Granite Restaurant & Bar is located within The Centennial Hotel. Seating for up to 75 guests and private function space creates an intimate escape for any occasion. The historic Centennial Hotel (renovated in 2006) offers a modern, urban-contemporary flair within a beautiful Queen Anne Victorian landmark. The property’s original architectural charms have been carefully preserved, while modern hotel enhancements and amenities have been provided each of its 32 spacious guestrooms: large desks/work areas, wireless internet access, wonderful pillow-top beds and rich bedding ensembles, hi-thread linens and plush terry, flat-screen HD TV's. We come come here for special occasions like Valentine's Day, birthdays and our anniversary. We also enjoy just dropping in. The food is always delicious. Our server this time was Corey and he did a great job paying attention to our needs on a busy night. We loved the Arancini, the soup was delicious and our filet was cooked to perfection. We had a great night, as always.

The menu had been updated since we were last in. We ordered the crab cake, quinoa salad, and the scallops. Unfortunately all of these items did not meet fine dining expectations, as the flavors and pairing were not as complimentary as they had been in the past.

Just excellent all around experience. Brie, our waitress , was attentive, helpful and added to our experience. Food is always good here. The check can be pricey but half options can make it more affordable I'd that's a concern.

We sat in the dining room next to the bar. Service was good, but the cocktail I ordered was forgotten even though they were not that busy.
There were 3 of us, special appetizers and salads were great options, and the meals were delicious. I had the gnocchi special which was perfect , and the buffalo short ribs were excellent as well.

Will definitely return next time I’m in Concord.

Food and service were fantastic. Only draw-backs: the dining room (at lunch time) was very chilly. Several patrons, including myself, ate with their coats over their shoulders. Also, the seats of the chairs are a bit deep for an average size woman, negating the ability to rest the back on the back of the chair...tiring and not very conducive to a relaxing meal.

Excellent New England Chowder in an upscale place in a beautful inn. Amazing intuitive waiters and a menu with options for everyone. This is my new favorite place.

I had never tried duck before, the server was very helpful giving me his opinion on what the taste and texture is like, as well as suggesting to what done-ness I should try duck at for the first time. He was right in the mark with both his description and suggestions!!

Wonderful meal, very capable friendly server....dinner was not rushed nor did we wait long. Love the old building...thought buying the wine by different ounces was perfect. Salmon was wonderful and the filet melted in my mouth. Very relaxing enjoyable meal.

This was for my birthday. My wife and I both thought this was one of the best meals we have ever had, and we have been eating out for a long time. We will definitely be back!!

I have been dining at the Granite for more than 17 years and this meal will be my last visit. The charm and elegance of the staff is gone; the waitress was more suited for a diner than an upscale restaurant. The menu has lost its adventurous appeal and overall quality. The kitchen did not make a dish correctly and one meal had to be returned. It is disappointing to lose the Granite as a dining choice.
