Graziella's Brooklyn Ratings and Reviews
Authentic, delicious Italian with gluten free options is hard to fine, but Graziella's came through with flying colors. Everything was incredible. Some of the best pizza I have ever had outside of Italy. The entire staff was very friendly. I would return again and again!
Was looking for a cozy little spot to eat during our families Christmas vacation. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Reservations were easy. Place was clean, food was excellent with a large variety and fairly priced for the quality. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the options and was very personable. Can’t go wrong here.
Graziella’s is our neighborhood restaurant and takeout spot and we brought my husband’s parents here to celebrate Hanukkah. Service was friendly and familiar, which made it special. They easily accommodated a dairy and gluten allergy. The grilled octopus, venison meatballs, linguine fra diavolo, and sauce on the fish of the day were all delicious. We love that Graziella’s is less than a block away from our apartment!
WOW! Love the pizza at Graziella's! I tried the clam pie and it was everything I hoped for... a wonderful taste of salty, briny clams with hints of fresh herbs on a deliciously crisp and thin wood oven crust. My husband had the meat lovers and was also very pleased. The house wines were perfect companions. The chef gave us samples of the homemade focaccia bread ... warm from the oven. The NY cheesecake for dessert was excellent. We needed more room in our bellies! We hope to return the next time we visit NYC.
Graziella's was a disappointment. We were there for a business dinner and spent over
$100. The waitress was inexperienced and the entire staff was also inexperienced.
We dined on a Friday night and the restaurant was crowded. We were left sitting without
any acknowledgment or greeting for a significant amount of time. Other customers
who came in after us were seated before us.
What really upset us was when I took a video of the bug swimming in my cappuccino and
showed the waitress, her response was "Its a bug", and she did not offer me another
cappuccino or she did not apologize. I was also charged for the $6 cappuccino.
We were gracious enough to even leave a very generous tip. We will never frequent this
I have been here many, many times. It is a family favorite. My husband and I are vegetarians and we love their eggplant parmigiana--thinly sliced, slightly crispy, really delicious. They also offer several fresh salads. They have rooftop outdoor dining, which is always enjoyable in the warm weather. This is our "go to" restaurant in the neighborhood for a casual meal.
Despite having a reservation, we were seated 20+ min late. It was a Friday so they were understandably busy, so we got a glass of wine to pass the time but that even took longer than it should have and had to ask several times to order a glass. The pizza came out late, and compared to the pizzas around us, appeared to be over cooked. The wait staff were kind and attentive though.
A neighborhood gem we have been going back to for years. Great for families with small children and big group parties but the outdoor patio area upstairs is also great for dates / a more intimate spot. All of the food is excellent and the service, even when busy, tends to be terrific. Perhaps slightly expensive in general, but in Fort Greene, actually more on the affordable side. I highly recommend the eggplant parmesan.
I'm a fan. Ive been there twice. The service is better than the food and their food is great! The pizza was great for my daughter, she was nothing but smiles with her apple juice. It may not be listed but they do have juice. There was no rush on service, everything was comfortable. I'll be coming back soon to see what the outside is all about when it doesn't rain.
We ate at several restaurants in NYC over our three days there. This was our favorite! I don't eat gluten, so searched out a place to order gluten free pizza. This was the most delicious gluten free pizza I've ever had. I also ordered a salad which was fresh (not iceberg or romaine but arugula) tasty and big enough to share. The wine and dessert also did not dissappoint. We will remember Graziella's and return next time we visit.
Slow service, there was one other table when we arrived and we had to remind them to seat is us and ask to have drink order taken. Food slow to arrive and one guest received meal as others were finishing. Appetizer plates weren't removed until dinner was over. Extremely loud. Food ok but not worth the trouble of dining in. Good for delivery only.
We had a wonderful time celebrating graduation with a big group. Our waitress was fantastic, she made sure she had all the orders correct, and constantly checked in on us without being intrusive. It was too cold to sit outside, but the upstairs balcony looked nice. The restaurant is tucked away on a quite block, so there is not too much traffic, either cars or humans, to be distracting. The food was delicious and portions were generous. I would definitely go back.
