What is the point to making a reservation? We waited 30minutes after our reservation and ending up eating at the bar. The host didn’t even come to tell us they were running behind. Thank goodness the food was delicious and came out fairly quick.

Been here twice. Service is great. Food and wine are overpriced, but it is vegas. Noisy. Doesn’t anyone dress up anymore?

Filet was very good but our sides and sauces came out 10-15 minutes after steaks. Not acceptable for a restaurant that aspires to be the best.

We felt like the waiter was trying to up sell us on stuff saying there wasn’t enough quantity on some appetizers to share but there was plenty for us. Don’t be pressured when they ask you to change your mind or try to redirect you to pick an appetizer first etc. It really turned us off and dampened the overall mood!!!. Outside of the waiter trying to upsell us everything was phenomenal minus the broccoli that had way too much garlic in it. :/

The soup was a bit too salty, it tasted like a sauce. And the food took a bit too long to be brought.
But that aside, the steaks were delicious and the sides were really good as well.

I've been doing great steakhouses forI 40 years all across the country and know a good cut of beef. While the ambience is great, at the end of the day this is a steak house and frankly I've gotten better cuts at my local Safeway. We've eaten here multiple times and this is likely the last. Most recently, the bone-in New York was ~30% gristle - the meat part was great but really... You can do better Gordon.

Went for a final business meeting dinner and it was nice. Service was a bit slow as the waiters kept forgetting things we had ordered (wine, sides, etc). Food was cooked very well.

The beef Wellington was subpar and gamey. A colleague described it as tasting like body odor. A client received wine with a lot of sediment in her glass. Clients also did not finish or like the short ribs. The dessert was excellent though.

Our waiter was super amazing! The ambiance is incredible. The food literally melted in your mouth and was the most incredible bite you will ever eat. We had the waygu ribcap, beef wellington, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, diver scallop risotto, and ended w sticky toffee pudding. I'd order each of these again, they were so good.

As always delicious food! The filet was cooked to perfection! The music was a little loud so it made it hard to hold a conversation with the group. Overall it was a fantastic meal.

Many issues; including; slow drink service, it took 30 minutes to complete drink orders for our table of 11. Coupled with the fact, the service staff was indifferent about the delays. and the space we were seated was obixitously loud and crowded. Overall, the food was very average for the cost. And finally, one of our party members found a piece of plastic in the soup. Afterwards, there was a half-hearted apology and no offer to adjust the overall bill. The evening before we took another group to STK at the Cosmo and had an incredible experience.

It's everything you would expect in a Vegas steakhouse. Dark, expensive, tomahawk chops, everything is ala carte. My steak was perfectly cooked, it was well seasoned, and it was delicious. Don't miss the seafood tower, the mushrooms, or the French onion soup. I would rate higher, but their wine list is unreasonably expensive. Borders on price gouging. A bottle of cab or Bordeaux should not cost as much as the entire dinner. Seriously, this is a black eye for an otherwise great dinner.

Very disappointed overall. 2 of our prime New York steak were way too fatty and tough. BLT at Bally’s had a much better NY for half the price. But by far the biggest no no by the waiter was to recommend the risotto special appetizer with scallops that was not on the menu. We had no idea what it cost and assumed it would be priced similar to the other two appetizers we got. It came with 2 scallops but he recommended we add 3 more since there were 5 of us. We said yes but he failed to mention to would cost almost $90 just for that one appetizer! Over $53 for it plus another $30 for the 3 extra scallops. Living in LA I eat at a lot of great restaurants, but I’ve never paid that much for an appetizer without knowing what I would be paying. And the worst part was, it was just average. Never going back, sorry.

wow i had an amazing experience on my bday jan 11th. family came in town for my bday and we decided we had to take them here after the first time we came here! they loved it ... from the food to the music that was played while we ate and the service! our two waiters were awesome , very helpful, kind and courteous! the quality of food doesnt compare to any other steak house ive been to. when we were leaving the waiter gave us each a pen that said gordon ramsey steak house as memorabilia which was very kind and generous of him! i highly recommend to any of my friends and family they have to try it, it is the best steak house ive ever been to!!!!Gordon Ramsey Steak House rocks......

Customer service is great, atmosphere was really nice. The food was delicious, BUT, it is not worth the price. $14 for “potato purée” and they were legit mashed potatoes. Good, but way over priced. Even $10 would’ve been on par for expensive Vegas prices. I would go back but not order such an expensive steak and order an entree that sounded great and priced better.

While the food really was good, I felt the service was lacking. We arrived early for our reservation, they said we could sit at the bar. 2 other people were also seated at the bar, waiting for their table. While we were celebrating getting married, the bartender lacked on friendliness! the other people were offered bread while they waited, we did not. The others ordered a drink, I did not see anyone else receive their drink with the tab - but us, I thought it rude, what if we wanted another drink. We sat there 30 minutes, bartender never once asked if we needed anything or even looked our way. Once we got our table, service was great, food wonderful, a bit pricey but we expected that, but again, seeing as we just got married, nothing special.

The upstairs dining area is not fine dining. Very loud and tables were too close together. Our table was in the middle of a door way. Service is poor for fine dining. Very slow service.

The front is spacious and upstairs are cramped.
Food was good. Next time I will insist on sitting downstairs

Food was mediocre, but the price was excessive. Filet was just a filet. Carrots were just carrots. The mushrooms were wonderful as was the bone marrow and foie gras. I did not care for the ambiance. Service was a little slower than expected but the servers were great. Scallops were cooked perfectly but the risotto was unremarkable. If the filet was better I may have not even commented on the other short comings. I'm not sure if it was even Waygu as advertised because it was lacking in flavor and tenderness. It was a decent enough meal, just very disappointed. Nothing really stood out as being a cut above.

Used to be my favorite restaurant in Vegas- I’ve been here 8x over the last two years. Our entire table ordered the rib cap just as I have every time I’ve visited, but unfortunately this time, 3 out of the 4 plates we ordered were very chewy. We waited around 10 minutes for our waiter to come back and check on us, but he didn’t come, so we just ate our food in the interest of finishing our meal as it was getting late. They also got rid of the baked potato with cheese fondue, and replaced it with a potato trio that was terrible by comparison. If you are looking to have an expensive meal, it should be memorable, unfortunately, the last two times I’ve come here, it has been memorable for all the wrong reasons. Won’t be coming back unfortunately.
