This restaurant has been consistently good over the years. I used to go here for lunch when I was working, and now that I am retired, it's a destination for me.

All in all our experience this time was good. The place was packed, I assume due to the holidays, even for a Thursday evening. We had to wait 45 minutes even with having made a reservation! There is no place to wait in the restaurant leaving my elderly father leaning against a door jam. I would like to suggest that the restaurant take a tip from other restaurants in the area. When you (Grazie) find yourself fully booked and with a tight table turn, especially with large groups (we had a group of 6), please let the first seating group know that their table is booked for a specific time with another booking at a specific time and that they have the table up to that time. You appreciate their understanding and if necessary throw in a complimentary order of garlic bread. If that doesn't sit quite right with you then do not schedule the next reservation so tightly or at least offer the one who waited 45 minutes a complementary something. WE even had to ask the hostess to send the waiter over after having been seated for 10 minutes. We had not only a hungry 81 year old but a hungry 2 1/2 year old!! Thank goodness the meal was great and arrived promptly or there would have been some very upset folks.

The food was very good with ample portions. Our waiter was not engaged with us, seemed rushed and he did not make the dining experience as good as it could have been.

Our business group was made up of 4 substantial eaters. All have extensive international travel history. All dishes were exceptional and the service and atmosphere was Perfect. We had a great time and probably our 4th or 5 visit in the past 2 years and each time we have been very pleased and anxious for the next visit.

Nice place and good food- a little pricey for smaller portions. They get you full on bread.

The food was pretty great actually, I loved the ambiance and the atmosphere. However we had a very rude and combative waiter. He first asked what kind of wine we wanted - I said I had no clue (I don't order wine normally) and whether he could educate us and make a recommendation". He said "well sir the menu is right there, didn't you have a look?". He was quite snarky the whole time and didn't have the patience or politeness to treat his guests well. It felt like we were doing him a favor and he kinda ruined the experience for us.
Food was great but we won't be back.

Have eaten here many times. Pleasant atmosphere and good service. Food was a bit off this time. My pasta dish with chicken sat under heat lamp too long and chicken did not seem to be high quality. They do not have a full bar if that is an issue.

We drive to Seattle from southern Oregon several times a year and make it a point to dine at Gracie. Food is always exceptional but this time we were disappointed with the service we received. I felt that from the time our waiter realized we had brought our own wine for corkage we were treated like second class patrons. Abrupt, slow to take order(25min), inattentive...yet quite happy to spend time at other tables nearby. I have never had this issue before at Gracie as waitresses have always been great. Will return but I will ask to be reseated if my family is placed with the same waiter again.

Hidden away in a strip mall by Men's Warehouse in Southcenter is an amazing, authentic Italian restaurant that is charming, warm, delicious food and wonderful ambiance- its worth the drive!

This restaurant does not disappoint! When a chef can make spaghetti and meat sauce rich and special, you know your in for a treat. Leave room desert and try the imported Italian Lemon Torta.. just saying!

We were staying at the Best Western, flying home to California early the next morning. We uber-ed to Grazie. In no time, it was filled with locals. The food was very good, the wine list extensive and reasonable. A perfect choice.

We love Grazie as do a lot of other folks. Great to have Open Table to get reservations by seating type. For couples, we recommend the tall seating which is in a small corner room that is much quieter than the dining room. We also enjoy sitting at the bar (only a few seats) watching the chef and helper create the dishes.

Friday night we had the veal marsala...delicious and the special which was filet in a lovely sauce. Lunch today was the left overs from Friday night and we are both stuffed again!

One tip, if you do not care much for orso, we don't, they will substitute almost any pasta for your side...a definite plus!

Grazie Ristorante is the best option for proper Italian food in the Southcenter area, but it's small so be sure to make reservations. The walls are smooth and the whole restaurant space is one big rectangle, so it can become too noisy for some. There is an open kitchen area visible to most tables, so you can see bursts of flames and even smell food being cooked. They will start you with seasoned olive oil to dip bread in, rather than butter, so you know you're in a real Italian restaurant. The food is rich and delicious, better than prices suggest, and the servers seem happy and well mannered.

Scheduled a reservation a week ahead of time for a special occasion and asked for a space more romantic; however, was sat at a folding table in front of the bar which was hit several times by staff. Steak was over done and sauce had too much vinegar on it. Very, very disappointing.

Normally we dine at Grazi in Canyon Park but had to pick up someone at the airport at 8:30. Given Friday night traffic, we elected to dine at Grazi in South Center on our way to the airport having dined there many years earlier. We had forgotten how much smaller the restaurant is than the Canyon Park location. With every table occupied and being in a smaller space, the noise level was higher than at most restaruants. No matter. Their menu has fewer offerings but we found selections OK. My wife enjoyed their Pumkin Ravioli while I had two small filet mignon which were cooked to perfection with a delightful Gorganzola sauce. The young lady who served us had been with the restaurant a short time so was still learning the menu, etc. She did a fine job, with a smile. Thank you.

This is a cozy neighborhood place with friendly service, but the tables are crowded and the restaurant is dark. The sautéed calimari made a tasty appetizer. The main dishes took at least 30 minutes to arrive. My ‘veal marsala’ was dry and tough, and after several bites I figured out why - the waiter brought me chicken Marsala instead, and it was some of the most over-cooked chicken I’ve had. Because it was so dark at our table, and the dish was so smothered in oil, it took a while to figure out what on earth I was eating. By the time the waiter checked on us, we were half finished with our entrees, and there was no way we could wait another half hour for a replacement. So not only did they make the wrong dish for me, but they did not offer to take it off the check, and the meal I did not order was neither tasty nor well-prepared.

The bill was also surprisingly high for the quality of food and the crowded setting. I’ve had worse, but one can do much better for the money.

This restaurant was such a fun and delicious experience. We were able to make a reservation for the same day, and we were seated right away when we arrived. April was so knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us wonderful recommendations through all the courses of our meal, as well as shared some really great stories about the restaurant with us. We will definitely be coming back, and we're looking forward to the day. :-)

Always been a dare night place for my wife and I. The chicken saltimboca this particular night was probably the best meal I have ever had there. And, their bread and oil that they serve while you wait is also the best.

This place was average for me. I had the spinach salad which had all the makings of being delicious if it wasn’t dripping with dressing. I mean dripping. The spinach was so wilted from it it looked cooked. My friends didn’t comment one way or the other on their meals (spaghetti & Meatballs & Gorgonzola Tortellini) but they seemed content. I really liked my wine which was chosen by the waitress. It was the dessert that was such a disappointment. We got the chocolate cannoli (waxy chocolate and unsweetened filling), chocolate mouse cake (fell flat) with raspberry sauce and the turtle cheesecake (nut crust was gross-why wasn’t caramel used to bind them?). I left mine uneaten and got to pay $6 for it. I also thought the waitress was great except she was ready for us to leave and let us know by bringing the check with out asking if we wanted anything else.

We love Grazie! Every time we go we enjoy the food, order the featured Italian wine and feel well served. You definitely want reservations, even during the week, and a short wait is still the norm.

Meals this trip were rack of lamb, delicious, mixed seafood grill, fantastic, and fettuccine alfredo rich and tasty. And my 4 month old granddaughter slept through the meal what is not to like!
