The server was very attentive. The food was good. The prime rib was sliced ahead of time and looked like it had been sitting on the hot griddle for days.

This is the second time I have brought family to the Grand Café for Sunday Brunch and we have all enjoyed the food. It is refreshing to find a buffet brunch these days where the hot food is really hot (and I mean really hot) and the cold food kept very cold. The quality and selection will meet everyone's taste. I always leave wanting more but don't have anymore room.

My cousins and I celebrated a birthday before going to the theatre. The Valet was very nice and welcoming. First impression was great. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly! We never felt abandoned. We were well taken care of. The food was delicious!!! I've been telling everyone. I definitely will go back.

We were there for the weekend brunch buffet. It costs $55 and includes a decent selection of food (chilled crab legs!) and unlimited mimosas, fruit juices, and coffee. We had a good time. Our servers were extraordinarily attentive--clearing plates promptly, replenishing our mimosa glasses frequently, etc. Our only complaint was that the food items are not well labeled. Labels don't list ingredients. Listing the ingredients would be considerate, especially useful for those of us who have allergies and/or dietary restrictions.

I visited Omni for lunch on a Sunday.
Firstly, the elevator wasn't working due to a fire emergency.
Secondly, there was no one on the front desk to seat us and we had to wait until someone noticed us standing helplessly.
The restaurant was very noisy and the servers were absent for most of the time.
I ordered a shrimp Scampi and is was so bland and distasteful. Although enjoyed the Creme Brulee.

Will not visit again and do not recommend.

Summer BBQ buffet series every Friday. Most of the American-themed fares tasted great (e.g., Kansas City, Memphis, and St. Louis), but the more international-based barbecues left much to be desired for people who did not want to trek across LA for “real” international foods. The Korean BBQ and Japanese BBQ menus were more Americanized interpretations of their intended nations’ dishes than authentic recreations. The service is usually fast and courteous, though. The servers do a great job juggling all their stations during the lunchtime rush. Unfortunately, it was always a battle with the servers and managers to redeem the Metro Discount (25% off your bill during Friday buffet BBQ when you show them your Metro TAP card); the servers always insisted it was 15% and our party always had to bring the printout or show the website on our phones to confirm (week after week). That said, we still frequent the Grand Cafe. It’s one of the better business lunch options in the area during the week.

One of the best brunches in LA.
The East / West offerings are fantastic and make it a special place, and truly authentic to LA.
For the price...it’s also an amazing value considering the quality and variety of what is offered, and the service.
Brought 3 friends who had never tried it, and all said they’d be back.

Second time doing their summer Art of BBQ series. @$24 pp, decent price (especially since it comes with 2 beers). Fairly wide selection of regional dishes, all well-curated for the region. I focused on the shrimp, hubby on the pork ribs (theme was Memphis). Desserts always good. We might be back for one more before they’re done for the season.

I had brunch here with my husband and it was VERY loud. The food was mediocre. Some of the food items were cold and the menu overall could use some updates. As always the omelette bar wins and the crab legs were good.

Very nice brunch, wish I knew about the online coupon deal beforehand it would of made it more of a value for me. The servers were very nice and we got seated right away. At first we we seated next to an extremely loud bridal shower of some sort and we asked to be moved and they immediately accommodated us for which we were very grateful. Overall everything was very nice.

I love this place. Awesome for Weekend brunch. Seafood is delicious. Its a tad expensive $55 but really worth about $35-$40. Great service. I wish there was some kind of music in the background...its super quiet amongst the loud laughter from drunken guests enjoying their bottomless mimosas.

Our reservation was 2:15, no one was there. They were beginning to close the brunch. We had to set ourselves, then while we got the food someone took our seats. Also they had to get the people to serve the food. Frankly it just was not worth the cost.
