Located off the historic Chateau Lobby in the heart of the resort, Prime ’54 is the innovative alternative to the traditional steakhouse setting, offering prime steak sourced from the globe to include premier dry aged beef and wagyu from Japan. Our chefs work with local farmers in Florida to hand select the freshest vegetables to create our signature sides.

The two-story, indoor-outdoor venue is sexy, fun, elegant and engaging – a perfect complement to Fontainebleau’s stellar collection of signature restaurants.

Design highlights include an open exhibition kitchen and a two-level, glass-enclosed wine tower with 500+ bottles from around the world.

    We stay at FB yearly and we didn’t enjoy strip steak so we were hesistant to try this place. YOU MUST!! It is an absolute gem went for our anniversary. They treated us like family and we absolutely loved being there, will definitely return and very happy we went!

    Outstanding choice for a special occasion or just to treat yourself to a great meal. Alberto was our server. He was fantastic. Efficient, intelligent, friendly, knowledgeable. The sommelier, Jorge, is also somebody who raises any meal to the next level. Would definitely return.

    Very surprised that a dress code isn’t enforced. Prime54 is advertised as an upscale steakhouse but people in tshirts and flip flops left me questioning the “upscale” part. We were sat in a beautiful curved booth with candle light and dim lighting but soon asked to be moved because the guests seated in the booth next to us (3-4 people) were playing videos on their phone at full volume and passing it around. I couldn’t even hear our server explaining the specials. I feel like management should have asked them to lower the volume but no one ever said anything to them. The food and service were fantastic. Truly delicious. We have zero complaints and wouldn’t change a single thing about the food and the service. Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Just sucks that the ambiance wasn’t what we expected, especially for the price point.

    Service was incredibly friendly, but a bit slow. Steaks were well prepared. Unfortunately, we felt everything was over priced which explains our "value" rating .

    My Husband & I love to try Steak houses and Prime 54 didn’t disappoint. David our server was outstanding! The cocktails amazing I had the Dragonfly, little on the sweet side, but it was truly amazing. The lobster bisque and grilled octopus was our starters delicious on point, with the Prime 54 bread, so fresh, warm. The main course we shared the bone in ribeye, it did not disappoint the flavor was spectacular and super tender. If ever you want a new steak house to try Prime 54 is definitely a must try.
