Excellent dinner, sushi was amazing, entree was fantastic, the drinks are delicious and made to perfection. Overall excellent restaurant! We ate on the top level with a gorgeous view of the Potomac and the Ferris wheel. Will def return every trip
I took my daughter who loves sushi. We both enjoyed ourselves. We each tried a new entrée and shared. The Shrimp Imperial and National Harbor Fried Rice were delicious. The sushi was perfectly prepared. We will definitely return on our next visit to the area.
Not happy at all, was placed on third floor with a small table and saw many tables available. We were a two party and noticed two party seated after us in the main dining area. Food way too salty for my wife and mine was bland. Table next to us had a party of 10 with eight kids that were loud and disrespectful as hell!! Total disappointment a d will not be back.
Always solid. Lots of attention to detail.
Best Miso soup I've ever eaten. Decor in the restaurant was awesome. Chilean Sea Bass was pretty plain, but the fish was cooked well. Just expected more flavor. Wasabi Ginger Lemon Cheesecake was excellent and like nothing I've ever tasted.
Starting hot tea was cold and had to ask to reheat. Later when ask for additional tea they refilled the decanter with water and old tea bag - had no flavor and had to guess why - they confessed and then did put in a new tea bag. Calamari with a tasty dipping sauce was a good appetizer. For the main course, the meat and seafood combos were enjoyed by those who ordered them. Two of us got the crispy beef and it came out cold. The other person sent there'[s back and they gave her a new meal but it was missing the shrimp her husband had put on her plate from his meal. We didn't mention that to the waitress. I ate the cold one. The menu said it was spicy but I didn't taste any "heat". That was disappointing because I really like spicy food. We split deserts between the couples. My wife and I got the pumpkin cheesecake and it was delicious. Our friends got the chocolate cake and it had the texture of having water drizzled on it. That seemed strange and they didn't like it. I like the atmosphere and have been there several times. This time was not very good. Not sure if I'll be back.
THe shrimp pad Thai was not enjoyable. The noodles had a weird smell like they were old, but my friend would not send it back, instead she just ate the few shrimp n left the noodles. Very expensive for small serving size.crispy beef was awesome!😀
The food was delicious! We got the crispy beef and the Hawaiian chicken
Great food and location!
I would have given them 5 stars, however the service was extremely slow. Only one server was provided for a group of 20 people.
I have been going to Graces for years and not once have I been disappointed.
The food is great and the service is wonderful . My husband and I go there for date night and we usually celebrate our birthdays at Graces.
First time there and was impressed with the service and the food. Our server Ken was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Great place and ambience for lovely dinner. Food was creative and tasty.
Great value and amazing atmosphere! Incredible decor and very accommodating staff.
There was a huge party beside us. We wanted to move they were loud but we didn’t want to be rude or waste tome. Great service and Food!
Birthday acknowledgement for my significant other peaceful meal with him and I!
Always a nice outing.
Hosting staff was pleasant and accommodating.
Grace's Mandarin has a very energetic vibe. It was a little dark and crowded for a quite date night, but the staff was ultra polite, the food was tasty, and overall we enjoyed ourselves.
Great space and food. Amazing atmosphere. Special attention paid to quality of food.
This was the fourth time I had been to Graces Mandarin and I have enjoyed it every time. The food is excellent and the service has been prompt and friendly. The prices are reasonable.
We had a delicious lunch at Grace’s Mandarin and will definitely return when we are in the area again. Everything was very fresh. Loved the Bellini cocktail and shrimp Pad Thai. We had a table by the window and enjoyed the view of the Potomac. Highly recommend!
Wonderful ambiance. Food and service was fantastic. Went 2 days in a row because it was such a great experience.
Went here for dinner before a show at the MGM. It was the perfect date night.
Beautiful restaurant with a great view of the Potomac. The food was fresh and delicious. The desserts were beautiful and very good. The only negative on the food was my fish was a bit overcooked. Everything else was great.
Small portions for lunch. Ordered the Asian lamb chop with string beans - there was exactly one string bean! Lamb chops are small and only 4 of them. I was hungry after I left.
A little pricy for locals. Food was good but not breathtaking .. I spent $24.00 for 4 egg rolls.. lol 4 egg rolls
Fantastic service and food! Very good sushi and many other options. 5/5
Great food and atmosphere. Waiter, Clydr, very pleasant!
Fabulous from the moment we walked in. Decor, ambience, service, all wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious! I would go back again in a heartbeat.
Great time for Valentine’s Day! Food was amazing and timely and we enjoyed our experience
We frequent this location often and decided to go for Valentine’s Day. It was the typical crowd. The food was not as good as it typically is and quite overpriced for the night ($200 without gratuity) for two with a prefixed menu. We did have a nice window seat.
The decor is beautiful and the food is delicious!!! The servers are very polite and accommodating!!
Overly priced for Valentine’s Day !
It was a nice night. I wish management had given the ladies a rose. It would have spoken volumes on Valentine’s night.
Great Valentine's Day menu; excellent service. Will gladly go back.
Food was ok. Nothing special.
Grace’s Mandarin is my favorite restaurant. The food is fabulous. I took two of my granddaughters ( 14 & 18 years old) there after seeing The Alvin Ailey Dance Theotre. They both thoroughly enjoyed the food as well as the atmosphere. The service is always excellent!!
Excellent. The bar staff (serving the tables there too) was very attentive and nice. The food was great. Get the calamari, crispy beef, and chicken/beef fried rice.
My husband and I came here for dinner before a show at the MGM Theater. Staff were extremely pleasant and professional . Food was very good. Service was perfect. The timing of everything was exactly as it should be. Prices were fair. They were quite reasonable compared to many other restaurants in this area. Some are outrageous! We had the crabcakes (all meat, no filler) and shrimp pad thai. Delicious! Good portions, atmosphere, & experience.
This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend and after reading reviews I was hesitant. The only reason why I went there was because it was the only reservation I could get before the comedy show we were going to see. I went back and forth reading tons of reviews and now I think, "why did I waste my time??!!" The place was AMAZING!!
We had a 7:15 reservation for a party of 4. We waited about 15 more minutes which we didn't mind. The hostess asked us if we wanted to be seated on the lower level which is more casual/informal because of the bar. We opted to wait a little longer to sit upstairs. We had a great window seat with a view of the illuminated ferris wheel.
We all had excellent food. Even my friend, who doesn't like Chinese, enjoyed her Mandarin Chicken. We had awesome passionfruit drinks, crab rangoons, and the crispy beef was awesome! My husband enjoyed his yellowtail, scallops and duck. The portions were perfect. Don't expect huge portions like at take-out places. Yum yum! So glad we went.
This was a Saturday night gathering of friends during Restaurant week. The place was packed. It wasn’t too loud, remained elegant and the service was outstanding! Every menu item ordered by every person in our party got rave reviews. We will definitely be back!
