                                          Service was very good and so was the food. Sea Bass was excellent. A little noisy as it’s near the bar and generally gathering place in the Grand Hyatt hotel.

                                          It is a restaurant in a hotel… But it is probably the best restaurant in a chain hotel. The quality of the food, the quality of service, and the atmosphere make it far more pleasant than the typical hotel restaurant. Kudos to the grand Hyatt and the grand Matt and their management and staff. I live in Dallas and still go there to eat once in a while because of this.

                                          Staff and food were amazing. Only downside was we came during our layover and then the security gate for re-entry was overrun and understaffed. We missed our flight
