Gordon Ramsay Steak - Paris Las Vegas
The contemporary steakhouse boasts a total of 274 seats including a large bar area and private dining room in addition to the main room. Guests are encouraged to relax in the spacious lounge or enjoy a cozy booth in this ultimate modern steakhouse.
Monday-Sunday: Dinner: 4:30pm - 10:15pm
Friday-Saturday Bar and Lounge Menu: 10:30pm - 11:30pm
All reservations are held 15 minutes past reservation time. Bar and lounge will be offered for parties that arrive 15 minutes past their reservation time on a first come first serve basis.
Food was great but service wasn’t good. The waitress was rude and I had to ask for the sauce I ordered to be brought to table as it was forgotten about.
We had the A5 Kobe rib cap. It was worth every penny. Our main server was Matthew and his assistant was Rodney. They both were well mannered but fun and made the experience the best for our anniversary dinner
My husband and I were very impressed with our experience. The salad and sides were big enough to share and then some and the steak was the best we’ve ever had. We’re so glad we got to experience this place!

My husband and I visited your restaurant on Monday, September 17th. Due to the high standards portrayed by Chef Ramsay, I thought this would be the greatest steak I have ever eaten. Sad to say, that our experience was not what we expected.
We ordered the Filet and the Ribeye. Though I ordered my filet medium, it was purple and cold
when I received it. When I sent it back, they put it back in the over and cooked it more, leaving it dry and less than exquisite.
My husband ordered the Ribeye medium rare and when he cut into it, he found that the fat had not even been rendered and that it was flavorless (or bland as chef would say)
I would really not recommend spending the money to come to a restaurant that provided substandard food.
Excellent experience, food was fantastic.
10/10 loved the food..service best we've encountered...this was a very special occasion being our 30th anniversary and wedding day so really wanted a lovely night and they exceeded above and beyond.
Waygu rib cap was outstanding, I can’t eat any other steak now.

My friend and I had an awful table at the top of the stairs.
We couldn't see anything or anyone other than the waiters and waitresses dashing around, therefore not very relaxing.
Our courses started coming up too quickly, it felt like they wanted to get us out in record time.
I asked if we could have some time in between our courses and the waiters said the chef fires up when he's ready, surely this should be when the customer is ready!!!
He did come back to say that he had managed to hold the chef off on sending our main course.
When the main course did come up part of my lobster tail was cold on the beef wellington dish.
We asked to have a break before we had our dessert but this was still bought up straight away.
The waiter looked put out when I said that we wasn't ready yet for our dessert.
Ideally we was looking to have a nice relaxing evening and to be able to enjoy the surrounding In between a decent break between courses.
On the plus side the waiters were very polite.
Looking forward to a better experience at Hells Kitchen tomorrow evening.
Service was slow and me and my wife was seated at a table where we had to sit across from each other and to close to other patrons. We could not carry on a conversation without others hearing what we said
This hurts my souls to write this review. Overall, the food was not impressive but good, and there are far superior and better priced restaurants in the area.
The server did not greet our table for fifteen minutes after having been sat. Not a big deal though. Next, the steak presentation was given to another table that sat after us. Also not a big deal, but the server apologized profusely after he realized the issue. He had a great personality and recovered after the mishap.
The biggest problem was the quality of the food. I ordered the pork belly to start. There was a lot of fat in it. Some fat in pork belly is to expected, but the amount of fat was significant. It could have used a longer braising period and perhaps a longer sear/fry.
I also ordered the beef Wellington. Such a disappointment. The pastry was neither flaky nor crunchy. It was flavorless mush. I understand that that occurs with a lot of beef Wellingtons, but it shouldn’t when you’re paying $102 for it. The steak was also massively under seasoned. Thankfully, tbe peopercorn sauce I ordered boosted the steak’s flavor The potato purée was below average, and the mushrooms surrounding the filet were also terribly bland.
The dessert, however, was the shining beacon on top of the hill. The sticky toffee pudding was so delicious, and the marscapone cheesecake hit the right balance of rich and airy.
Overall, the beef Wellington was a severe let down, and there were some issues with the service (which, to me, is not that big of an issue but could be to more demanding patrons). I care more about the food, particularly given the proprietor, and I definitely prefer some of the other steakhouses in the area. Perhaps this was a one-off but I will likely book another steakhouse before coming here.
The restaurant felt very modern with the ambience, music, and presentation of drinks on the tablet and meats on the custom-made cart. The appetizers were terrific, especially the lobster in broth. Beef Wellington was great except the pastry was not as fluffy and puffy as I expected it to be, but the meat was cooked perfectly. Sticky toffee pudding was to die for. Wow. Overall a special evening.
We were in Vegas for five days and this was by far the best meal we had!! Our server Rene was amazing! Thank you Gordon Ramsey for another stellar restaurant!
The Beef Wellington is magnificent!!! Excellent appetizers as well. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable of the menu.

We were excited to try this place but the food came out cold and under seasoned (the steak). My chicken was great but cold. The warm potato salad was way too overwhelming and somewhat off putting. Service was great and so were the desserts.
Desserts were great! Steaks were disappointing and baked potato was a miss. Salad below average. The only thing 5 Star was the price. The raw Oysters were fabulous at Emeril’s. Someone from Ramsey’s should go see the difference.
We booked a reservation for 6:30PM sharp as we had a show to get to. Unfortunately, our table was not ready when we arrived. We waited well over 30 minutes to be seated. The staff was apologetic but it did not seem genuine. They seemed almost annoyed that we were annoyed about the long wait for a reserved table. We did get out on time for our show but it was a rushed dinner and overall a negative experience. We also felt that the servers tried to up sell the sides stating that they were small. They were not small and could easily have been shared by 2-3 people. Overall great food (minus one beef wellington that had a large tendon in it) but we did not have the greatest experience.
My friends and I loved roasted beef Wellington. We came here to taste Chef Ramsay’s signature dish and we were not disappointed.

Both the food and service was excellent. You can't go wrong with either the Porterhouse or Beef Wellington. The Mlmac and cheese was also delicious! Highly recommend.
The brussel-sprouts were the only disappointment of the night - the oil that they were cooked in overwhelmed the taste and ruined the honey glazing. Everything else was exceptional. After having watched many of Gordon Ramsey's cooking shows and seen how exacting and demanding of how things are prepared and presented - I know that Gordon would have asked - Have you tasted these and thrown them out.
Everything about my experience was fantastic. Personalized service, quality food, drinks that pared with each dish. My only criticism was the beef wellington I ordered was cold and soggy, as if it sat on the pass line for longer then it should have. We had already been dining for two hours, so I didn’t want to send back. Besides the one wellington, it was very enjoyable.
Air conditioning did not operate correctly.

Great experience. Table area was really warm. We were on the upper level directly above kitchen. Is that why? Everything else was great.
Over all the environment was very nice. The food was great. Just very expensive . Didn’t expect the price tag at the end. Considering that we are from Canada the price tag is too expensive. We can go to a high end restaurant and eat like kings with food and wine and would cost half the price. That we paid. Would not go back again it’s a one time experience .

We are avid Gordon Ramsay fans and had to eat at one of his restaurants on our trip to Vegas. Wanted Hells Kitchen, but didn’t book quick enough. GR Steak is an amazing place! Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Waiter was so knowledgeable of food and was like he could read you when it came to suggestions. Omg the food!!!!! Recommend though that you order and share everything. We couldn’t eat everything and at the price, you don’t wanna leave anything behind. Staying in hotel doesn’t make it possible to take to go. Only complaint ... music was so loud we had a hard time hearing waiter and ourselves talk.
I was in Vegas celebrating a birthday for my sister in law and my husband and I since we knew we we’re going we made the reservation for this restaurant. We are huge fans of Gordon. We google his recipes YouTube Hulu you name it. And when we stepped inside they guided us to the table the server the food it was just an experience you need to try you will not regret it! Steak will never taste the same anywhere else. Our server was the sweetest we asked recommendations for wine for our plates and it did not disappoint!! We will surely come every time we are down Las Vegas worth every cent!! Don’t forget to tip your server!!

We were celebrating my friends’ birthday and they made it extra special! The manager on duty, Anthony was very accommodating and sincere. The best part of the night was the food! Hands down was the best steak I have ever eaten! And I have been to several great steak houses.
I had the Rib-eye Cap, Oscar style with a side of the Macaroni and cheese. For dessert I had the Sticky Toffee Pudding! This is an ABSOLUTE must!!!
My first Gordon Ramsay experience, and it lived up to the hype. Everything about this was top notch, from start to finish. Honestly i would expect nothing less from a Gordon restaurant, but that goes without saying, as his standards are far beyond others.
Awesome!! It was absolutely the most incredible service and dinner I’ve ever had in my entire life !!
It took nearly an hour after seating to even get our order taken. We were told we couldn’t just start with appetizers we had to order everything together. Then it took 30 minutes after we were done with appetizers to get our steak that was burnt and had no flavor. The lobster was small and blan. The potatoes were instant. I took one bite and still paid the 13 dollars for them. The Mac and cheese came out burnt. And everything had a very strong line taste. Probably to cover up the burnt taste.
