Green Street Restaurant
Celebrated Easter with the family at Green Street Restaurant. They never disappoint. Service is on point and food is always great. Family favorites, Steak and Diane, Diane Salad, Shrimp Quesadilla, Green Street Cobb, and Fish Tacos. Good Margaritas and Bloody Mary's. Their zucchini bread is beyond this world. Great family atmosphere and reasonable prices.
Bryan - don't know his last name - was a great waiter. Give him a raise!
We sat outside for a dinner meal. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was very good and the portions were good. The outside atmosphere was very nice with umbrellas and lighting. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable evening.
Interesting and tasty food. Timely and pleasant service.
The Diane Salad did not taste like the Diane salad. The tri tip sliders, the meat was grizzly and only small pieces. The waiter was not interested in serving us. My husband has a term for this, "how can I not help you?" It took him a long time to even come to the table. He never introduced himself. He was disinterested. We did not get serving spoons to serve the salad and we had to hunt him down. Waited about 10 minutes before he came around again. $16.95 for 4 sliders that were not chocked full of meat and did not even look appealing. I will say that the zucchini bread was delicious.
We have been coming to Green Street since 1984. I do not plan to come back. Ever.
Service and food were both great!
The food was quite good. The service was extraordinary.
Seasonings overdone..... only thing we finished was the hamburger.... it was great
Have been going here for 30 years. The restaurant needs to spruce up a bit and could be a lot cleaner. But the food is still great so I keep coming back. It’s just not as nice for business meetings. Service could be better too - which I think could be solved by scheduling more wait staff.
Horrible service. Took forever to get our drinks including non-alcoholic ones, then forgot one entirely. Brought out main course before salad, so we cancelled the salad. Ordered sweet potato fries & received regular fries. Terrible experience. Sorry we brought our friends who have never been here before. They certainly won’t be back! I don’t recommend this restaurant for a party larger than four people. The food was ok, but not worth the aggravation.
Loved my meal but slow to get the check. Great service other than that. Outdoor seating was very nice but cars could drive by. I loved the papaya quesadilla!! Can be your main dish!!
Tasty food (especially the chocolate zucchini bread pudding!!!) and nice atmosphere. They were especially accommodating as we were 10 people for lunch celebrating my grandma's birthday. The space was perfect and the waitstaff were very attentive.
Reliably good food and excellent service, as always.
We love Green Street Restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Great happy hour!!!
I was very disappointed in the salmon burger. It was thin and burned on both sides. The bacon was very tough and overdone. The zucchini bread was ok but way overpriced as was the other dishes. The french fries were very mediocre and I would have actually preferred McDonalds or Burger King fries to be perfectly honest. All in all, not really a great value to spend $50 for lunch. My friend had an asian salad. Again, way overpriced .
A neighborhood restaurant - lots of regulars - with a cut above menu at reasonable prices and friendly service. Ambience okay but nothing special. Free parking on side streets if you can find a space.
Love to go to Green Street Restaurant! Its been a family favorite for years.
Food was good but the noise level was extremely high so you couldn't hear to talk!
Great menu, lovely waitress, excellent overall experience.
What a great find! Perfect location & loved our breakfast options, especially the quinoa & eggs plus the famous house-made zucchini bread❤️
Delicious food and excellent customer service
We loved Green Street Restaurant! We came here for dinner, service was excellent, very professional. We shared all our plates. The House Salad has roasted beets and mozzarella on it with a light balsamic vinaigrette. It was a huge salad, couldn’t finish it. Then we tried the Tri-tip sliders- 4 on a plate with sweet potatoes fries. Excellent! But the best dish was the three mushroom fettuccine, wow! I’d come back just for that! Big chunks of shiitake, Cremona, and whites in a sauce that wasn’t too over powering. For dessert we split the berry crisp, not wowed over that. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.
Green Street, as usual, was excellent. One of best overall eateries in Pasadena for 30 plus years.
When got there went to the order a Bloody Mary it’s the best drink waited for our table of 5 order breakfast pancakes are really good and coffee is excellent overall we where very pleased enjoyed the place this restaurant I will recommend to anyone 👍
The menu in the restaurant was far smaller than the one on line.
Have dined there often in the past but it has been about five years since the last visit. Many things were the same and while the food was great, it was not quite as good as in the past.
A great place for family brunches and meals -our local
5:45 Friday reservation; few there but numbers began to build after 6:00; nicely paced service, salmon was nicely prepared--topnotch on all counts.
I enjoyed a very nice salad. Service was efficient. She kept up on the refills.
My go-to restaurant, particularly for lunch. I love their salads.
Delicious food, great service, and near by parking...Very nice experience.
The service and food were great! My guest had never been here, before, and was thrilled with her experience. That kind of reaction said it all!
Fantastic restaurant! Food is delicious and service was great! Waiters Pete and Gabriel are outstanding!
Attentive preparations of classic American food. Seafood was excellent. We would definitely visit
Good food and fun place!!
Excellent service and if you have a reservation, you will be seated in front of the crowd that doesn’t! Consistently good food, although something changed in the Diana salad and while it was good, it’s missing something.
Great place for a nicer family gathering and a business meeting.
The food was delicious. The portions were a little on the large side. The service was excellent!
