Gordon Ramsay Steak - Paris Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
We were early for our reservation so we decided to get a drink at the bar/lounge. The drinks were good and we were seated right on time. Our waiter was condescending and had no personality. It seemed like he had better things to do and just ran through everything with no energy. He also seemed like he was trying to run up the bill. The bus boy was better than the waiter and we wish he was serving us. We were seated on the right side of the kitchen with a view of the kitchen, which I enjoy because I love cooking. But I wish we didn’t sit there. It was right next to the computer system and where the waiters and bus boys hung out. We could see them talking and pointing at customers and laughing. Not professional at all. The food was good. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were phenomenal, the mac and cheese was okay, not amazing like they tell you. Also their wine list is not as extensive as you would think for a top of the line steakhouse (which we learned this steakhouse is not). I would not go back because of the service, the atmosphere, and overall value. Just not what I expected at a steakhouse by a world renowned chef. Disappointing for sure.
The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service was excellent, the cocktails and wine were great. It was a memorable meal and I'm so pleased. Our reservation was at 9:45pm because that was all that was available. I think they close around 10, but the staff didn't try to rush us or make us feel like we were hindering their closing. I will always reccomend this place to anyone visiting Vegas. I'd love to go again sometime.
Went just to say we went. Expecting the food to be better than it was. My steak came out perfect. My husbands however was way undercooked. Waitress took it back, brought it back and still way undercooked, she even mentioned that it was. Manager came over apologized and took it off our bill.
Restaurant was lovely, cocktails were fantastic, service was excellent, just one undercooked steak.
Food and service was very good. Ambience was also good except many of the guests were dressed as if they had just come from working on the farm. I would expect a little more class with respect to dinner attire at an establishment such as Gordon Ramsay's when I pay such a price for that type of dinner experience.
Food isn’t as good as expectation. Not sure if I have expected too much or that’s the reality of the food that you guys serve. Expecting more from the signature dish Beef Wellington and that’s the most disappointed dish. The pastry and the beef is seperated when it’s being cut.
This was a great experience. We came from Nova Scotia, Canada and it's been on my bucket list to eat a beef Wellington by Gordon Ramsay. The servers were great (maybe slightly too attentive) but friendly all the same. My one "complaint" was that i had a hard time eating the beef Wellington. The crust wouldn't stay around the beef. Everytime I stuckmy fork in it to cut it, the filet would slip out of the crust. My sister also had the beef welly and she didn't have any trouble at all. Maybe it was me, I don't know...but otherwise everything was fantastic
Our experience at GRS was phenomenal. Dennis was our server and from the minute we sat down he was unobtrusively attentive and had a warm, friendly and hilarious demeanor. The food was by far some of the best I have ever had. The seafood tower was inventive and delightfully displayed. The drinks were strong and delicious but OMG the banana tart for dessert is hands down the most incredible thing I have ever had the pleasure of eating in my entire life. HOLY CRAP it was good. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Bravo!
Our server, Jessica, was very friendly and attentive. The floor manager proved the perfect amount of table presence. Once he found out we were there for a milestone birthday he brought out a couple complimentary samples. The food is priced higher than what we would normally pay, but the food was magical. I’m already looking forward to our next trip.
Quite disappointed. Ordered the rib cap at the waiter's recommendation. It was very bland, maybe it was meant to be ordered with a sauce? The potatoe puree was also in need of salt. The scallops were good, but not great. A friend ordered the ribeye and thought it was tough. Not expected for over $100 per person.
