First time going for brunch and it was marvelous. The staff handled the crowd well! Oh boy was it crowded. The food and drinks were just wonderful and we'll be going again!

The absolute worst baked salmon I’ve ever eaten! Well over-cooked. The fish was hard and dry. Served with at most, two tablespoons of rice and extremely”reedy” asparagus. Have been going to this G-City for well over one year. Not again.

Every thing we have had has been delicious! Appetizers: Crispy Brussels Sprouts, house salad, Nacho tray, Spinach artichoke dip & Maple pepper flat bread from Main menu: Crispy Asian Shrimp taco's, my favorite, Crispy Baja Fish Taco's, Hamburgers, & Asian Chicken Salad.

Check number 90002 table 79/1 server ANELA 1:49 PM 9/8/2023. Server started our lunch by bringing wrong beverages to table, then followed up by forgetting my soup and not deleting onions from the pot roast as requested. Server never checked back and then demanded payment to close out our check before we were done . Horrendous service and terrible attitude. Manager sent e mail offering free appetizers offer was declined

Staff very workable for our seating arrangement. Ashley was very responsive, but would love for her to smile - does she enjoy her job? Salmon was dry and burnt, asparagus was perfect.

Dined with my spouse. She had steak salad and ate every bit of it. I had Mediterranean chicken and it was fair at best. Portions were ample (chicken and rice), but chicken was barely warm and overcooked (dry). Server was excellent.

As always we had an enjoyable meal at granite city on Friday night!! The atmosphere is always great and friendly!! The 4 of us each ordered the AYCE fish fry which is always fantastic. Our server, Marco (our favorite) was very attentive keeping drinks refilled and fish reorders coming until we were full!! Our o my downfall is that we have to drive an hour to get to this restaurant for their great food and service!!! Casey Wysocki

I had a birthday coupon so we had dinner. The server was very attentive and knowledgeable. He even gave us a new appetizer to take home! Good value on the food and they have a great rewards app. We will be back.

We love coming to Granite city for Sunday brunch and Friday fish fry’s!! If it weee that it takes us an hour to get there we would probably be super regulars!! Service and food were awesome as always and we now look forward each time to filling our growler with Northen beer—. We’re hooked in it!! Next trip will be for fish w and brining family with too!!!

Service was horrible. We were one of 3, maybe 4 tables. We were a part of 12. Only 3 alcoholic drinks, the rest was water and pop. Took 30 minutes to get fountain drinks and over 45 minutes for the 3 drinks. Food took about an hour and a half. Fine, large order so I get it. When it came out there was one missing and instead of saying that she forgot it (we're all human) she said that the kitchen dropped it and is making a new one. It was a salad and took a short time to come out. The worst part was the bill. Asked for only 4 people to be put on their own bill, the rest on another. They were out of towners and wanted their own check. We had to have the checks revised not once, not twice but three times. There were drinks on there that we never revived but were getting charged for. Then when asked about it, they said they would remove it and just added it to the other check. Very sneaky and dishonest. We were all very excited to try this place for the first time and I don't think any of us will be returning. If that's how service is when the place isn't busy, I don't want to be there when it's packed.

Have been coming here for years and like the brunch however, the last 2-3 years it hasn’t been all that exceptional as years past. They offer less and less. They use to offer Rum Chanda French toast and egg Benedict made fresh to order. Now it’s on the brunch table and it’s not good at all! Barely any desserts are offered. Not much of a selection anymore but I still enjoy most of the offerings including there delish potato casserole!! Wish they would bring back some of the good stuff as well as the make your own donuts

Waiter seems rushed. 4 person round table with space around and she would only stand on one side and have us take our drinks and pass them on or pass us our plates. There was a broom leaning on a table in the midst of the aisle for most of our meal. Several employees walked past. No one bothered to put it away. Noise level was higher than normal. Flatbread order arrived room temp at best.

Ordered our food, including soup,when it came to table it was barely warm which means 2 things, either the temp wasn't turned up or it sat on counter too long then server picked up,I'm betting on number 2,hardly saw her.

Always enjoy coming for brunch. The food selection is always excellent, but maybe add a waffle or pancake station and have peeled shrimp. A five-star rating awaits if you refrain from playing Trailer Swift.... Other than that, this is the spot for brunch

I found a new favorite item this time. The grilled mahi tacos were amazing. I added avocado slices, which really enhanced the experience. I thought the temperature level and the noise level in the restaurant were perfect.

We were seated quickly but it took the server 20 minutes to get to our table. After 40 minutes of not even our soup and salad being brought out after ordering, we decided to leave. We spent an hour drinking multiple drinks but no food. They kept apologizing about the wait while they prioritized take out meals and our Father's Day meal was ruined. They comped our drinks but it wasn't enough to make it any better, especially after driving 45 minutes to get there and returned 45 minutes even hungrier. Won't return.

We were dining in for Father’s Day brunch and we had a 2 o’clock reservation. We didn’t get seated till about 2:30. From there we felt rushed to eat. Every couple of minutes a server would come up to our table and ask if we were done because they were going to put all the brunch buffet away. We felt like we had to eat fast so we would be able to to get up for a second time for pastries or fruit. They also didn’t restock on pastries or desert so there was not much to chose from. We were nor pleased with the experience. I feel if you’re going to offer late reservations for brunch we should be able to get the same experience as someone who had an earlier reservation.
