Wonderful experience here! The scotch egg was just out of this world. The El Matador cocktail must also be tried! Delicious!
Dennis was awesome.
Been here 1-2 Times a year since they opened. Never been disappointed always impressed by the the service of the staff top notch. Will continue coming for years to come. We always request for Gente for our server.
Everything was great except the bone marrow was too spicy. Would have preferred a simple wine reduction. Toffee desert was outstanding.
I can’t believe I am saying this, but I would stay away for now. I’ve had the pleasure to dine in Ramsey’s London restaurants before and the service and food was impeccable, so as you can imagine I was excited for Las Vegas.
Our waiter started nice enough, but then EVERYTHING went south from there. 2 of the very expensive steaks were not even close to being cooked correctly and because the waiter never bothered to return to our table to ask about our food we didn’t have a chance to tell anyone until the end of dinner. To her credit, the manager came to the table and removed the cost of one of them (the only diner who spoke up). It took 20 minutes to even be able to put in our first order of anything. This was due to the waiter coming to the table FIVE times to explain food or drink items, but then saying he’d be right back each time and never taking an actual order. We finally had to tell him we need bread or something please.
There was a fire alarm that went off repeatedly for 10-15 minutes. The waiter joked its not a real emergency someone just opened a wrong door. Well as a customer the blaring siren was a larger impact that should have at least received an apology. Even Outback would have apologized or better yet got the alarm turned off quicker.
Anyone can have an off night, but maybe a few less photos of Gordon and a few more hours on being customer oriented.
Wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. It did not disappoint! Immediately you are met by a professional and courteous staff as you admire the stunning decor. The only problem I had was I wanted to try it all as everything on the menu looked delicious. The Wellington was amazing and the asparagus soup was divine. You can taste the care and precision that went into every dish. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit the strip. Well done!
The food was very good and the dessert was fantastic. The mac and cheese could have been a little hotter when it came out. Also, be careful how you order. There are many versions of the filet. We ordered the $59 regular 8oz. filet, but there was confusion with waiter and we received the $81 Prime filet. The steak was excellent, but I was surprised when I received the bill. Overall, it was a good experience, but could have been better.
Loved the tasting menu. Had everything I wanted to taste and a little extra. Was just a little disappointed with the Beef Wellington, as I was expecting it to be the show stopper. The beef was not hot and not quite melting in your mouth. It was just ok, not spectacular. The very best dish was the seared scallops with lobster risotto. Cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. Had the entire meal been spectacular, I would not mind the price so much, but since it wasn’t all spectacular the price is considerably more than the meal is worth.
My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary and it was everything we expected it to be. We are big fans of chef Ramsay and the level of food was exceptional. I did feel like the server treated us like we were not important and he was just going through the motions but this will not prevent us from coming back.
This was our first time here. I had the Beef Wellington which was incredible. For dessert, you must try the sticky toffee pudding with brown butter ice cream. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely go again when I'm in town.
The restaurant serves EXCELLENT food and it has great Service!
The food and service were outstanding! Everyone was friendly and took the time to answer our questions and make recommendations. I had the beef Wellington and it was wonderful. Very tender It’s a bit pricey so I would go again only for special occasions.
Date night with out kids
Love Love Love Gordon Ramsay Steak in Paris. Service is always phenomenal and the food absolutely exceptional.
The food was spectacular. We enjoyed the design of the restaurant.
Best friends bachelorette! Her first time in Vegas as well, she was very pleased. We enjoyed it. Only thing is they charged us for the bottled & sparkling water. Which they never mentioned. And I was never charged that before. That should be free as courtesy for as much as one spends on a meal!
This was a magnificent experience. My wife and I were married the previous day of our visit and had planned for some time to dine at this location as our dinner together to celebrate.
The waiter brought us champagne to start as a congratulatory gift and it was so thoughtful. Our waiter Oliver was truly a contribution to making the evening a beyond perfect experience. They went above and beyond when it came to the service, explanation of the beef and menu as well as knowledgeable on all pairings of sides etc.
The food and cocktails were absolutely out of this world and exceeded our expectations. It was an evening we will always treasure thanks to the service and over all dining experience we had the chance to enjoy. We are still in disbelief of how the food (which we already knew would be delicious) just tasted above and beyond anything we have tasted before.
I would recommend this location to any and everyone who is looking for a dining experience that will blow their minds.
The service was outstanding, all the employees were clean cut and well groomed regardless of position. There was a grand uniformity amongst them and that really represents the feel of the place Bfore you even get the food.
Outstanding! You should try, staff was great! Good explanation on the cuts of beef, amazing experience!
Five of us for dinner. We came here last year too. Over the top expensive, going elsewhere next time in Vegas. Great service.
Our table got the tasting menu. 3 had the wine pairings. Two of us (me and wife) selected a decently priced Alsatian white of exceptional quality which went well with the food. The wine was the match to the signature menu heirloom tomato salad.
Scotch egg- classic, two bite amuse bouche, well-executed
Heirloom tomato salad - really good, even diners who did not normally like tomatoes commented on how good it was. Falafel ball was well executed
Seared scallop with mushroom risotto, exceptionally good. Scallop superb
Land and sea beef Wellington. The beef Wellington is Gordon Ramsay's signature dish. Pretty good. I know this is a complex dish to make but in retrospect the beef, though quite tender, was a little dry. The lobster tail -- it was okay, I ate it, but was a little tough, dry and rubbery. I've had far better. Later I discussed it with our server and let him know. Not sure if it is the butter preparation that does something to cause the issue or if it is a vendor issue
Sticky toffee pudding - classic Ramsay, quite good
Now for the wines. For two of our friends that did the pairing, the quantity of wine was way too much. I tasted all of them to compare
1. Billecart-Salmon Brut reserve. Adequate, not especially memorable
2. Pinot blanc, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht, Alsace. Zind Humbrecht one of the top producers in Alsace, consistently make exceptional wines. This one was no exception!! Would get it again
3. Chardonnay, Heitz, Napa. This one great tropical fruit flavors, classic producer. Very good. Barely noticed the oak. Would get this again.
4. Groth cabernet sauvignon, Napa 2013. Huge, full bore red to match the beef Wellington. Almost overpowered the dish. Needs to age more and calm down? I was happy to try it though!
5. Banyuls - like liquid black raisins, too sweet. Not to my taste.
Soooo delicious. Lived up to the Chef Ramsay hype! And the service was impeccable!
We were excited to try Chef Ramsay's restaurant given the hype and reviews. The restaurant setting is really cool and has a great vibe. We got to sit in front of the kitchen to watch all the action of the night. My wife's Cosmo was OK, nothing to write home about. However, the service was outstanding - our server (sorry - can't remember his name) very attentive and had great energy. The pork chop I ordered was outstanding, while my wife's filet mignon had to be sent back twice because it was too raw. However, the manager, Lawrence S., was amazing. He made sure we were taken care of & handled everything like a boss! We finished our night with a sticky toffee pudding, which I was a bit hesitant about, but it was delicious! Understandably, it was not a cheap night, so don't go hoping to save a buck. You pay for what you get. That said, we had a blast & would recommend it for that one special night. Cheers!
Food was DELICIOUS!! Service was OUTSTANDING!! We were comfortable and the environment was perfect! When the server came out to introduce all the cuts of meat to us with her, what looked a like a ferris wheel of meats, it was such a delight to learn about each cut and which we would likely choose. By the way, the Rib Eye Cap choice of meat is the very best!!
Chef Ramsey holds his restaurants to the highest standards and this was my 3rd visit and it has never disapointed!
Appetizers were excellent. The main meal however was not as good as I expected. Ruth Chris steak and veal is much better than here.
Ottimo! Molto gentili
Absolutely amazing!! Service was outstanding, food was to die for!
Very nice experience in the steakhouse!
Staff was very friendly and the food was very good!
Our waiter was amazing. Brought us extra scallops, my husband the same appetizer as me because he said it was so good, and he was right. Exceeded my expectations as a huge HK fan.
Get the Rib Cap, you won't regret it....we even contemplated going back the next day
The steak was cooked perfectly, it was mouth watering. Although overall it was a bit pricey.
A must on a trip to Las Vegas is to dine at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant
Celebration of wife’s Birthday and our 10th Anniversary! Had a great evening.
Seafood platter entre was sub par. Lobster flavored oddly ,left after taste of ammonia. Beef welinhton was tough, mussels were small. Mac and cheeses as well as mashed potatoes were excellet. Very expensive.
Our waiter was very nice and accommodating for our dietary requests. However our entrees came and the side dishes came after the entrees we’re eaten. 2 guests in our party meat were rare (they ordered medium) and another steak was over cooked (she sent it back to be recooked). I had the sea bass and it was over cooked also. Although the sides and desserts were removed from our bill which was appreciated, it would have been better to have the spectator meal we were all anticipating. This was my 3rd visit to the restaurant. Perhaps the chef was “off” last night.
great service. our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. he answered all of our questions. the wait staff was on top of our table with water and cleaning up mess. great dining environment of high quality food without the snobby feeling. highly recommend the Japanese A5 wagyu.
Service could have been better. Once our order was taken , we didn't see our waiter till the end.
This was an amazing experience from the hostesses, server, server support and everything. I am so very grateful that I was able to experience this restaurant and it was worth every penny!
Amazing food, friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere, awesome experience. A Vegas must!
