   Awesome atmosphere and tasty food at great value. Want to come back for a Jazz Night on Thursdays at the attached hotel. Definitely recommend

   A Glowing Evening at Green Valley Grill Our dinner at Green Valley Grill was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, Shelby, the hostess, welcomed us with warmth and charm. With the elegance of a seasoned symphony conductor, she orchestrated the evening’s beginning with ease and poise. Our server, Shakira, was a star in her own right. Courteous, poised, and attentive, she anticipated our needs with the precision of a maestro and the heart of a true hospitality artist. As for the food—where to begin? The Potato Leek Soup was silky and savory, a warm and welcoming overture that hinted at the delights to come. The Short Rib Sliders were rich, tender, and deeply satisfying—truly a “short” story with a deliciously long finish. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken was a masterpiece of comfort and complexity. You could say it left us "clucking" with joy. And the Wood-Fire Grilled Filet Mignon was succulent and deeply flavorful. It truly raised the steaks for what a perfectly cooked filet should be! For dessert, we indulged in a Frozen Nutty Irishman and a Blueberry Crumble Pie. The Frozen Nutty Irishman was a frosty flirtation of flavor—creamy, crunchy, and utterly irresistible. One spoonful, and we were nuts about it, raising a toast: “Top o’ the dessert to ya!” As for the Blueberry Crumble Pie? It was less a dessert and more a declaration of pastry perfection. With each bite—a harmony of sweet, sun-kissed berries and buttery, golden crumble—we found ourselves “berry” much in love. In short, Green Valley Grill delivered a five-star performance on every level—cuisine, service, and ambiance. Shelby, the guiding light. Shakira, the shining star. And the kitchen? Pure culinary poetry. Bravo, Green Valley Grill—we’re already planning our encore.

   Saw jagersnitzel on the menu ordered it came out with this almost plate sized pork chop perfection, couldn’t finish it took home half for lunch next day , the mushroom sauce is perfect complement, we were celebrating our 47th anniversary, they treated us to a dessert to share, we couldn’t finish that either, very rich nutty Irish cake , my husband had the scallops dish and vowed he’d order that again! We’ve come to this restaurant over 20 years , when whole trined artichoke are on the menu I always get that and the leek soup!

   Good and service are consistently above average. Our group of 12 was well taken care of. I appreciate the individual bills so we could each work out who paid for what. The menu has an excellent range of dishes and portions.

   We visit Greensboro often to see our kids. We had never been here before and were pleasantly surprised! We were expecting something nice but this place is special. Everything top to bottom was exceptional! The menu was interesting and the prices were very fair. Cudos we will be back.
