Horrible, horrible dining experience. Ordered an entree that was supposed to come with two sides and a salad. I told the waitress I didn't want rice or potatoes and beans, I just wanted salad for my sides even if it just meant lettuce. They try to charge me eight dollars for a side salad and only backed down when I got the menu and pointedness out it COMES WITH A SIDE SALAD. So for $16 I got a small side salad and one skewer of chicken. The chicken skewer had five TINY pices of chicken on it (picture the size of the tiniest little square 'fun size' candy bars they sell now, one bite each or two if you stretch). The 'veggies' on the skewer were thin pieces of onion or green pepper not chunks, one slice between each piece of chicken. The whole thing was maybe two ounces. I asked if I could pay the stated menu price ($8!) to add shrimp to a salad, for my salad, since basically I had nothing to eat. They said I couldn't get that, it was only available with an entree salad ($10+). I get not wanting to sell it by itself or just with a small side salad, but I was asking to add it to a $16 entree that was ridiculously small. They wanted to charge me TWELVE dollars for those shrimp, we objected, and they brought a skewer with four small grilled shrimp and charged me $10. For *small* shrimp, they wanted $3 each on top of an entree. Other people had gyros and the meat was dry and burned at the edges, like it had been pre-sliced and left in a warming tray. One person ordered a salad with gyro meat on the side, it came spread all over the salad. Owner came to fuss at us for asking about the shrimp. I would NEVER go back to this place, ever, and was embarrassed to have brought friends. Bad food, tiny portions, rude management, inattentive wait staff, just a lousy experience. Never again - will be going to Greek Village just up the street instead. We left GIG and went there for dessert and coffee to try to salvage the night, and that was much better, like night and day.

It was a very pleasant dining experience. Food was delicious and we didn't leave hungry. Our friend had found a review on Yelp and there was a free baklava if it was mentioned to the wait-staff. They were very generous and gave our friend four! (one for each of us to try). Relaxed atmosphere and we didn't feel at all rushed!! A good find!

We thoroughly enjoyed the combination Meza plate starter and the lamb shank. Small but reasonably priced wine list. Server was professional and friendly. We also enjoyed visiting with the owner as she greeeted each table.

Great place for a family meal. Saganaki appetizer was prepared at tableside and was delicious. Souvlaki and gyros were very good. The pita bread complemented everything very nicely. Dessert of baklava and galatoboureko was out of this world

We took six college kids here for dinner this past weekend. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Despite how crowded the restaurant was, our server Robbie, was excellent. He was attentive and friendly and all the orders were correct. This restaurant is a family favorite and we will continue to return.
