We visited to celebrate a 70th birthday party with family and friends. The food and service was outstanding. They were very accommodating to two guests that are vegan. They were wonderful in taking care of the needs of two toddler children. The custom birthday cake created for us was fantastic and served beautifully. We stayed for over three hours and the staff was not rushing us out or cleaning up around us. This is a class operation all around and a pleasure to enjoy, not just for special occasions.
First of all, they told us we did not have a reservation... not that we needed one there was only 6 other people in there. We had to specifically request the set menu on offer, my husbands chicken wings were raw inside, they took them away but did not replace them with anything or apologize. The entree, my husband and I requested a burger, medium cooked, it was virtually raw inside. My friend's chicken was overcooked and hard. Very disappointed in the food but staff were very pleasant. But the worst part was just outside where we were dining a staff member was trying to light a barbecue, he was using so much lighting fuel that it permeated the whole restaurant, we could hardly breath. Not the best of experiences but at least we enjoyed the desert and coffee!!!!
While the service was exemplary and the view absolutely unbeatable, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not served after 11:30. I did not see this noted on OpenTable when I made our 1PM reservation but was informed upon arriving that this was something new. So I was very sad to arrive and find that I could not get several of the dishes that I had seen on the menu and that I had made the trip expressly for. In addition, the pricing is quite high. And as it is very family-friendly, realize that you may be spending over $70 for two people for a very small breakfast while seated next to screaming, free range children. On the plus side, the wait staff was able to obtain gluten-free pancakes for me after hours (hooray) and they were exceptional. The fruit and the turkey bacon, however, we're disappointing. Coffee and tea were excellent. My husband had a bagel with jam & coffee - that's it. No alcohol. This was our $66 breakfast (plus tip). So go for the view; just bring your biggest wallet and possibly some earplugs. Note that the entire hotel complex will be closed entirely next summer for remodeling.
I chose to sit inside because it was warm, but the view to the outside was very calming; nice plants, the pool area and beautiful color of the ocean. I enjoyed the Flavor of Palm Beach lunch and was very pleased. The bean soup was a meal in itself, more like chili with lots of chunks of meat. The burger was very juicy and cooked to my request. I opted for the 2 flavors of sorbet, raspberry and mango, which was served with a wafer cookie and a few fresh blueberries in the bowl.
The buffet is always an excellent experience and the staff are so friendly and accommodating . We have been going there for the last 5 years and are never disappointed ! Haci stands out as special mention as he has been consistently courteous making our experience more personable . Thanks !
Restaurant is located inside the Four Seasons hotel which is Ocean side in South Palm Beach. The hotel interior is elegant and beautiful. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating by the pool area with ocean breezes flowing. We went for Sunday Brunch with was exquisite. In addition to 'standard' brunch stations, they added their own twist to recipes and incorporated a sushi bar as well as shellfish bar. They also have waffles on request. Service was excellent as well. Of course it's a bit pricey for brunch but certainly well worth it considering the quality and items offered.
This was very disappointing !
For the price this was way too expensive! The brunch buffet is very minimal and you could get the same fare at a Marriott courtyard.
The lobby do the hotel is stunning but the rest of the hotel is very dated and run down.
We chose Grazie as a possible water side option to have brunch and new go to spot .
For those prices go to the Breakers and get what you pay for !!!

Dined here for Sunday brunch. I was a little surprised of the limited selections for a brunch. Typical breakfast fare and a carving station of prime rib and some shellfish but that is it. Limited starch, no other meat option or fish option. I just expected a little more from the four seasons. Food was good. Our server was attentive at the beginning but then vanished. We had to find another service to help us. For the price we paid, I expected more.
We have recently relocated to Boca from N Cali and thought it would be nice to go to brunch at the Four Season Palm Beach. We've stayed at Four Seasons all over the world having lived for 10 years in Singapore.
The building itself outside is very worn, felt like we were at a holiday in from the 1960's. The food was lacking, hardly anything there, crab claws way overcooked & had been sitting. Oysters looked disgusting, as if they had also been sitting since the morning. Had to wait 10 mins for the chef to make an omelette for my husband and then the chef had an attitude as if he didn't want to be there. I'm not joking when I say the food felt like it was a all you can eat buffet and we were way over charged for what they had.
The female chef at the sushi bar was very nice as well as hostess and our waiter. The inside lobby area I have to say was nicely done although there were no towels for my husband to dry his hands in the lobby restroom. We were shocked to say the least, as there were great reviews of this brunch, completely confused on that. It definitely was not a Four Season quality brunch in any aspect! We can for sure cross this off our list for places to return to.
Delicious Thanksgiving brunch! Great variety of foods, including turkey, veal, and seafood-- mostly shellfish. (You do have to convince them to carve the actual turkey 'on display' instead of the dried up pre-cut breast--believe me, worth it!) Crab cake bar was great. Service was attentive & excellent. Beautiful ocean views & lounged by the pool afterwards.
Beautiful setting and very engaged staff, eager to help and make sure you are enjoying your food. Wide selection of various foods, including breakfast fare and lunch types of things. Roasted asparagus and artichokes, cheese board, veggies terrific. Fresh fruit and berries with granola and yogurt very tasty. Desserts looked fabulous but did not try any.
It was great the place is very elegant i mean IT is the Four Seasons. A restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating you had the oceanview from everywhere. The service was great our server was pregnant and i mean she was so fast and so nice we loved her. The decor very ocean point, the food wow. Love the new takes like brisket eggs benedict wow amazing. And also the Prime Rib was awesome and cut to your order. The Au Jous sauce has some flavors i mean to die for. Now the shellfish perfection. I mean i have seen some shrimp prawns before but these were perfectly served cold on ice fresh with sone spicy cocktail sauce wow! Bread and the quiches served in a little cast iron skillet and the cheese and salami section and finally the sushi bar wow. Mimosas and bloody marys everywhere!! So much more and in what a location i definetly recommend!!
Wonderful lunch out by the pool! Service was exceptional. Food was quite good (although would suggest lobster roll be more "traditional" rather than a deep-fried lobster tail on a bun). Tuna selections were amazing however. Will definitely return to this beautiful spot!
Celebrating a Friends Birthday at Graze with a party of 12 was the perfect place to go. Memorial weekend Graze was open on Sunday night with a special picnic style BBQ buffet menu, with Dry rub Ribs, mojo Chicken, grilled Mahi Mahi, build your own Burgers, assorted Fries and Salads. And to end it all a selection of fabulous desserts all for $38.00 a person. And did I mention they had entertainment!!! The staff and service was amazing ask for Sean... They even brought out a special dessert for the birthday girl. The view of the ocean from the terrace was so beautiful. Graze does it right!!!
This is a restaurant I like to take company to when I pick them up at PBI. Easy to get to from the airport. It's a treat to have lunch at the ocean front restaurant after a long plane ride. The food is delicious and the service usually impeccable. This time, however, there was a very large destination wedding party that affected the usual attentive service for us. Drinks took a very long time. A desert menu was brought to the table and then never followed up for an order before the check was brought. A redemption occurred when the chef would not allow less-than-fresh stone crab appetizer to be served. The daily truck had been delayed.
I'll be back though!
Sunday brunch at Graze Four Seasons is more of an overall culinary event than just your everyday run-of-the mill breakfast/lunch. Be prepared to be overwhelmed with beautifully fresh and gorgeously presented delectables! You will not go home wanting more. In fact, you won't be able to eat again for a few days.
There's everything from charcuterie and cheeses to a carving station, omelette station, seafood station, freshly prepared sushi station with chef who will make what you want to order to endless breakfast favorites. Outside there's a Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar and don't forget to save room for the endless, freshly prepared desserts! Everything is expertly prepared and served and of course you can go for seconds, thirds or more! The service is on point and your beverage will always be full. Truly a food lovers dream! It's exactly what the Four Seasons experience is all about!
Wonderful place for a nice lunch. Too windy this day but the outside deck overlooking the pool and the ocean will bring us back for sure - btw the food and service was excellent. Delicious lobster roll - could use a little more lobster but a different and tasty new take on it.
Maybe it was Valentine's Day because we've lunched at the Four Seasons several times with excellent results. Dinner on 2/14/16 was not great for several reasons, including:
1. The price fixed menu was not clear on Open Table.
2. The waitress cracked the cork opening the bottle of wine we ordered.
3. The menu consisted of a three course meal but the appetizer and entree course each had several inclusions. First there was soup, salad and a melted cheese dish for all at our party (of 4). The soup was good but served not hot when it was supposed to be. And, there were so many plates, the diners had to keep passing dishes around. The entree (we had a chateaubriand for 2 which was skimpy and the two red snappers were over cooked and rubbery. There were also 3 side dishes which again cluttered the table.
5. Dessert was a Viennese Table affair and was varietal and delicious (including toasting marshmallows and creating Smores) but was in another room which meant our coffee was cold upon our return.
6. Way too expensive!
