We had a very enjoyable time at Greek Taverna. Our server was a young man who did a great job of taking care of us. The food was very good and the portions were generous. This is a great place to bring children and a big group of friends. It has a very welcoming atmosphere.

This is a good restaurant with great service and in a great location. Montclair is a fun city and this is a fun menu. Although the descriptions are authentic, the food was not overly seasoned like many Greek places This is a great place for a group, as you can share and mix and match It is a bit loud, but it is a in pub for all intent and purpose Keep it on your list of fun spots in the area

The tables should not have been so close together. I understand that restaurants want business and business for tables of 2 is booming on Valentine’s Day but, it was a bit uncomfortable. We’re still dealing with the after math of Covid as well so I was just a little surprised to see such little room between people. Other than that, it was great

I met a friend for dinner who I hadn’t seen in a while. We were given ample time to talk and enjoy a glass of wine and a leisurely meal that was delicious! We appreciated that we were not rushed and allowed to stay virtually until the restaurant closed. It was a Thursday night and there was not a lot of volume; it might be different on a busy weekend. Did I mention that my lamb chops were perfectly done?

I forget his name, which is my fault, but he was the best. special order on the fish, extra dessert and many other simple perks not found in many restaurants.
