   The weekend brunch they advertise on the website isn't actually happening at the moment. Had we known that we would have gone somewhere else. Perfectly fine breakfast, but not for the price and how it is advertised.

   Went there to eat the buffet but they didn't have it probably because of the New Year's holiday. I ordered off the a la carte menu and it was very delicious. It also came out in about 10 minutes which is very fast. Other than the pricey parking, the food and ambience was very good.

   We had eaten at Grand Cafe many times, sitting outside before performances at Walt Disney Hall or the Music Center. We walked over from the Disney Hall parking lot to find that there was no more outdoor seating. In addition all entrances to the restaurant on Grand Ave. were locked. We walked around and finally found an elevator with the accessibility logo for wheelchair users. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF ADA LAWS. The elevator was not working. We had to walk down 4 flights of stairs near Angels Flight, then cross over Olive and enter the Omni Hotel. We headed to the elevators to the right of the entrance. The elevators were not working. No sign. I walked to the Front Desk and was told, "those are not working". I suggested a sign and the person shrugged and pointed to some other elevators. We then rode up to the 3rd floor. My 84 year old friend was wheezing and out of breath. The restaurant was empty. If the Grand Cafe wants patrons, then need to make access from Grand Ave.

   The Poke bowl description did not include raw bean sprout. Please see the DineLA menu. The seaweed was dry and hard to chew and the rice was not evenly cooked. The Hummus was good with nice variety of vegetables and enough pita bread (NOT FRESHLY MADE LIKE 10e).

   Was told they validate parking, but they reduce the rate from $65 to $20 for a few hours. Went to try to explore restaurant week menu and should have known not to park even though we called ahead. There is ample street parking and a lot adjacent for $9. Outside of that, there was only one other person in the entire place. We had 3 servers. The food wasn’t bad.

    Food was excellent. Hope you add some of the sandwiches back to your menu, The Reuben, for example. Sorry to see that more people that go to the LA Phil haven’t discovered you’re open again.

    Didn’t dine there….. Falsely advertising on Open Table that they have Sunday Bruch Buffet. Half of my party arrived on Sunday and was told they only have brunch a la carte! So, I had to change plans and find another restaurant to take guests from out of town at very last minute! Very stressful situation due to them advertising wrong info.

    Disappointed for Sunday brunch as we were under the impression from website and older post about Sunday buffet brunch with bottomless mimosas. Open table menu still not updated. They are currently a la carte only. Food was good - standard breakfast fair and limited menu but service was slow, took a good 25 minutes before drinks came then they came with one half empty glass saying they’re out of champagne and we’re still looking for another bottle to top me off, that came 5 minutes later.

    This is a place not to go if you want a nice place to chat and have a nice brunch. It is very very loud and staff does not control the disturbance from other guest. I was here on a date and the table from across the room was 4 guys and they were yelling at everyone walking by “who’s house “ as they yelled at everyone as well as each table. This became very annoying g and uncomfortable. To pay so much money to have that type of treatment wow! The staff and managers said it did nothing. I also made a reservation and when I arrived to check in another guest walked up to ask for a table. He told the lady that he did not have a reservation. Next think I know he was taken and put at a very nice 4 top table near a window and very quiet. My three guest and myself were taken to the far back next to 2 very large larger loud parties where we could not even have a conversation or hear each other. I then told the manager that we needed to move it was too loud. Then I asked. Why were we not offered the table at the window that you had given to the guy with no reservation. We were first and reservation. He said he didn’t know and I could wait for something to come available to move. 35/40 mins later we were able to move. But at that point it didn’t matter. $240 later and it was horrible , loud, horrible service and for what ?

    Loved the mimosa included with buffet but wish they offered other drink options as well. There was a lot of food variety, but many of the items were so-so. Meat on roast beef was pretty dry, but the eggs and cooked salmon were delicious.

    The first time my husband and I went the mimosas were flowing! I mean our glasses never went half empty before the waiter filled them back up! The service was awesome and the food was amazing! Our 2nd visit back to LA and we made sure to come back to The Grand Brunch! Everything was amazing but we had to ask for a refill at least two times from our waitress. We enjoyed despite and will be back when we visit LA again.

    First off when I️ went to restaurant I️ don’t see why you need a reservation because most of the restaurant was open and tables free . Second the servers tend to rush you , they don’t even ask if your first time of recommend anything. Third the food was so BLAN and TASTELESS..... I️ thought it was my plate but no it was my friends was well like we both were so disappointed didn’t even finish the plate what waste of money .... fourth to get check we had to wait and wait and try to flag a server for check which it should never be that hard especially for empty restaurant! Never again coming back I️ wish we just went to ihop we would of got more for our money and better tasting food I’m so disappointed I️ have been to some better 5 start places and 1 start places than this place

    It's not that I would NOT recommend this restaurant, and we had quite a nice brunch, but I would not rush back there. Food was fair to good. Noise level was way too high for my liking. The thing I liked least about it was the atmosphere. Our table for 2 was in the middle of the room with virtually no outside view at all. It was a bit like being in a banquet room. Did not encourge you to want to stay and chill for a couple of hours, rather to eat and go. The price was okay, but i have had better weekend brunches with far more atmosphere both through Travelzoo and going direct

    The food was absolutely delicious. We arrived around 11 am on a Saturday for brunch so the restaurant was slightly empty. We started off at the carving station. The Mac and cheese, roasted veggies, and mashed potatoes were seasoned well. My friend enjoyed the prime rib. I tried the seafood paella and the shrimp was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The French toast was perfectly cooked and the chicken sausage had a unique taste in a good way. The only downfall was the miso soup. It was a tad bit salty. The waitstaff ensured that our mimosas and coffee were topped off. Will definitely be returning.
