We booked this for 430 on the busiest night. When we arrived, sign on door saying it was closed due to lack of staff.

Problem is that it was too late to book anything, so the last night of my vacation was with McDonalds

The food and atmosphere are really good. The staff were very personable. We had a reservation for 8:00 but we were not seated until 8:50. It was disappointing given that we always make reservations days ahead to ensure that the restaurant is ready to seat us.

Had made a reservation weeks in advance and specifically requested to sit on the patio. I received a call 2 hours to confirm on the day where again I said the reservation was on the patio and I was told yes, and when we arrived we were seated indoors. Disappointing but the server and the food were great.

Very pleasant lunch outdoor. We had the veggie and chicken Paninis which were quite good and served with salad and fries at a very reasonable price.

Average food & ambience was lacking. Sat outside on plastic chairs at a plastic table. No music, no frills but prices that demand better than no frills. They can do so much better.

Left a bruise on a peach of a day! Hostess was rude and disconnected. Table was in high traffic area beside server station, not considered social distance. Asked to move twice, was ignored. If the customer is right, this is not the place. No option for dining in town at dinner time, just needed to eat. Not impressed.

Our meals were outstanding! Very nice place for dinner and many great choices on their menu. Lots of great wine choices. Will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

The service was great but the food was very basic and nothing special.

The issue I had was when we arrived our table was not ready. We were advised that sometimes people do not show and if someone walks in they will give your table away. We had to go for a walk and come back 30 minutes later.
The food and service was great.
I told them that it is best they do not take reservations so the public knows what to expect. If they say they take reservations they need to honour this.
We were not the only ones who had to wait for up to an hour to get seated.

Having lived in NOTL and visited many times before and after I always walked by this restaurant but never dined. The patio is prime location, near the corner of King and Queen with a view of the Prince of Wales. The food was good, the ambiance lovely and the service efficient, but we found the price a little high for what it was. Dinner for 2 was $150, it felt more like an $80-$90 meal. That's NOTL though, you pay for the location.

Amazing service! This is the second time I have been to this restaurant when visiting Niagara on the Lake and the food is phenomenal. The servers are even better. They are always so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back

the food was good . We were there by ourselves for about half an hour before anyone else came in. Surprisingly, the food was very promptly delivered to the table and it was really good... Looking forward to going back when covid is gone !!!

Excellent quality food and great service. Been here 3 or 4 times now and have always been impressed. This time we had a Caesar salad, risotto and seafood pasta. We also shared a creme brûlée. Will be back again.

Such a great evening and we had the restaurant to ourselves. We were greeted by name and escorted to a table by the window. Sean took great pride in ensuring our evening was perfect and he succeeded. Wonderful orange roughy. Please go and enjoy.

Amazing food, amazing service. Couldn't believe this place wasn't full on a Saturday night. Had the mussels and escargot for starters and both were delicious. We each had a pasta dish - seafood linguine and the spicy sausage penne. So so good. Service could not have been nicer and more accommodating.

The food was unbelievable! Truly enjoyed every last bite. Our server was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was perfect!

I am unable to review as the restaurant was closed. We were very disappointed as we always visit this venue when we ate in town an to have our reservations be accepted and find out that they were closed when we hot there was highly disappointing. We enjoyed our dinner at Grill on King. Service was very friendly and quick. Food was very good and we were pleased with the portion sizes. We would definitely recommend and return again!
