I made a reservation to ensure we wouldn't have an extended wait. It was during lunch time on a Friday. We ended up sitting at the bar in the bar club area. So we didn't use the reservation. I asked if we could be seated at a booth in the bar area but I was told that when I made my reservation I needed to specifically request a booth in the bar area and have that in my reservation (I didn't see that as an option). So if we decide to come back we'll know that for the next time. My husband had the stuffed chicken which he said he enjoyed and I had filet mignon which tasted good and was prepared well. However, I asked for more salad dressing which I didn't receive and the bar tender admitted she forgot and then when I received my plate she also made a mistake with my sides which she admitted as well. Other wise it was a pleasant experience. And the food was good.

Was a little upset they didn’t have brunch on Friday but overall this place was great for lunch.

We use Graces as our kitchen and our favorite place to take friends. It’s our “Happy Place” and we love to have any excuse to go. I took two friends for a birthday and it was perfect and fun.

Wonderful. Angel was our server and did a nice job. The oyster appetizer special and the fried chicken were superb. Too bad there were a few noisy kids that foiled the ambiance.

Food was flavorful and the service was attentive and prompt. Servers were very knowledgeable about the cuisine and how it is prepared.

Came here with this girl I’m trying to date and I tried my best to focus on her, but it’s simply impossible to focus on someone you want to have children with and marry when you have the worlds best calamari and shrimp appetizer in front of you. My toes curled when I tasted the orange sauce they were topped with...best thing I’ve had the pleasure of eating in a long long time. The other food was great, but the calamari made the entire experience worth it!

Valentines Day dinner and it was very nice we were seated by the fireplace which was a plus right off and the waiter was extremely pleasant and upbeat which makes for a pleasant dining experience and the food was great! It was hot, fresh and seasoned very well. I also enjoyed the whiskey sour made very well. I will definitely be dining there again

Went to Grace's on Saturday, 2-13-21. As usual, the food was very good and reasonably priced. Service was very good and attentive.

Now the bad...as a long-time OpenTable user, I expect to get a decent table at any establishment if not the type of table that I requested when I made the reservation. I must simply have a "give me the worst table in the place" sign on my forehead...because that is exactly what I got. I asked if there were any tables available that met what I had requested or were in a better location....and was told there were no other tables available (even though I had a reservation). Probably won't go back to Grace's for this reason.

Excellent food and service. One of the best meals we have had in a long time. Simply amazing.

Phenomenal experience!! My husband and I were celebrating our 9th anniversary and Grace's definitely made it memorable night.

We enjoyed a nice dinner. The food was delicious and so was the service. My wife didn't like the salad, so they switched it with some amazing mashed potatoes. Overall it was a good experience.

If you’re ever looking for “just good food “ this is the place. From chicken fried chicken to short ribs even a tasty gumbo. A must stop lunch or supper place when we visit from Louisiana. Only regret I haven’t tried everything on menu. We finished tonight’s meal with a delicious bread pudding. Now back to the hotel and can’t wait for next trip back to Houston.

Our server was exceptional. Sorry I don’t remember his name. The food was seasoned very well. I had no complaints.

As always, it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! My guest and I dined at the bar and were exquisitely served and entertained by Cherelle, the bartender. She patiently waited on our selections and expertly mixed our libations!

Great atmosphere, service, food and all! Had a wonderful waiter, food was delicious. Was looking forward to the red velvet cake but unfortunately someone complained about it so owner took it off the menu but, I had the carrot cake and it was perfect! Oh and the frozen mimosas are a must!!!

I ordered the Sweet and Sour Shrimp and Calamari as well as the Creole Stuffed Chicken with Brussel Sprouts and Broccolini. Both were delicious!

We love to dine at Grace's every time we visit Houston. Our visit was on 1/21/21.
It was good but not exceptionally good. Both the kitchen and service were not what we have come to expect.

Food took a long time to come. Waiter was kind of all over the place.

Table wasn’t ready for reservation, very noisy couldn’t hear the waiter standing next to me. Waiter was dripping in sweat. Crab cake was horrible 🤢

The service was excellent. A bit pricey for comfort food, but nice atmosphere and service.

While waiting for our reserved table, we had a drink in the bar. I would definitely eat in there sometime- cozy, nice ambiance. Very attentive staff. After being seated, we never felt neglected. Food was excellent. We will be back!

Anniversary

I ordered Fish Tacos. They were insipid, rice was Cold, beans were Cold. Corn tortillas were hard, stale and cold. Collectively, the luncheon business meeting was very disappointing. I never leave food nit eaten. I left food uneaten due to the unpalatable and COLD tacos.

The service was up to par, professional, and friendly. Carlie was attentive, amicable, and listened to the customer. I enjoyed her service fully. She gets a 5 Star rating.
