Most of our menu items can be made gluten-free with little or no modifications. Vegetarian and vegan options are well thought out and composed. We make our own vegan pasta, too. Dinner was wonderful. They made our anniversary so memorable. Can’t say enough great things. The personal note, the intermezzo, the Cava. Thank you!!
Gracie’s is the absolute best restaurant I’ve ever been too. From the food, wine list, wait staff, and atmosphere, Gracie’s is amazing. Go with an empty stomach and expect to pay a little more than average. There are many options to choose from ranging from the regular menu, prefixed menu and a chefs tasting menu in 5,7 or 9 courses. Plan ahead and make reservations early, this is an experience, do plan on at least 2 hours or more.
Love Gracie's, they never disappoint. The chef's tasting is always a delete and it is always something new.
The non-alcoholic pairings are amazing and a great alternative for those who do not drink. My only complaint is the $25 per person charge for canceling within 24 hours of a reservation. I can see that for a no-show/no call, maybe, but certainly not for a cancellation. Life happens, Gracie's should understand that.
For this dinner I treated my cousin to celebrate her birthday. She had never been to Gracie’s, but had heard me talking about it for years; so it was time she had a chance to try for herself. By now I am known by many servers and they all came to offer birthday greetings to my cousin. The food was outstanding as always. With friendly and attentive service and such excellent food Gracie’s continues to be at the top of my list of RI restaurants and now is cousin approved as well!
Food and Service were exceptional! Can't wait for our next visit.
First time at Gracie's but most certainly will not be the last. We went to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't have been more pleased. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an exceptional hostess who led us to our table which was "prepared" for us; an anniversary greeting from Gracie's management and complimentary champagne which was unexpected but most welcomed. If anything, it was an indication of the gracious time awaiting us. Our servers were courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. The food and wine pairings were excellent. Over all, the entire evening at Gracie's was outstanding... I can wholeheartedly recommend Gracie's for any occasion.
Excellent fine dining restaurant. The portions are small, but perfectly prepared. Sitting at the bar, our server / bartender, Manny, was great. However, the bar lacked ambiance and music. There is a TV, but it remains off which was disappointing. Still, the food and beverage experience was amazing, and I would absolutely recommend Gracie's when looking for fine dining.
Outstanding food, friendly upscale vibe. We were in Providence for just a night, and it was an unexpected treat. Highly recommend.
We have always had a great experience at Gracie’s, but this was the first time I’ve left there feeling “eh”. My husband’s $47 ribeye was over 1/3 inedible, being all fat. I love marbling but this was just full globs of fat. The bartender showed the chef and he didn’t seem to care. The rest of the food was good but nothing special. Too bad, it used to be such a great dining experience!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Gracie’s with two other couples. We all opted for the 5 course Chef’s Tasting which was outstanding! Our servers, Jim and Nicky, were a lot of fun and little anniversary extras appeared throughout the evening. I highly recommend Gracie’s for a deliciousnight out!
The food and service are always great. Our usual server, Sarah, was off on Wednesday, but our server, Gabriel was exceptional
Nice touch with cookies from valet
And free valet was nice
The service was amazing the food was superb! We chose to order all a cart and asked the server to recommend a wine pairing next time we will do the chef‘s table
First time experience... friendly waitstaff . Impeccable service. Food was awesome as well as wine pairings. We'll be back.
everything was beautiful from start to finish. our server understood our love of quirky, quality and off-the-beaten-path wines so well it was remarkable. she really made what was already great into an outstanding experience.
did i mention the food was incredible?? absolutely!
There are a few ordering options at Gracie's. By chance we were there during restaurant week which cut the tab down. We took advantage of the fixed price menu at restaurant week price which still gives quite a lot of choice and a delightful meal. Next time we WILL allow enough time to do the 9 course chief choice option. Wait staff were attentive and plentiful. not rushed and no nonsense - A great meal
We were very pleased with our dinner. It was nice having someone to park the car. Food was unique and very tasty . If you go you must have the cheese plate. Service was very good. Menu a little pricy, but we will be back
Gracie's hit every detail on the head. My wife and I celebrate our wedding anniversary here! We were greeted by each server with a 'happy anniversary' and set up in a beautiful private table with champagne! Each person made us feel welcome, ensured we had what we needed, offered recommendations and suggestions upon request and were genuine and excitable to be offering their service and product. The food was spectacular, too!
Stellar staff serving beautiful food. Tha pastry chef is knocking it out of the park!
Food was excellent. Waiter never asked if this was the first time we are dining at Gracies. Never discussed the menu, just asked if we were ready to order. It did get better after that as his explanation of the wine pairing was very good.
From beginning to end it was disappointing. Twenty minutes to get drinks 40 minutes entree. Rib eye was tasty but over cooked, ordered rare served medium, rigatoni tasteless and mushy. The staff and the manager did everything they could to make things right.
Our experience at Gracie’s was amazing! I’d give it 10 stars if that were available. Every bite or every course was scrumptious! And Sarah and her team of servers were remarkably attentive without hovering! Everyone in our party was delighted with the whole experience! Thank you so much!
As always, Gracie's treated us like treasured guests. They make any night a special occasion and we are so grateful to have a place like Gracie's near us. I will always keep coming back to their delicious gnocci and duck.
We loved our meal at Gracie's. The service was exceptional.
The restaurant week menu was delicious!
Our party of 6 highly recommends Gracie's.
Very disappointed in service. They made us wait an hour for seating even though I checked ahead and we were all on time. They provided a half glass of Cava and no food while we waited in the bar. There were seven of us and they provided 1 small hightop for us. My friend passed out while waiting and they gave away our table to 4 girls, a table for 8. They didn't even discuss the change before doing it. Lastly, they screwed up the payment at the end and reacted with eyerolling. Tried to charge me 160 for 90 worth and took a long time to figure it out
Absolutely impeccable food and service, our five course tasting menu was one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in years. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience that much better - the only suggestion I would make is that some of the servers are on the quiet side and need to project their voices better behind the noise of the restaurant so as to hear the story behind the food.
Too many disappointments to enumerate. Reserved table not ready until 15 minutes later.
White wine selection disappointing.
Salad with ricotta cheese tasteless.
Monk fish so overlooked it tasted like chicken nuggets at a bad food place. Lentils and potatoes virtually raw and tasteless.
Server never appeared to check. By the time the manager appeared it was too late to order another dinner which, at that point, no one wanted.
Atmosphere pretty enough but so noisy no conversation possible.
This restaurant used to be a sure thing. Past four dinners Ther over two year span have been huge disappointment. Encouraged by positive review in local newspaper, took a chance only to be doubly disappointed by the restaurant and the so-called food critic.
Classy, delicious, low-key, high quality. An excellent restaurant with creative, delicious, and thoughtfully-sourced food with low-key but impeccable service and a relaxed yet elegant environment.
Our dinner couldn't have been more perfect!! Every course was filled with wonderful flavors. The service is top notch and relaxed the staff at Gracies functions as a true team with no less than 8 different staff members taking care of us during our visit. The special touches are unique to Gracies.
We cannot wait to return.
Great food, service, drinks and wine. only negative is the tables for two are all very close to one another. You'll get to know your neighbors, and they you.
Simply outstanding experience from start to finish. Food was creative, delicious and perfect
Gracie's is a great restaurant with excellent food. I did notice this time, though, compared to previous years that the service was a bit "rough' and not polished like it used to be. It took us a very long time to get out initial drink and these were only brought out once we were half way through our appetizer, this also meant that I never got a glass of wine with my appetizer which was regrettable. Finally after this course the waiter came and took our wine order. We also had to ask for bread, even though the waiter had brought out butter and olive oil and this too came out once the appetizers were half way done. Other than that given the event, the celebration of a birthday, Gracie's came through with its usual delicate touch.
Gracie's once again is a hit. Great food with wonderful, friendly, informed but not overbearing service. We don't go frequently enough.
A good deal for restaurant week! $35 for three courses that would cost $60-$70 if you were to order a la carte.
I've eaten at a lot of restaurants, this was by far the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite ,presentation was perfect, and server,( Elizabeth), was helpful/very knowledgeable. I've been recommending the restaurant to everybody.
Unreal. Seriously there are no words. Just do yourself a favor and go. Ok wait. Two words. FOIS GRAS.
we had one of the best meal in providence this week during the restaurant week. I did order the 3 courses dessert menu beside the regular 3 course pre-set choices. Everything was well presented & great favor in all unique ingredients. Such creative combinations on all ingredients, I have to stress the fact that for someone like me who love sweets, her dessert have achieved in a much higher level than any average pastry chefs
I had a beyond amazing experience dining at Gracie's on Tuesday. It was the first time I saw the restaurant since they updated the decor last year. The new look is so welcoming and comforting while dining. Nicole was an amazing server assistant, each time they came by the table they made us feel at home. And the Foie was out of this world as usual.
Everything was great except i wish they always served the duck breast instead of the leg or gave you the option. The duck breast is always made so good there so I was disappointed in that. Otherwise everything else was delicious!
Gracie’s pulled out all the stops for my three out of town sisters to celebrate our birthdays. The service was perfect, the food was amazing and of course we loved the beer selection. Even the owner came out and said hello. Can’t wait for the beer/food pairing dinner.
