For such a massive restaurant I was disappointed in our seating, right behind check in. I had a view of their desk and the open door to the kitchen

Worst Lobster Roll Ever. The rest of the food was not bad, but way overpriced. TOURIST TRAP!

Still a go to place for oysters and fresh seafood at market prices. My friend oysters were good, but I was underwhelmed by the $50 bouillabaisse. It consisted of a smallish bowl of bland, tomato forward fish chowder garnished with mussels, a half a lobster tail and a claw.

Revising my reservation worked seamlessly! We were seated in a place for optimum quiet. Meals are pricy but good. Feel a vegetable should be included with more entrées. Also, it would be nice if the main dining room had its own bathrooms. It’s quite a trek through the lunch counters, then the saloon, to get there.

Good seafood option if you’re near Grand Central. Service has been off the past few times I’ve dined here. Each time they got the order wrong, and servers were difficult to find.

Enjoyed our meal after being 7 years away! Had to ask for larger wine glasses and bread rolls were hard and crackers provided were too crispy but overall, we enjoyed our mains and dessert. Went for the Riesling and enjoyed it. Would try the Saloon next time as restaurant was very noisy.
