As usual another wonderful evening. The most welcoming staff who just go out of their way every time. Just so comfortable. Dennis and Lin are pros who enjoy people and their jobs. BTW the food is always excellent. The real deal. The total package
Wine was outstanding and reasonably priced. Service was excellent. Arugula salad was wonderful as were the zucchini fries. Caprese salad was just so so. Needed ripe, juicy tomatoes and better quality mozzarella. Very relaxed atmosphere—good place to catch up with an old friend. Will go back to try the entrees and test another bottle of outstanding wine.
Menu has changed. Not to my liking. Ordered a salad, found a long hair in it. Won’t go back.
Excellent food as always
Love Grape. They are the most attentive servers and managers. Always happy to see you. Such a pleasure to dine there. Excellent food and wine is a bonus. Just a wonderful restauranr
It has the dark modern ambience of a night club. The food is surprisingly tasty. the Cobb salad was much better than average and the fried chicken was moist and very delicious. Can't wait to return and try new dishes. Service was very helpful and professional.
Grape was great! We went to Grape shortly after it opened, about a year ago. It was not busy then, and this time there was only one other customer while we were there for a 1:15 lunch. I don’t get it. The food was great both times; the prices are very very reasonable; the building is quite new, stylish, and comfortable; the service is great; and the owner knows his stuff. Best BLT’s ever! All four of us thought these things and are puzzled by the lack of customers. I hope this undiscovered gem can hang on until it gets discovered. I know it will be far sooner than a year when we go back this time.
As usual an excellent evening. Chilly night with the fire pit next to the table and great wine and food. Thanks Connor for your usual fine service
One of our favorite places. Has it all. Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful patio with low heaters next to the tabels. Always a great burger and extensive wine list. U leave with satisfaction and a smile
Best salmon "burger" with portabellas and Brie that I think I've ever had and I lived in Seattle for four years!
We love Grape. Burgers creamed cauliflower and Earthquae wine is a perfect meal. Wonderful staff. Dennis is like a long time friend
Too many interruptions from server asking how was the food. 4 Times. Once is fine.
Very good food and service
We have eaten at Grape many times in the past & enjoyed the food. New Year’s Eve we found the quality of the food was not good and very disappointing. I don’t feel that I want to go back & try it again.
Wonderful neighbor restaurant with great food and excellent, friendly service.
This restaurant is in a strip mall but don’t let that negatively influence your choice! The food was quality and prepared well, waiter funny and provided just experience we sought. Dessert was heavy but homemade. This is a neighborhood gem that should be more popular! I was there late on a monday night but only a handful of tables were dining. It’s good and during the week they have variety of events
Its a shame this restaurant doesn't advertise or send coupons to the neighborhood residents. It is always over half empty.
This place is great! Love the food and the staff . Everyone is so friendly here. They make you feel appreciated, and it is sincere. Matthew was great! Always on our short list of dining options. Love the burgers with pretzel buns.
Server seemed a little overwhelmed, but the ambience, food and beverages were fantastic! We will be back.
Very disappointing! We’ve dined at Grape about 10 times over the past year or so and had always enjoyed the small plates and menu variety. In the past month they revised the menu and in doing so just added a lot of burgers and dropped all the interesting menu choices.
Extensive wine list and pretty good food. We were visiting North Scottsdale, and were looking for a casual place to eat. My wife found Grape, and with a little research, it sounded good to me, too. Decent service, somewhat creative menu, and lots of different wines, as one might expect from the name. Good value... recommended.
Very good consistently
Really good food, great people , need more customers!
The food was good and Robert is the best server. Very attentive and friendly.
I've been going to Grape for a few years- seems like they changed menu- more casual- kids eat free. It used to be packed for dinner on a Friday night. Hardly anyone in there now. For being a wine place our server admitted she didn't drink wine and only "heard" what wines were good. Doubt I'll be going back. Ordered the zucchini fries- thinking they would be chef prepared- looked like they cam out of a bag and were fried up-something I could get at Apple Bees. Very disappointed.
We went on a Saturday night and it was not as busy as we thought it was. Was surprised it was not busy with the great location and look of the place. The food was good though my burger was a little over done but my wife loved their Lobster Ravioli. We would go back again.
Service was excellent but the restaurant was very quiet that night. Food was good and a slightly different take on old staple comfort food. Portions were a touch small for the price. I would have liked to have seen larger appetizer portions for what is charged
Went for restaurant week, the food was delicious. Service was excellent. Worth the drive.
First time at Grape. Food was outstanding. Service was excellent. This is comfort food done right. The cappuccino pie is fabulous so save room. We will definitely done here again.
New menu is great. The Chicken and Waffles just right .Always good wine selection . We try to get there every few weeks , one of the good places in North Scottsdale
Went here for restaurant week and had a very good meal, and had another meal and a half with leftovers.
What a welcome surprise! We booked this a bit last-minute and didn't have a lot of time to read up on the place before going. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of the food and drinks. The meatloaf and shrimp & grits were both way above average. The wine list is extensive, but very approachable. We had the cappuccino pie for dessert, which was also really good.
After so many recent disappointments, Grape was a welcome discovery and a place we look forward to visiting again in the near future.
If you're near Grape you must go. Great spot.
Food was spectacular.
Good food and service. Over all a great value. Can be a little loud.
The Grape Team consistently delivers amazing food, wine and service! The menu is unique to North Scottsdale and the evolving wine list includes old favorites as well as new, obscure selections. We typically go on Tuesdays when bottles are half-price. The Happy Hour specials are also an exceptional value. Cheers!
Picked Grape out on the Internet for a birthday dinner. Great food and service.
Beautiful restaurant with great food
Even though no one was facing the windows, the glare from the windows was miserable-they need some kind of see thru shade.
The chairs were somewhat uncomfortable after awhile so we all left earlier than we wanted to.
2 people had grilled chicken and both said it was slightly overcooked and dry. The bun on the rib sandwich was soggy and could not support the meat which had a lot of sauce on it but was very tasty-had to eat it with a knife and fork.
We all enjoyed the food but hope for some correction in the bread. Sweet potato fries were excellent.
A nice neighborhood place with good food and wine.
Wonderful food . Great Menu. Professional , courteous service . Extraordinary wine and drink selection.
