Grazie Ristorante - Canyon Park
Extremely disappointing. We have been here before, and thought the food was good, so brought friends to introduce them to the restaurant, and celebrate a birthday. Service was abysmal, we waited a long time to even be greeted by our server, and when she came, all she could start with was to complain about her other table. She never checked in on us during the meal, water glasses went empty until we were ready to leave. Didn't even bother to come by to see if we would like another round of drinks. Pomodoro sauce was over-reduced, too salty, not fresh at all-- very different from the last time we were there. Our friends barely touched their meal, and landed up taking most of it home, likely to go in the trash. Sat around staring at half eaten food, with empty water glasses until server finally decided to come around again. She blamed our empty glasses on another colleague instead of taking responsibility. She tried to make up by offering a free birthday dessert, which I was reluctant to take, as I didn't want to sit around there any longer-- but we thought we'd try it. Wound up sitting around even longer for it to show up. We saw more of the manager than our server. Bad service + mediocre food = unlikely to be back.
We go here two- three times a month. The staff is amazing and the food is fabulous!!!!
Had their halibut special and it did not disappoint! Very flavorful. Cooked to perfection -not over done at all. Our waiter, Milo was very friendly and attentive.
Excellent appetizers with wonderful small plates. Enjoyed looking at the plants on the hillside.
Food is excellent. The service is very good. This is a great place to dine and visit with friends. Extensive quality wine list. A great dining experience.
We have been here many times and always have a good meal. We were celebrating a birthday and I had used OpenTable to request the reservation. When I called to confirm 6 hours later- the restaurant knew exactly who I was by the remarks I had left. We had a wonderful birthday dinner out on the patio and then stayed for the live music. Great evening!
This place is awesome. Tonight was our first time and I can’t tell you enough how happy we were with our food and our service. So wonderful.
I love this place. The food is top of the line and the decor is great everything about it is wonderful. I have never had a meal that I did not like. Great place to go.
Great food and ambiance.
Staff is really kind and personable
One of our favorite Italian restaurants! I recommend the lasagne...it's the best I've had anywhere!!! The chicked chopped salad or the pollo saltimbocca are also delicious. The pizzas are wonderful too. Prices are very fair. Highly recommended.
Great service by the server and food was up to par. We haven’t tried too many places in the Bothell area but so far this has been the best Italian
Excellent service, great food and entertainment. We make a point to go every time we're in town. This time with a couple of our freinds and they 100% agree.
Our server was amazing. She was very attentive and made the get together about us and not about how to split the bill. She understood what we wanted and handled it efficiently.
My wife had the Fettuccini de Mare with spicy red sauce. She said it was good, the noodles needed another minute cooking so a little too al dente. I tried the Lasagna which comes with red, white and green sauces. Nice touch and very well made. Service was very prompt, courteous and attentive. Overall a very good dining experience.
Wonderful music and delicious Italian food!!! 💕
Excellent as usual!!
This was our first visit, cannot speak to different times, groups. Excellent food, outstanding service so far, would recommend.
Service was excellent and food was very good. Recommend Antipasto, pizza, chicken and stuffed noodles. A great place for father's day.
Food was super delicious ! They had great vegetarian options. would come again definitely ! And recommending to friends
Perfect location for celebrating our son’s high school graduation! The food was great, great family ambiance!
Two 13 year olds and two adults had a delightful evening with excellent service and delicious food. If we lived in the area, we would become regulars. As it is we are from out of state so it’s unlikely will be able to return anytime soon
Amazing ambiance, food, and wine selection!
We love Grazie..great food and atmosphere and very focused on service. Good value for very good Italian food!
My wife and I first visited when we moved to the area in 2015. We fell in love with the place. We visited their southern location near Southcenter and were pleased, but it is smaller with much more of a close-knit family atmosphere. The one in Bothel does feel like that to an extent, and everyone seems happy to be there, but the live music in the bar distracts from that some.
That being said, this is the place that has garlic soup to kill for. It feels as if you are swallowing silk. Oniony, garlicy silk. Just marvelous. My wife had Pesca (stuffed halibut on risotto with a wonderful sauce) and I had something di Mare, both from the house specials card. They were so good I didn't want to stop eating, and still good, if not better, the next day. We had to take the house-made tiramisu home, we were so full. Equally fabulous. We also both had lemon drops, which came in a martini glass, but also with another glass and strainer full of more, so it was a generous serving.
Asha, our waitress was personable and helpful, but nearly invisible when appropriate, e.g. when clearing empty bowl and glasses.
Good times. It will NOT be that long before we are back!
Went with my wife for our anniversary. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed. I ordered a glass of wine, seafood bisque and the “pesce “ special of stuffed wild Alaskan halibut which was amazing. My wife had the fire roasted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes...very tender and flavorful. They brought a complementary dessert for the special occasion. All in all, everything about the experience was on point. Nice work Grazies!
excellent food and service
Great pizza! Great Beer! Incredible team!!! My family and I go every Saturday!!!
Service was quick and friendly, our waitress was attentive and polite.
Great food, and the kids love it!
Took my wife and small child here for Mother's day. Friendly and good service. Food was traditional yet inspired. Great wine offerings and suggestions by our waiter Dustin. Prices were a little high, but that's true of everything in the Seattle area :) would return for sure.
Excellent Mother’s Day dinner
I believe that Grazie's is one of Seattle's hidden gems. I go to Grazies for my birthday every year for the last 5 or 6 years. I recommend it to my friends all the time. A+
Buffet wasn’t our scene
The food was so good I ate the rest of my friends' foods. I got really stuffed in my prom dress and I would recommend this restaurant for any nice occasion or date because the food, ambiance, and prices are amazing! Love this place!
Enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Truly a Neighborhood Gem.
First time visit for us. Very good. Delicious pizza and dessert. Great service by server Safaa.
I have enjoyed Grazie's on many occasions, but this occasion was so-so.
Sorry. I am not very critical.
The food was OK.
The service was subpar (very mechanical, not personal.)
I was visiting Bothell from out of town, and a local friend recommended this restaurant so I was excited to give it a try. The staff was wonderful and the food was beautifully and perfectly prepared. The flavors were true to expectation and description, everything was cooked as requested. I'd be happy to return the next time I'm visiting Bothell!
Another amazing dinner at Grazie!! The food was delicious as always. Milo was our waiter and was outstanding!
We were sat immediately, which was great. The decoration/appearance was nice.
The service was okay. Our server checked on us just often enough, but wasn't very... friendly. He was a little more so at the end.
When booking the reservation, we were asked what the occasion was I wrote in celebrating a new job. I don't know why we are asked that if they don't really care.
They gave us the wine list, we had to specifically ask for any other beverages. We received the bar menu for other alcoholic beverages. The server struggled to provide a list (verbally) of non-alcoholic. I had to ask twice. (The first time he told me they had a non-alcoholic beer.)
They were a little slow to bring out the bread. When it did arrive it was cold, maybe that's how they always server it... It would have been better if it were warm.
I went with my boyfriend, he had a beer, scotch, and the applewood oven halibut. He liked it well enough.
I had the peach bellini and the linguini marco. The drink was fine. I took most of the dinner home, I wasn't a fan.
We had dessert, he had the turtle cheesecake and I had whatever the chocolate dessert was. We took these home too. They were so sweet. The chocolate dessert tasted like Hershey's syrup. I wasn't impressed.
All-in-all, it was alright. I doubt we'll go back though.
