The ambience and service at the Gramercy Bistro were pleasant, but my husband and I were both very disappointed with the food. I had the grilled romaine salad which was, frankly, a disgrace for $11 - half of a very small, wilty-looking romaine head with two pieces of bacon resting on top. My husband's chicken liver mousse was watery (not nice!) I then had mussels, which were flavorful but overcooked, while my husband pronounced his veal to be "plastic-like." (He did not finish it, most unusual.) We were there on a Thursday in February, and there was only one other couple dining. Perhaps the cook had the night off. Perhaps the food can be better, but based on our experience I would steer clear of this restaurant.

The Gramercy is very consistent...which is also it's largest drawback. Apart from a special soup or main course, the menu has been the same for years.

This place is amazing. The food is delicious. The menu may be seasonal and limited at times, but it's absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is also spectacular. Great for casual dining or dinner for a special occasion/date night.

Awesome hidden gem in NA.

Wonderful food, exquisite wine, and great atmosphere—all in America’s largest contemporary art museum!

We started with the carrot coconut bisque which was flavorful and warming. Thereafter, we had the goat cheese ravioli and the veal schnitzel. Both meals were delicious and well presented. The wait staff was appropriately attentive throughout the meal, though the seating for our reservation was delayed by about 15 minutes due to how busy it was. Overall, a delightful experience at a fine establishment to which I would gladly return

We had a lovely Christmas Eve dinner there with out-of-town family and friends. It was just what we expected from Gramercy.

Because of its location, Gramercy is THE place to dine before events at Mass MoCA. Nearby Public Eat + Drink is lower key and less expensive, but does not take reservations, making it an iffy pre-concert choice. Gramercy is a bistro in name only, lacking classics like cassoulet or steak frites; but its narrow, meat-heavy menu is well prepared and gorgeously plated. Expensive for North Adams, it's moderate by Boston or NY standards - good value as long as you're not expecting a 5-star meal.

A very welcoming place in a wonderful spot--MASS Moca---but everything we ordered--soup, salad, steaks---were generally tasteless. Service wasn't great, food delivery slow, even though it was a Sunday and there were several empty tables

Located in/ next to Mass MOCA. Best meal I have had at GB by far. Seeetbreads excellent. Ditto trout special. Interesting reasonable wine list. Decent service

Food was good, but service slow and inattentive. We had to get our waiter several times for service and when we asked for attention, he gave us attitude.

Nice atmosphere, great service and tasty, creative choices. We were a party of three with diverse tastes and we all found food to enjoy. The butternut fritters starter was delicious, and the trout special was outstanding.
