   Food was good. We had a table of 10, so a sizable party. One of our meals was missed, which happens, so they received their food after everyone else finished eating. Service attention seemed to drop off at that point. Thought they would at least comp the one meal, but they did not. I have not had issues on previous visits (smaller parties).

   Before eating here, I’d heard nothing but good things but the price was a bit high. I came here tonight with my family to celebrate a late Mother’s Day for my mother. The service wasn’t too bad. The waiter kept the drinks filled. The only hiccup was the mix up on the type of Alfredo my brother wanted. No big deal. The manager apologized profusely and did make it right. My husband and my sister in law both chose a hamburger and they were not good. At all. Super dried out and no sauce, of any kind. Just cheese and bacon. If the burger wasn’t so dried out, having no sauce on it probably would have been fine. My husband did not eat his burger. I ordered the chicken tuscano. The mashed potatoes were great. The only good thing about the chicken was it being moist. The breading/seasoning could have been better. And the green beans were a bit waxy. For almost $20 for that, I could have went somewhere else for half the price. The ambiance was good. The manager was friendly and polite and helpful. However, the food did not impress me or my family. And because of that, my family and I will not be back.

   The wait staff and Management bent over backwards to help us with gluten free offerings. We had a very enjoyable meal. The food was very good and had great flavor.

   My waitress was wonderful and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great even on a busy day like Mother’s Day. And the atmosphere is perfect.

   We had a reservation for 2:30p. We checked in at 2:25p and we were told they were running late. When I asked how late I was told “well, we are not really running late but we are supposed to tell everyone that”. I asked if we would still get the buffet if we were not seated by 3p and she said no. it ends at 3p. I said that wasn’t right since they were the ones running late and she said “I just work here”. We watched as several parties of 6 that arrived after us were seated first. When we inquired about our table at 3:07p we were told that the table that was slated for us by them still had people at it and we would have to wait for them to leave. I asked if we could sit at the next first available table since had now waited 45 minutes. It was very frustrating and zero customer service. When we finally did get seated our waiter was very good but unfortunately that didn’t make up for waiting so long and the customer service we received at the front. We won’t be back.
