What an incredible experience my wife and I had at the Grand Cafe at the Omni. The staff was engaging, kind and always made sure we had what we needed. The staff was notified of my wife’s birthday and they didn’t hold back any stops and we felt the love they shared. The hospitality of everyone there was with the visit, and the food was out of this world! Highly recommend the Jazz Brunch if you can, there wasn’t a single dish I had that I didn’t enjoy. Biscuits and Gravy, King Crab, incredible waffles.. this may have been our first, but definitely won’t be our last visit!

excellent brunch buffet with fresh tasty offerings. Back to pre-covid standards. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Everyone at the tables around us seemed to be enjoying the experience as much as we were.

I went for Sunday Brunch with my family and it was great! Wonderful selection of food especially the seafood bar (fresh crab legs and shrimp!), and the jazz band was a great touch for the added ambience. It’s a little pricey but well worth it for the food quality, live entertainment, and mimosas!

When I got there the Cafe was closed. They said it was undergoing renovations. They moved it to another area. The waiter was very unfriendly and did the very minimum to assist us. Had a Caesar salad - some of the leaves of the lettuce looked brown. I’ve never had issues at the Cafe before - so I’m assuming it maybe due to renovations they claimed. I think - they maybe part of the strike and don’t want to draw attention to the strike so they’re calling it a renovation. Regardless, service levels were subpar.

Our private room for 13 people was perfect and truly helped our retirement celebration a memorable event! Staff and food were great! The GRAND CAFE operated out of NOE Restaurant due to the recent hurricane and regardless was a great experience!

I was happy to hear the Omni offers a champagne Sunday brunch, and with a jazz trio! My husband who's a tough grader said the crab legs, both hot & cold, were the best he's ever had, along with the shrimp. I loved the freshness of the omelet ingredients, the fried chicken and prime rib. Desserts could be expanded. I was not happy with the service -- I had to beg for every glass of sparkling wine, and small requests were overlooked. It wasn't a busy time, it just seemed like our Server didn't care what we wanted even though I tipped up front for good service, which I always do at a buffet. Return for food definitely, but really put off by the attitude of the server, who sets the tone for the Brunch experience.

First time at the Omni, offered a choice of the buffet or menu options. Selected the menu offerings. Food was wonderful, burger and fries with a Bloody Mary. Good live jazz in the background. Great find when exploring the local museums.

Snow crab legs and shrimps were sizable and tasted good, would be worth it if you just came for the crab legs. I did not have the courage to try the oysters. Not a lot of options for the buffet for the price, about half the items were done well, like the omelet, prime ribs, fresh made waffles. Dessert bar was definitely lacking. Ambiance was meh. Service was disorganized. Overall: food is decent, but for $85/person, would expect a nicer ambiance, better service, and more food choices. Not a bad experience, but would not return. Mehhh place, neither recommend or recommend against.

Great value ($25) for Dine LA. Split two appetizers and an entree with my friend. Cauliflower appetizer and also guac and chips. Chicken breast and hamburger, fries for our entrees.

Our whole group thoroughly enjoyed our food selection!! One of the best hamburgers I’ve had in a long time!! My son was very happy with his popcorn chicken and waffles!! Service was excellent and our waiter was really friendly! Perfect place to go to before our concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall!! Highly recommend!!

Went there to eat the buffet but they didn't have it probably because of the New Year's holiday. I ordered off the a la carte menu and it was very delicious. It also came out in about 10 minutes which is very fast. Other than the pricey parking, the food and ambience was very good.

We had eaten at Grand Cafe many times, sitting outside before performances at Walt Disney Hall or the Music Center. We walked over from the Disney Hall parking lot to find that there was no more outdoor seating. In addition all entrances to the restaurant on Grand Ave. were locked. We walked around and finally found an elevator with the accessibility logo for wheelchair users. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF ADA LAWS. The elevator was not working. We had to walk down 4 flights of stairs near Angels Flight, then cross over Olive and enter the Omni Hotel. We headed to the elevators to the right of the entrance. The elevators were not working. No sign. I walked to the Front Desk and was told, "those are not working". I suggested a sign and the person shrugged and pointed to some other elevators. We then rode up to the 3rd floor. My 84 year old friend was wheezing and out of breath. The restaurant was empty. If the Grand Cafe wants patrons, then need to make access from Grand Ave.

The Poke bowl description did not include raw bean sprout. Please see the DineLA menu. The seaweed was dry and hard to chew and the rice was not evenly cooked. The Hummus was good with nice variety of vegetables and enough pita bread (NOT FRESHLY MADE LIKE 10e).

Was told they validate parking, but they reduce the rate from $65 to $20 for a few hours. Went to try to explore restaurant week menu and should have known not to park even though we called ahead. There is ample street parking and a lot adjacent for $9. Outside of that, there was only one other person in the entire place. We had 3 servers. The food wasn’t bad.

Didn’t dine there….. Falsely advertising on Open Table that they have Sunday Bruch Buffet. Half of my party arrived on Sunday and was told they only have brunch a la carte! So, I had to change plans and find another restaurant to take guests from out of town at very last minute! Very stressful situation due to them advertising wrong info.

Disappointed for Sunday brunch as we were under the impression from website and older post about Sunday buffet brunch with bottomless mimosas. Open table menu still not updated. They are currently a la carte only. Food was good - standard breakfast fair and limited menu but service was slow, took a good 25 minutes before drinks came then they came with one half empty glass saying they’re out of champagne and we’re still looking for another bottle to top me off, that came 5 minutes later.
