation. First of all, it is very hard to find a parking place. We were seated immediately, our table was by the grotto, but inside where the bar was located. So, it was not private nor special. The hostess brought water to our table. We waited about 10 minutes and did not see a waiter. My husband had to ask another waiter to find us a waiter, which tainted the evening. Our waitress was sweet and helpful. The menu is al la carte. I ordered the salmon and grilled asparagus. Waitress said sauces come with it and pointed out the sauces, including the crab sauce. (We were charged $8 more for this "included sauce"). Salmon was excellent, asparagus tough. My husband ordered the filet and a potato. The filet was seasoned well but tough for a $48 steak. The horseradish and yogurt on the potato were not very good. The potato would be better with just sour cream and butter. All in all, it was a good meal but pricey. We expected to pay more but expected more for paying more. Our anniversary was not acknowledged either. Why ask if you have a special occasion. If you don't acknowledge the occasion?

Super cool location as inside of restaurant had the rock wall/water. Food was just “okay”. For the price, was expecting more flavor. Brussel sprouts were burned. Best part of dinner was the Mac and Cheese (sadly).

Excellent food, the best I've had in Eureka Springs. My wife and I have visited this restaurant a few times over the years, and it's always fantastic. We shared the Creekstone sliders for an appetizer, then had the duck for our entree, before finishing with the bread pudding for dessert. Everything was excellent. Our server (I believe his name was Tony?) was very personable and knowledgeable. Just a great restaurant!

Our waiter was great and very knowledgeable about the menu and the wine paired well with our meals. My short rib was a bit black in a few parts but it was still good, the mushrooms were yummy. I’d recommend it!

Service was excellent. Food almost excellent. Good flavors, but wouldn't put it in the price performer category. Baked potato and fries were the stars. We had a table for 2 pressed up against the wall, but better than the table on the stairs. By 7pm they were out of the chocolate dome that I was looking forward to. Nice place to eat if you are in Eureka but wouldn't make the drive over from NWA again just to eat here.

Pleasantly surprised by how great the overall experience was at Grotto. From service to food, we rate it top notch - excellent in every way. My wife and I enjoyed 3 small plates with a couple of sides, drinks, and desserts. Besides the always present challenge of parking in Eureka Springs, the evening was delightful and we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

This may have been my best dining experience .. the food was absolutely amazing ! The staff was polite and engaged. It does get busy though I recommend reserving your spot before hand to speed up things. 20 out of 10 !!

Absolutely spectacular food, service and ambiance. We love the menu. GET THE CLAMS and COPPERSTONE SLIDERS We were the 2nd couple through the doors this Saturday. Very quick excellent service.
