We went to celebrate our engagement and it was amazing. The calamari appetizer was great. I got the garlic crusted tuna and the meatballs as my entree and he got the lamb chops with truffle fries. All was delicious. Only thing subpar was the salad. The dressing was basically just oil, it has no flavor at all. The dessert was yummy, some sort of chocolate cake. Service was good. Give you space but also check in when needed and are responsive. Nice place. Will definitely go back.

Awesome food and service

I usually always try to dine at Green Valley whenever I'm in town for Furniture Show. We got there early for our reservation, but were able to get seating in the bar area. I had my tried and true short ribs , which were tender and meaty as usual. I also had the Truffle fries which were amazing. What else can I say. Great service, food and ambiance. That's what continues to bring me back whenever I'm in town.

The staff was so helpful and patient with our very large group during a busy furniture market weekend. The food was delicious and our server was great. Beautiful table by big windows with twinkling lights overlooking a garden.

Green Valley Grill never disappoints my wife and I. We have been enjoying our dining here for the past years and it's always been a wonderful experience. You cannot get better food and service anywhere in Greensboro.

We went for Easter brunch and had reservations and that is recommended as it was booked. The food arrived quickly, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and all of our food was delicious! The only thing is I felt rushed, we were in and out in an hour. The quickness was good for business, but not digestion.

Our favorite restaurant for any occasion! GVG is always a treat. Wonderful service consistently.

This was my first brunch experience at Green Valley. I am a big fan for lunch and dinner, but wasn't very impressed with my breakfast entree the mushroom leek frittata was luke warm and looked like it had been reheated created an odd consistency. However, my husband loved his entree, the cocktails were nice, service amazing. So I will try again!

Wonderful food and outstanding service! Our party of four ordered a variety of dishes (grilled tuna salad, chicken, salmon, chicken salad croissant). All were delicious! Everyone was so friendly.

Great night for my girlfriends birthday dinner on the patio. Waiter was great and the med tapas app was fantastic. She got one of the chicken entree plates and loved it. I ordered the lamb chops and probably wouldn’t do so again though. They were cooked perfect at medium rare but the plate had a lot going on and didn’t come away wanting them again.

Very good martini. We had the short ribs and pork loin. The meal was excellent. We also enjoy their brunch.

Easy to make reservation via Open Table. Service was impeccable. Every bite of every dish was delicious and enjoyed by all at the table. The trout was outstanding! Great wine with affordable bottles of really good wine. Check came, and it was more than reasonable for an evening with great friends. We are always put in charge of “picking the place”. Tonight the group thought we hit a home run.

We had a 11:15 am reservation, ordered omelettes with wheat toast, hash browns were overcooked, we didn’t get toast until our meal was almost finished, when it did finally come it was burnt on one side, no butter or jelly, had to ask for the toast 3 times, service was so so, very disappointed today! Was one of our favorite spots for breakfast/brunch. My husband said he will not be going back.

I chose this restaurant for our 20th anniversary because it's the only place in Greensboro that has an amazing selection of southern Italian red wines. They have a great cocktail menu if you want to grab one before your reservation. We started with the blue crab-spinace appetizer with cracker bread and it was delicious. For dinner my husband ordered filet mignon and i had the scallops. Both were perfection. The flavors were amazing. It's usually busy, so plan ahead. Great place to take out-of-town or business guests.

This was a lovely spot for a brunch/lunch. The menu had enough choices so even our picky eaters had no trouble choosing. The food was very good and the presentation was excellent. And the overall feel of the restaurant was upscale without being pretentious.
