Outstanding menu, great service, pleasant ambiance, very very good live jazz band. Parking is a bit confined, but perhaps this is because of popularity. A reservation is a big plus for the dining room...the bar area is best for music but is first come first served: no reservations for this area. The bar is very well stocked and the wine list is impressive....and the desserts are incredible!!
Food and service were outstanding. Would definitely return and bring others along!
We have come here for date nights as well as family dinner out; always great food and even better service! One of our favorite spots for really good Italian food!
Invited my hubbys friends together for a belated birthday gathering. It was perfect for everyone.
My husband and I took our kids and grand-kids to Grazie for Easter. We chose that restaurant because we had excellent experiences in the past. This trip was different. We arrived 15 minutes early, before the restaurant opened. We stood outside talking. It was cold, but that didn't matter because we wanted to wait together outside talking instead of going to our separate cars to wait until the doors were unlocked. When they opened a woman came to unlock the door. Instead of a smile and a welcome, the first thing she said, quite rudely as if we were bothering her, was, "Okay, NOW you can come in." One of my littlest granddaughters was hugging herself and said that she was cold. The woman looked at her and said, "Well, it's 4:00, so NOW we're open". No smile, nothing. A different woman went to seat us. She complained that she'd already had a busy day. She wasn't rude, just not welcoming. The waiter however, was great. He was very responsive and looked happy that we were there. I understand that people are tired, and for some it was a holiday and they didn't want to be working. But when you're doing your job, you have to do what is best for the company, and this was not the best for Grazie. We spent over $300.00, and we will not bring our family back.
I went for Easter Brunch and the food was plentiful and very good. I have been going to this restaurant for many years and have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent, the staff and service friendly and accommodating, and they are the only Italian place I know of in the area that has cannoli, which is one of my favorite Italian desserts. My one suggestions would be to have fresh fruit with their crepe station, but other than that, everything was wonderful.
I went to Graizies for Easter Brunch. Great variety. Great tasting and quality. We were sat in the back room because we had a large group. It's a nice room but loud. The rest of the restaurant is a lot more quite. But the service was good and the we all had a good family time. Also they went out of their way to accommodate my son who has allergies.
We were there for Easter Brunch and it was just fantastic. The food was simply delcuious and the drinks were great!
This was the worst brunch we have ever eaten. This restaurant lacks the experience and the help to put on a decent brunch since they only offer brunch two times a year. The ingredients in the food was low quality. Some of the food tasted off. I went to get some bacon at the hot bar and it was a pile of crumbed bits laying in a pond of grease. They also charged my 12 year old an adult price and he hardly ate any of the food. Next Easter, we will be paying the same price for brunch at a hotel in Bellevue and the food will taste much better.
Good food and service.
This was my second visit and definately not my last. Excellent meal.
Fileto gargonzola is my new favorite meal.
The food and the service are excellent! They aim to please!
As I explained to our waiter, we were disappointed on our 1st visit when your restaurant just opened and stayed away for quite awhile. However, we decided to try again and was very pleased at the complete turnaround in the service, food, pretty much everything. We don't live in the area anymore but have you at the top of our list along with Palisade in Seattle for restaurants to have special, very good meals and times at. Both restaurants are a little pricey, but the food, service and general ambience of both restaurants are worth the price and experience. Don't change but get even better than you are now is what we are hoping for in the future.
Service was amazing, from the bar (with live music) to the main restaurant.
Exceptional food and remarkable people! Grazie Canyon Park is our favorite Italian restaurant and have continued to visit this restaurant for 15 years now. The wait-staff is highly attentive and really gets to know their customers. The food selection is broad and will appeal to most. The food is not processed and is homemade. I highly recommend it and you won't be disappointed.
Food was fabulous, the staff was attentive and we were able to hold a conversation!!
Had to wait a while even with a reservation, but after that things were great. Food is rustic but great fresh ingredients that stand out - what Italian food is supposed to be. Really good server and great recommendations.
Soups were awesome! Not a fan of their chop chop but had a bite of my son's pasta dish (seafood cannelloni) and it was excellent. Also, the key lime cheesecake is a must try - perfection. Overall, great experience and we will certainly go again if we happen to be neighborhood.
Go During the week.... Finally went on the weekend to the restaurant. Sorry that I did. Service wasn't as good as weekdays as well as the food. I felt the restaurant was overwhelmed with the amount of customers. My husband and I ordered apps he ordered the arancini I had a salad the Arancini was cold.... I then ordered the veal Milanese it was overwhelming lemony. Left most of it on the plate waiter couldn't care less....
I Love this restaurant the food was awesome and listening to Michael Powers is always a plus!!
Grazie is always one of our go-to restaurants - the food is always consistent, the manager (owner?) is always very welcoming and our server last night, Jennifer, very pleasant and accomodating. On top of all that I was so surprised to receive a birthday treat, thank you Grazie!
Grazi is one of our favorite restaurants as the interior is warm and comfortable and the noise level is very low other than an occasional outburst from the bar during Happy Hour. Been dining there for years and have never had a meal we didn't enjoy. Service is always attentive and the menu offering varied. Nice having table cloths rather than bare wood tables. Will return again, and again.
My Mother, Sister and I had dinner at Grazi's in Bothell. It was a really nice dinner. Drew was our server. HE was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the food. He recommended the special and my Mom really enjoyed it. He mentioned it was one of his favorites too. We will be back.
Amazing! First time here and already planning our next visit.
I had been to their restaurant in Factoria years ago and was sad when it closed. Decided to take a friend for a birthday lunch to the Canyon Park location. Well worth the drive as it was even better than I remembered. Great food and great service.
We made reservations here for Valentines day and it was our first time trying it. As soon as we walked in the door we had our table ready and were greeted very nicely. Our server made wonderful suggestions for our first time looking at the menu and gave us details of many dishes. The food was incredible! It felt like having dinner with friends since the servers were so friendly and welcoming. Great staff and food!
Being Valentine's day we expected a large crowd, lots of frenzy and rushing by the staff. This is a well spaced restaurant we were sat exactly at the time of our reservation and though very busy no one looked flustered and our wait staff was very attentive.
The food was fantastic period. For me the best item was the lobster bisque, being from New England it was a real treat.
The food was so delicious and atmosphere so good we did something we never do at restaurants, we ordered desseet.
Great food that was delivered to us in a reasonable amount of time. The service was excellent. Our glasses were never empty. They have a wonderful selection of entrees and smaller plates. Would definitely visit again.
Food arrived warm, not hot. Taste was not authentic Italian. Service was overly friendly. Dessert was excellent.
Service was very slow and random. However, they were very busy for Valentine’s Day but we saw other tables with better service.
Made reservations about a week prior to Valentines Day, which was also our 25th Silver Anniversary. Grazie's went out of there way in decorating our table. I was able to bring in all the decor and they took care of the rest. This is one of my wife fav restaurants, which made the day that much special. Our waiter Austin, was great. He was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere and placement in the restaurant was perfect. They really did a great job on making our special day, a great memory.
The food is excellent, atmosphere good, dark romantic. Usually busy so noise is noticeable. We happened to be sitting next to a large work group so noise was heightened. We go for the food (not price, or soft noise although it does have an ambiance).
Menu was lacking. Sausage was over cooked. Wine selection was lack lustre.
Good music, food food good times!!
The staff is amazing everything worked out perfectly and I’m going to make Grazies my new favorite Rastorante! Thanks you guys
The food is very good with a number of great options on the menu making it hard to choose your meal. So you have to go back again and again to make your way through the menu.
Delicious food and friendly service! Busy Friday night with live music in bar to enhance the dinner ambiance.
Excellent trattoria style Italian food. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for on the East side, so happy I found it.
Great food and great service! And the ambience is wonderful!
Always tasty food, great service, very nice ambiance .
