Our third or fourth time there, Grace was pretty good but not great. On past occasions, the food wowwed. But my Baby Gem Lettuce Salad was overdressed and the flavors (smoky designer bacon, blue cheese, fried shallots) overwhelmed the greens; my Colorado rack of lamb (requested medium rare) was virtually raw and simply too big a serving for one hearty diner not in a position to take a to-go box, although the raisin chutney was delicious and the meat was very tender. I remember the food as having more finesse, and wonder if being there on a slow Tuesday night meant the kitchen was just phoning it in. Service, however, was quite professional.
Great experience as always!
The food and service were excellent. However, the tables are so close together that the wait staff couldn't serve without bumping into people sitting at the next table. Also, it was so loud you couldn't hold a conversation at a normal tone of voice. My mother wears hearing aids and had to turn them down so she really had a hard time hearing us. Also, all the sides are extra! Who eats just steak, etc. without some kind of vegetables, too? May go back but only for REALLY special occasions.
Great atmosphere, service, & food.
Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife’s entree was amazing.
Had a great dining experience to celebrate my sister's graduation. Service was helpful and attentive but not overbearing. Great selection of bubbles at a good price for happy hour. We appreciated that the somm's recommendation with dinner was affordable, delicious and something we would not otherwise have tried as none of us are super knowledgeable about Italian wine.
Outstanding all around. Extensive wine list, food was perfect. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare.
They went out of their way to get flowers for my anniversary.
Every bite from appetizer to dessert was excellent. The server was not only knowledgeable but also very descriptive and helpful when asked for her advice. Pace was appropriate. I will be returning with the same date or another one!
Just took the wife on a date night. Place is beautiful and relaxing. Adam Jones (owner) was at the host desk, along with the real hostess, and he greeted us with a sincere welcome! Very attentive staff without being “hovering”. Will definitely be back with other couples to join! Great hidden gem even though it is “right there!” I only say “hidden” because I’ve been in Tarrant County for over 25 years and never heard or seen this place, even though, yes, it’s been “right there!”
Service was not nearly as good as usual. Was almost served courses out of order, and had to wait exceptionally long for the main course.
Service was very good. Everyone very knowledable with food and wine menu. Service was prompt but no one hovering. Very good dinner and will be back.
Grace is our favorite upscale datenight location. or for dinner before an event at bass hall.
I've never been disappointed.
We chose Grace for our 7th anniversary dinner. The staff (Cara) was super nice and accommodating. I forgot my wrap and it was chilly at the table so the manager brought me one. Great thing to offer the ladies. The food was excellent. Cara even brought us some champagne before dinner to toast each other. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks Grace!
Grace was once again AMAZING! My husband and I found this gem and I returned with my business partner and two employees that we wanted to recognize by treating to an nice dinner. We decided on the Chef‘s Tasting Menu and we’re not disappointed! Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
Great as always!!
Nice place. We were seated promptly and the wait staff was very good. Wine list was very expansive
We all had steak which was good
The cheese plate at the end was very good
The food is always very good, and the service was excellent. We dined on a Friday night, and it was good we got there around 6 p.m. because the restaurant filled up quickly. Despite that, the guests dining with us were very pleased as they were first time attendees to Grace.
The asparagus and crab soup was excellent and the scallops were seared perfectly but a bit too salty. Great outdoor seating area for relaxing and enjoying the downtown atmosphere. Service was excellent, as you expect from an upscale restaurant.
The filet, with black truffle butter added was excellent. As was the wine choice and service. Adam stays on his game and Have always
Food and service were excellent. Adam Jones has put together an excellent restaurant and well trained staff.
Service was superior, food is the best in Fort Worth!!
We had a group of 5 for a business dinner and all 5 of us agreed that Grace was a 5 star restaurant/dining experience. Very clean and new feel with outstanding food. We didn't get one thing that we didn't like.
-Mac & Cheese
-Bacon Wrapped Onions
-5 steaks (All reported to be perfect)
--5 star wine selection (A lot of excellent Cabs)
Service and food is always great. The pineapple pain killers are my favorite. Jackie our waitress was great.
Great food, and incredible service. This is one of those places that always puts the customer first.
Had the tasting menu and would rate a 9.5/10. Certain courses were superb and I could not imagine better execution. Others lacked one tiny seasoning or flavor to knock it out of the park. The wine pairing was good and in only one course could I not figure out the reasoning behind pairing. I was very happy overall....experienced food critic and Chaine Des Rotisseurs member.
Superb food and service. One of the best filets I’ve ever had in DFW. My wife and I will definitely be back.
Food was exquisite and the service was impeccable.
The three of us went to celebrate our son's 4oth birthday and our 42nd anniversary!! We had champagne and a Hawaiian blue prawn appetizer which was fantastic. Then onto the lamb dinner, the pork dinner and the scallops on potato cakes entrees, along with peas and carrots. Of course we had to taste each others food and decide they were all delicious! Each was prepared with the freshest of ingredients and some different spices that I could not have guessed if our waiter hadn't told us. This was paired with wonderful wines and the chefs blueberry dessert with coffee. Very rich!!!
Interesting menu selection. Good food. Very nice service.
It was a very nice restaurant and nice atmosphere for sure. I just thought $116 was a lot for some appetizers and only 2 of us had an alcoholic drink
Creative menu and excellent ingredients! Service was superior and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful pre-theatre meal (tickets to Bass Performance Hall) well within walking distance of our destination. Was very pleased the valet service stayed open late into the evening, so we did not have to move our car from the restaurant to the theatre. Great experience and we will be back!
We went there for a quick dinner before theater and both the service and food was amazing!
The food and service were both top notch.
We have been to Grace many times, and it has always been excellent. On this occasion, the service was the best it has ever been and the food as outstanding. Grace just keeps getting better!
Always incredible! Service food and without a doubt, the best place to dine in FW!
Absolutely fantastic. One of the best restaurants in Fort Worth. Period.
An excellent experience.
Fabulously creative food. Squid ink infused pasta w/ lobster is one of my absolute favorite things I've ever eaten. And my husband and I are big and adventurous foodies. Will go home thinking about it. Probably even in my sleep.
