   My waitress was wonderful and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great even on a busy day like Mother’s Day. And the atmosphere is perfect.

   Great food. Was seated 35 minutes after reservation but I will definitely be back

   We had a reservation for 2:30p. We checked in at 2:25p and we were told they were running late. When I asked how late I was told “well, we are not really running late but we are supposed to tell everyone that”. I asked if we would still get the buffet if we were not seated by 3p and she said no. it ends at 3p. I said that wasn’t right since they were the ones running late and she said “I just work here”. We watched as several parties of 6 that arrived after us were seated first. When we inquired about our table at 3:07p we were told that the table that was slated for us by them still had people at it and we would have to wait for them to leave. I asked if we could sit at the next first available table since had now waited 45 minutes. It was very frustrating and zero customer service. When we finally did get seated our waiter was very good but unfortunately that didn’t make up for waiting so long and the customer service we received at the front. We won’t be back.

   Everything was great from the minute we walked in. Greeters were friendly and they helped us get seated faster. Our waitress handled our larger party effortlessly and the food came quickly. Everything was amazing, bravo to the entire team. Other restaurants could learn from this group!

   Waitress was very attentive - checked in often. Fish tacos were wonderful and dinner salad more than ample. I was happy to see a staff member sweeping the floor near us, as it really needed it. Enjoyed our dinner.

    I wanted to share some constructive feedback based on my recent visits to the Northville location. First, I want to highlight that their team does a great job maintaining a clean environment, and the bar service has been consistently fair. Seating arrangements throughout the restaurant meet general expectations, and the all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch remains a strong offering that I genuinely enjoy. That said, I have experienced challenges with food quality on several occasions. Meals have sometimes arrived cold, and overall, the dining experience has not consistently met the level of quality I was hoping for. Given the price point and the number of visits, I had anticipated a higher level of consistency and satisfaction. While there are positives, the repeated food quality issues have influenced my decision not to return at this time. I sincerely hope my feedback is helpful as they continue refining their operations and enhancing the guest experience. Granite City has a lot of potential, and I would love to see it thrive with a stronger focus on culinary consistency. Thank you again for your time and the efforts of your team.
