Being a fan of Hell’s Kitchen for years it was fun to eat at one of the Las Vegas locations during a weekend getaway from our home state of Oregon. My husband and I booked reservations here for the food, beer, ambience, and location close to the Colosseum theater at Caesar’s where we watched a show after dinner. We had to try Chef Ramsey’s calamari for an appetizer as we order it often. Subtle difference in frying in oil but not tasting oily, really great . My entree was melt in my mouth short ribs, mashed potatoes with a hint of lemon ( I would never think of that ) and organic baby carrots. My husband loved his entree fish and chips with the English peas, I didn’t get a bite of the fish :-( but I tasted the truffle oil fries, they were scrumptious. Not sure if we were ready for cold smashed peas with mint though, presumably an acquired taste of England. We both enjoyed beer on tap and for dessert we tried the sticky Toffee Pudding and it did not disappoint. Our waitress Nicole was right on point through our entire experience and backing up, the hostesses were very sweet and helpful. We would highly recommend eating here and will return! Every aspect of the service and quality of product made a memorable experience for us.

Great environment but but food was not to the standard of price or reputation. That being said it is a great location if you are at Caesar’s and if you’ve never been I would consider it. There is better food in Caesar’s.

My wife and I went there for my birthday! It was by far the best meal I have ever had to this day! That is also counting all the home cooked meals as well.

My daughter and I came from Vancouver on holidays. We had the roast chicken and salmon which were amazing! Received great service, and even got to meet and take a photo with Christina in front of Gordon Ramsey's picture with her!! Overall a great experience and will go back on our next trip!!

The Kale salad was excellent but the fries were a frozen product and had to be sent back as they were cold. I guess I expected a Gorden Ramsay restaurant would serve fresh cut fries cooked in duck fat not a Frozen every day French fry.
The burger too was warm not hot.
The server was great and brought us hot fries

We enjoyed our dinner at the Pub n Grill. Because of traffic we arrived at least 1/2 hour late. They held our table and provided great service even though there was a line to get in. The Open Table reservation was the key. There were 6 of us and every dinner selection was nicely prepared. Yes we would go there again the next time we are in Las Vegas.

The food was good, however our meals arrived before we were done appetizers. It felt like they were trying to push you out of the restaurant. Our bill was $300 - definitely not worth the price.

Over-rated and over-priced. However the food was enjoyable. Recommend only to those who wish the convenience of dining before a show performance at Caesars Palace.

Lobster Mac & cheese or any Mac & cheese for that matter should never be cold. And you don’t serve fish & chips that weren’t cooked for order. You can’t give people subpar food and then expect them to be satisfied. They have lots of items on the menu which is great but bringing out cold food is a no no! Probably won’t go back there if I’m ever in Vegas again.

Food was decent but very expensive for pub food. Server was good and made some recommendations. We sat near the outside and there’s no walls so the ambience of the outside was part of the experience. The cost is what will make me second guess about eating there again.

The food was Amazing. Especially the truffle fries, i mean holy crap I've never tasted anything so good in my life. I ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger and my husband ordered the Beef and ale pie. Both were cooked to perfection with great and fresh beef. The burger was on the spicy side as they use ghost pepper but still so good.
Thank you for a great night and amazing food.

Our server Yaneisy was wonderful, thorough, kind, took great care of us and made excellent recommendations. The food was amazing, very unique and yet familiar at the same time. The cocktails are definitely worth their price, and the ambiance and decor is very stylish and cozy.

Beef was delicious. Mashed potatoes were good. Asparagus was too thick & tough. For the portion size and content of the dish, the price was too high. The apple tart & ice cream dessert was to die for.

Please do yourself a favor and order the lamb shank. The fennel puree is out of this world. This isn't the fanciest dining experience I've had by any stretch and certainly not the fanciest you'll find in Vegas "let's get that right" lol... but this is just good food with impeccable execution. The cocktails were absolute perfection. We got the lobster and shrimp rolls as and appetizer which were fabulous. If I had to say anything outside of high praise it would be a recommendation to skip the Salmon. It's not that it wasn't delicious, it just fell way short of anything else we had because everything else was so incredible. Sadly much wife ordered it and wished she'd ordered something else. She considered the fish and chips but we planned on eating at his fish and chips restaurant for lunch the following day which we did. Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips didn't disappoint either and we're eagerly awaiting our reservation tonight at Gordon Ramsay Steak which I trust will be one of dining highlights of my life.

Our family was in Vegas for an 18th and a 50th birthday and wanted to go to Pub & Grill to celebrate. All of the food was outstanding. However, our service was disappointing. When we were first seated, the busser asked what kind of water we wanted and after the water was provided our server never asked us if we wanted any other beverages. We all wanted to order drinks and were surprised we were never offered anything other than the water. During our meal, we all commented that we felt as though our server wished we would hurry up and leave. We were disappointed as we expected the service to match the perfectly prepared and delicious meal.

this was a slightly better experience than my last visit (approx a year ago), but it is still pretty disappointing, compared to what I expect from Gordon Ramsey. The service is OK but nothing great - just having funky clothes doesn't make service great. The food is ok but far from fantastic. For example, some of our group had the flat iron steaks, which just looked pretty underwhelming (thin, funny colour, unappetising) and the taste was very average. The location is so good, the experience should be fantastic, but it just again really fails to deliver. And it is fairly expensive for what it is. The wine was a really crazy price

102$ for fish and chips, one appetizer and a shared desert that didn’t even taste great. Wonder if Chef Ramsay has visited his own restaurant to provide the critiques he does to others on tv.
