The general manager was out front checking people in and she was so rude it caught me off guard. It was our first time here and we more than likely won’t be back bc of how she treated us. We eat out 4 times a week and have never been greeted so rudely by a restaurant employee.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! Wow so impressed and blow away with how amazing the food was. The eggs Benedict’s were perfection and the prime rib sandwich with truffle fries were to die for. We took some seasonal samosas donuts they had and even my family was obsessed. Will definitely be going back!

Our server was fabulous and was very accommodating with our puppy. Food was amazing as always. There was loud banging from one of the covers that was quite disruptive during our stay. We did ask for help in getting it tied down.

Adrian our waiter was great! My Mom likes to enjoy a glass of wine before we order, and I think Adrian read her perfectly. My Mom always feels "rushed" so when Adrian picked up on that, he took a few steps back and let the process develop. Food was awesome (as always). Would have liked a few heat lamps circulating warm air (as it was cold outside), but we managed. We'll be back!!!

The service was great. The food was delicious. We ordered the chicken and donuts and the BLT. We were very well taken care of. We will definitely go back to this location.

Always delicious, not too much or too little. We love the outdoor dining, eating and people watching with the sound of the fountain in the background. We have always had excellent service and love going back again and again.

Disappointing. Soup was good. Salmon was fine, but the accompanying ??cauliflower?? was not desirable. Menu limited for dinners - seemed to be good if you wanted maple on everything. Service was good, but it will be a while before I'll go back -- and never for dinner.

Simple but complete menu with plenty of options for everyone. The food was fabulous!

We usually love Great Maple.
We made a reservation- when I approached the host stand a server walked away and the host said ‘just a minute’...that was our greeting! I believe he spent the next 10 minutes putting an order into the system while we watched. A woman walked out and said ‘who’s next?’ And he said ‘them’ then he proceeded to walk us to an inside table-I then said that I had a reservation so then he had to go back and look up the name then started to the same table. I then asked for an outside table.
Once seated- the large overhead plant leaked and soaked through my daughter’s menu. The food was just ok- our cheese biscuit on the eggs Benedict was dry, possibly stale or previously frozen.
Just an off experience.

We went for drinks and an appetizer or two. Our waitress forgot about our second round of drinks for probably 20 minutes. We were celebrating, and it was only two of us, so it was a bummer. No accommodations where made. Then we got the check for our apps and drinks, and we were charged $19 per espresso martini. I get those at this restaurant all the time and never have I been charged $19 for one tiny cocktail. Upon further inspection of the receipt, we saw that they not only charged us for the espresso shots (seriously? Do you charge for the Apple pucker when it’s an Appletini? Or cranberry juice for a cosmo?), but they also up charged for the vodka, which we hadn’t been asked to specify, they just took it upon themselves to change it and charge us more without asking. Needless to say it was disappoint to not only be forgotten about, not accommodated or anything “made right”, but then blatantly over charged.

We had a delicious dinner at Great Maple last Sunday night! My husband had the Vegan Hash and I had the spicy fried chicken sandwich, and we shared an order of fries. Both of our meals were beautifully prepared and had exquisite flavor. Oh, & my martini was to die for! The staff was very helpful and pleasant, and the ambiance lovely. Great Maple is close to home & has become one of our favorite restaurants.

Went for breakfast.. we ordered the French toast.. jinormus btw... and shrimp biscuit Benedict. So much food .. very good will def go back

Our initial drink orders were messed up. Black coffee was served in a dirty cup (food partials crusted on and stained) and espresso rather than cappuccino. When corrected, cappuccino was warm but not hot. Cajun eggs Benedict was good but eggs were over cooked and food wasn’t hot.

We were in a corner on the patio… It was cold and breezy… The waitress was overworked… We felt unattended.

We have really enjoyed our dining experience at Great Maple -- Gosh I wish I could remember the name of our server, but he is fantastic. He is the nicest Hispanic young man and always remembers our food preferences. He has served us a few times and he will know who we are cuz we sit in a booth in front of the kitchen and my husband has a special seat for our back.

Wish I remembered his name so I could give him a shout out, but he is fantastic!!!

Overall, great experience, it was definitely loud though.

Very busy loud restaurant food options are minimum dry chicken.
