Loved everything about it. The service was perfect. Very friendly. Loved the fact that it was fine dining, in a more relaxed atmosphere. The wait staff wore the restaurants t shirts, with the signature red converse. So great :) The meal was delicious. Gorgeous plating, and the flavors unforgettable. The brioche twinkie with the deconstructed ceasar salad was to die for! This would be my go to date night restaurant if we lived in the city. :) Graham was also there, and was willing to take time to talk with us. Very gracious and down to earth :) So cool! Highly recommend!!!

Saturday night must have been an off night. Took over an hour to get our entrees. Waitress apologized after we said something and then took the items off the check. Not the point, would have gladly paid full price as the food was outstanding, but the wait staff was confused. Waitress said it was the last night before transitioning to a new menu so they were out of 5 entrees and 3 of the 5 desserts. Seems to me that if you're serving the old menu then you'd have those items available and once you switch you can use what's left for specials or feature items vs. telling customers that you're out and then make them wait over an hour for it.

The food was great but not signature. It was really good and was a good value but it just didn't elevate to a signature dining by a signature Chef. Some things came very close but just didn't get there. Also, about 1/2 the menu was out. So had some of the other signature items been available, that might have changed things. The hostess was amazing, helping out with the servers and coming by quite often to check on us. I was looking for something one of a going to a Gordon Ramsey or John Besh or Emeril restaurant and it fell just short. I will give it another try when we visit Chicago again. The prices are very you get amazing value.

The overall experience was painful. Our server first advised us that the restaurant was out of lobster (for the lobster risotto), the sea bass and the rabbit. She then ignored us for 45 minutes. After making the hostess aware that we wanted to order, the server returned oblivious to her lack of attention. We ordered the carrots for an appetizer, and lamb. The carrots were fine, but the lamb was flavorless and overdone. Despite our complaints to the staff about the poor service and lack of choices, there was no effort to ease our dining experience. Graham Elliot himself was there. Bad food, and poor effort by the staff. On the way out, our friends mentioned the terrible experience to the hostess. She replied, well, next time you visit us, we will be attentive. There won't be a next time.

We were really disappointed. The place was empty. The staff at times seemed to want to be attentive - and then they would disappear. We said we'd like to share our dishes - they didn't bring spoons to dish out the food. When we asked, they waiter came back with one spoon although we had two dishes. We waited over 45 minutes to get two of the dishes. They were sort of apologetic but more inept than anything. The experience was so underwhelming I would never return. Food was major mediocre. Soggy popcorn just doesn't cut it.

Food was amazing, creative, delicious and relevant. The drinks were seasonal as well as traditional, but with a modern, Graham Elliot twist. One of the best burgers EVER! Highly recommend a visit to this hopping West Loop location. Fun and delicious.

What an amazing meal. Each dish was beautiful to look at and just as delicious. The staff helped us celebrate a special birthday in style. We were very much looking forward to seeing some of Elliot's classic dishes and were not disappointed. We will be back our next time in Chicago. A special thank you to the staff for a memorable meal.

HUGE FAN OF CHEF ELLIOT!!! I tasted most of the chef's signature dishes and they were all truly unique and creative with different flavors that combine beautifully! Service is extremely amazing! Every single staff member was incredibly kind! I will totally be back again! BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT, BEAUTIFUL SERVICE, GORGEOUS FOOD! What else can you ask for an amazing dining experience?

we went during the week after seeing an exhibit at the Field Museum- great location
we loved the look of the restaurant- super casual
the outside seating in back was covered so even though there was a threat of rain, we were protected
popcorn with drinks was fantastic- truffle oil not overpowering
all the staff was attentive, pleasant, and very helpful with recommendations for ordering
I had the sea bass- crispy, flavorful (not a huge portion)
friend enjoyed his mussels- also great
the best salad ever- the deconstructed Caesar- absolutely loved it
Kale salad looked beautiful- not my palate, but very interesting
gnocchi was light and flavorful; don't remember other choices
the banana split at the end of the meal was yummy!!!
all in all, not a complaint and had a wonderful time
found off street parking as well- who could ask for more?
all in all, we loved

My wife and I are big fans of Graham Elliot from his appearance on MasterChef. The food was on point. Some might complain the portions are a little small for what you pay. But that's fine by me. The quality of the food is superb. My wife and I split 3 plates together and each had cocktails and dessert for just over $100. We left more than satisfied. The filet of beef stroganoff was out of this world good. And to make for a perfect vacation experience, we got to meet Graham Elliot and get pictures taken with him. It was a very special night!

Loved everything about it! The food was excellent and they helped us celebrate my boyfriends birthday with a great ice cream cone with pop rocks! Very fun! We also had the pleasure of seeing Graham Elliot who is one of our favorite chefs! It made the night perfect!

We have eaten in many Randolph Street restaurants and by far this is one of the best! Creative menu items prepared as if you were the most special diner in the restaurant! Food was prepared perfectly and brought to us quickly and very professionally & friendly! Plates are conducive to sharing. We never had dessert but we did & we did not regret it! Oh...and having Graham Elliott stop at our table and say Hi! was a great touch!
