Best brunch in town!
Everything was amazing! Our table was a ready immediately when we arrived, our server was Attentive and took our drink orders right away. There’s a special in the month of September for a three course meal, Two out of our party of six took advantage of this deal and we had appetizers for the table. The meatballs and polenta were out of this world. The creamiest most delicious polenta I’ve ever tasted. All of our entrées came out at the right time and there were no complaints, The food was impeccable. Then we shared the two desserts for the table, also amazing, the gelato was smooth and creamy, the sorbetto was delicious. Get over to Grato as soon as you can if you’ve not been there!
I always love going to Grato! The only thing I wish is for them to put the Eggplant back on the menu. It was THE BEST so as a vegetarian, I always have to get the same thing. However, it’s always a great experience so I continue to come back again and again!
Grato is pretty loud when it’s crowded but the food and cocktails are fantastic! I’ve never had a bad meal here. Don’t miss the bucatini carbonara.
Unfortunately I forgot the name of my server but he was as extremely good
Very disappointed with the food. The bucatini was awful ... the evoo lemon cake was dry and tough... the meatballs were average. The service was good and the atmosphere is great! I would return to try it again and give it a second chance. Drinks are pricey.
As usual, the pasta was very good and the service was attentive.
Loved the place, pizza was great and our server was outstanding. Only issue is I had to yell across a small table to talk to my two dinner guests. I know noise means profitability to today's restaurant owners but for me, it's a deal breaker. Sorry.
Delicious food! Be aware portions are HUGE! went for the Sunday brunch with friends and kids. Everybody was happy! Definitely will come back, we took yummy food back home. Did I mentioned bottomless drinks?! GREAT value!
My husband and I come here once or twice a week for brunch, dinner, happy hour or all three. We love the bottomless brunch and Grato has the best frosé ever. I love the gluten free crust, it’s perfectly crispy, not rubbery and has a tinge is sweetness that pairs nicely with the tiny, salty pepperoni. I also recommend the fusilli + rock shrimp— it’s perfect.
Down from New Jersey to visit my son and daughter-in-law, it was my kid's turn to pick a restaurant. Last night's dinner (Bimini Twist) would be hard to compete with, but BANG! who would have thought we would have two great dinners in a row. Very nice atmosphere, comfortable.
The appetizers of Panzanella (local fresh mozzarella, cucumber, basil), Fried Calamari, and Meatballs were tasty starters. My wife's Fusilli & Rock Shrimp had a very interesting pasta (twisted linguine) which was delicious and my Porcini Ravioli were delicate and flavorful. My daughter-in-law had the Ricotta Cavatelli which she loved, and my son inhaled the Sunday Gravy, with a thick square shaped pasta topped with paccheri, veal, pork, beef, and basil.
We topped it off with a Key Lime Pana Cotta and Blood Orange Sorbet, both scrumptious. The service was fast and friendly, and topped off a very beautiful evening with family.
Loved it! Found a new favorite spot. Would definitely recommend!
Very vibrant (at least when I was there), happening, noisy restaurant. The Caesar Salad and arancini appetizers were both very good, the two entrees, porcini ravioli and chicken parmesan were both fair. The menu pricing is very reasonable, considering the location, making this restaurant an excellent value. Although we didn’t try one, the pizzas looked great. I would go back again......
This is one of my favorite places in the area. The fennel and citrus salad and Roasted Fennel are 2 of my favorite apps. I have NEVER had anything here that was not good! The drinks here are quite nice so if you want a good strong drink, go here!
Went for the summer special, family style and delicious. We ordered the veal Milanese and it was wonderful
The service and atmosphere were great! Especially sitting at the Bar where it has a lot of energy and good vibes and service.
So good. Frozen Mule was awesome so was the chicken and hash brown waffle
Food was wonderful
We visit in this area every year. We enjoy trying different places but next year we will go back to this restaurant. The fennel salad and the Sunday gravy on the pasta were excellent.
We went there before a Norton Museum visit. We loved it. It has great ambience and wonderful food. To start we shared a fennel salad which was really good. I had the snapper which was delicious and my husband had the cavatelli. Great meal. It was then a very easy walk to the Museum.
Everything Was great. My only disappointment was in their happy hour selection of wines-by-the-glass which is VERY limited. Other than that, I definitely recommend the meatball appetizer (not on the HH menu). It is spectacular.
Our meal took 2.5 hours with two kids and everyone getting pasta. It took forever, the food was good, but the experience overall was not great.
The company was phenomenal and the environment was great. Will definitely go back.
Food is inconsistent. There is a sense of laziness in the preparation of the food.
1st time visit, had the pizza which was good. Going back with friends and will try something else. Cool place with great atmosphere.
Wonderful welcome at the door, excellent service, every bite was delicious and the cocktails were fabulous! Wonderful vibe always! We will be back!
First time visit but not the last. Very cool atmosphere. Wait staff was attentive but didn't hover. Nice that the Mgr stopped by to check on things. I'll look forward to my next visit.
Came here with my wife and father. Our overall experience was just ok. As for the service, it was disappointing. When asking what we wanted to drink, the waiter completely changed his attitude toward us as he learned we were not ordering any wine, beer or liquor. Later, our waiter came up to us and asked us if we were ready to order, to which we said yes. My father asked him what he would recommend for starters and then told our waiter which entree he would like. Then, before my wife or I could give him our order, the waiter walks away from the table, starts picking up dirty dishes at another table, and then proceeds to walk away. My wife and I just looked at each other thinking “umm... okay?” ... he came back about 5 min later and asked us if we were ready to order. We thought to ourselves “Yes but you rudely walked away from the table!”... We ended up ordering the Caesar salad which was a unique difference. I wasn’t crazy about being served a block of whole lettuce. I like the lettuce in smaller pieces, but I guess that comes down to preference. For entree’s my wife and I ordered the bucatini carbonara and my father got the flounder. My father said it was ok. Our pasta dish was good, other than the fact that both of our bucatini noodles were not Al Dente and were mostly undercooked. The ambience was neat with the feel of a renovated warehouse with white chandeliers. Noise level was not obnoxious (came on a Wednesday night). Prices weren’t bad, and complimentary valet parking is a nice perk.
What brings us back to Grato again and again is the consistency in outstanding food quality and good service. Lately they also seem to hire the best-looking bartenders, lol!
Authentic, delicious Italian food in a casual atmosphere.
I went for brunch on Sunday for the first time and I will definitely go back, food and drinks were amazing, the place is really nice, it was fast even though there was almost no tables empty.
Food was excellent and our server was outstanding!
First time here... enjoyed it very much. Place is lively an fun, but noisy. Menu is limited but our meals were good and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
Food was good. Calamari, meatballs, cauliflower, Rock shrimp pasta, pizza and pork chop. All good. Pork chop a little dry but the peppers, onions and potatoes on top were great. Overall very good. Service was okay. Slow on drinks but friendly.
All around great dining experience. Solid menu, friendly and informative staff. Will return!
Attentive and friendly staff and great brunch. The red velvet waffles were out of this world!
Always a good choice. Food and service outstanding. Noise level is high. Tough to have conversation.
Always great food , good atmosphere . Our server was great
