   Ahi Tuna appetizer was large, but overcooked. Main course was a duck breast that had good flavor but was tough. Try the blueberry homemade ice cream… best thing I ate there!!

   We decided to celebrate our anniversary at GVG on a recommendation from a friend. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great. Every staff member was warm and friendly. The food was perfect. It was well worth the trip and I’m sure we’ll be back. Next time we plan to make it an overnight trip and try their brunch menu as well.

   Another great meal at Greensboro's best restaurant! Our only problem was the dining room was a little cold! The air from the ceiling vents was blowing directly on us (dining room to the far right)... I changed seats with my wife so the back of our booth would shield her from the air... it worked. That's a nit pic, but I thought I'd mention it anyway! Not enough of a problem to affect my initial sentence! See you again soon!

   Brought my mother for Sunday brunch. The food was excellent- we had the eggs benedict and split an order of coffee cakes. The service was top notch and they had jazz music playing which was really enjoyable and at a volume that helped drown out others’ conversations. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

    As usual, everything about the Green Valley Grill was outstanding. The service was great, the Old Fashioned was made correctly, the facility is beautiful and the food was outstanding. The Wood-fired Baked Shrimp Santorini was outstanding and the Vegetable Lentil Cakes were fantastic. The Strawberry salad which was served with the Lentil Cakes was particularly good. I highly recommend the Green Valley Grill. It is consistently a great experience.

    We were seated by the hostess immediately upon arrival. The service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer. The crab dip was delicious, but the lavosh crackers were quite stale. We have ordered this appetizer on prior visits, and the crackers were always fresh, crispy and tasty. Hopefully, someone will order fresh crackers and trash the current supply of stale crackers. Fortunately, our entrees were delicious as was our Nutty Irish Pie dessert.

    Dining at Green Valley Grill is always a treat and the service is exceptional! This was an anniversary for me and my wife and we enjoyed every minute of it. Our waitperson encouraged us to take our time and to savor the food and the ambience. The crab and spinach dip appetizer was the best, the wine superb, and the entrees (especially my wife's - Filet Mignon) were very enjoyable. I recommend Green Valley Grill and Print Work's Bistro every chance I get.

    Beautiful restaurant- nice shaded patio. Cesar Salad was a very large portion but a little underwhelmed by the dressing. Crab cakes were delicious.

    Food excellent as was service. Surroundings comfy but in certain areas of the main dining room, the light is rather bright… spots from high above cast unflattering shadows; think interrogation lighting. Otherwise A+.

    Gorgeous restaurant, friendly staff, and plenty of parking. We started with wine and the bread basket which was delicious. I had thé short rib and my friend had the scallops. Both were very flavorful and well prepared. The strawberry and buttermilk ice cream for dessert was the prefect way to end the meal.

    The perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, in this case two birthdays. We can always count on having excellelent entree choices and have never been disappointed. Our server did a great job and was engaging but never intrusive. The small room where we were seated had nice outdoor views and a good ambience.     I recommend the Strawberry Bruschetta which has sunflower butter on it and tastes a touch like peanut butter, although my husband didn't like it. To each his own. At first we were seated in the room to the right with lower ceilings. While it seemed like it would be cozier, the A/C was blowing on us and we found the room to be noisy. We were happier in a small booth in the main room.

    GVG is one of our favorite places to meet friends. Everything on the menu is excellent. Drinks are very good as well, and they have a nice selection of wines and beers. Not a young rowdy crowd.

    We went for lunch on a Sunday after reading a great review. The venue is lovely and ambience very classic and quaint. The service was excellent and cheerful, with class. The food was disappointing. Not a huge amount of flavour or variety. The options are classic with a little twist. It was very busy so it’s clearly a favourite with some.

    The Pasta Bolognese is superb. The Caesar Salad with crunchy Parmesan pieces is a perfect starter. The complimentary gourmet bread serving is yummy. Morgan is a very polite and professional waitress that knows the food and wine menu.

    Great meal- We ate the blackened grouper special. steak, tuna appetizer, salads bread -all excellent. The service was not at its usual peak. The reservation( which was both through Open Table and checked up on by phone) was bungled and we had a 15 minute wait while they fortunately found us a booth in the Greenhouse as we had requested. This was a special celebration and a quieter seating was necessary for all our guests to be heard. The waitress was perhaps new and maybe still learning so the service was not up to their usual standards She brought the beer out in a can, rushed the courses and did not volunteer the specials until asked. Nonetheless it was a delicious ,perfectly cooked meal!

    The Caesar’s salad was a chopped lettuce and cornflakes like croutons. It was wilted and over-dressed. The crab cake plate was heavy and a big plate. The crab cakes were tasty but a bit overcooked. The affogato was delicious, and the Macallan 18 was supurb as was expected. Service was first rate.
