Food was served cold. Service person was indifferent and overall it was expensive. We would not go back.

I know Ramsey has a reputation for "re-doing" recipes, however the Sahepard's pie I ordered was not just covered with mashed potatoes, but they were throughout the entire dish and it was difficult to find the lamb stew amongst ALL the mashed Potatoes. very disappointing, when I was looking for a simple pub dinner. Won't repeat, unless I'm in the area andante a pint of Guinness.

Good atmosphere in there, we got a booth near the back, and was a more like a pub dining area rather than if you were sat near the front, where it was more lively.
Our waiter was superb, very humorous and friendly.
Food was superb as expected!
Hell’s Kitchen next on the list (Monday!)

My food and my Dad's was really good we had the short rib, we were expecting a bone in short rib so it looked more like a pot roast so I would update the menu to state "boneless". My husband had the curry chicken but he did not like the bastami even though he likes saffron.

The service with our first waitress was poor, she was very uneducated on the menu and bar options. We also got seated right by the casino so we asked to move to the back of the restaurant which was much better. Our service was much better with the server in the back of the restaurant.

When my husband told the server he didn't like the bastami in his dish. The manager came up and took 50% off his dinner and gave us a dessert on him, the sticky toffee which was delicious.

We were in town for a food conference my Dad is a chef so our expectations were definitely met once we moved to the back of the restaurant. The Manger of the restaurant is a serious asset to this restaurant and we were so pleased with how he handled the situation.

We would recommend this restaurant.

The burger was rare not medium. The fries were chewy not crisp. The table had crumbs and food stuck in between the glass and the rim of the table. The placemat was beaten up and had food stuck to it. Not impressed. I listen to Ramsey yell at Master Chefs about creating the perfect meal and this was far from perfect.

Food is good and creative. Beer is way overpriced, but that’s Vegas these days

Service was beyond anything I’ve experience in my life. Loved the personal touch by the server addressing me by my last name when handing me the check.

My friend ordered a lamb burger well done, which came in rare. She returned it and got back a medium well.
My lobster mac & cheese was just warm, but I didn’t tell the waitress right away, just at the end of the meal. And there was almost no lobster in it.
The waitress was very apologetic though and waved our glasses of wine from the bill. She was very nice.
But I was expecting much more quality for the price and from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I was disappointed...

Our experience was probably the victim of high expectations.

Fish and Chips — fish okay, chips soggy. Condiments nice enough.
Shepherd’s Pie — very tasty but under seasoned just a bit.
Sticky toffee pudding — okay. I’ve had better but it was fine.
Hot tea — came to the table as a cup of hot water with a tea bag on the side. I put that down to Las Vegas but I’ve had tea in other hotel restaurants since I’ve been here and hot individual tea pots are not unheard of here.

On the positive side, the wine we chose was out of stock. When we chose a more expensive alternative, the price of our original choice appeared on the bill.

It was expensive for the quality we perceived. If the restaurant didn’t have Gordon Ramsay’s name we would have been less disappointed but it does and it didn’t meet expectations.

We were seated right away, the waiter was excellent. Got us our drinks and appetizers came out within a few minutes of ordering. Our entrees came out a bit later. The food was not as good as I remembered. I was a little disappointed that they changed the way they made the Salmon entree.

Food was pretty good, typical pub fare. Our waiter messed up our order, bringing one person in our party a bacon cheeseburger instead of the kale salad she ordered. He admitted it was his fault, that he put in the wrong order, but there was no compensation made for the mistake. We were put in the position of either letting our food get cold while we waited for the salad, or do we eat before her meal arrived. When it was time to pay, we asked the bill to be split between 3 cards. The charges to each card were not even however, with one party being charged significantly more.

The food portions are generous, good flavours, and good value.
We would have preferred to have been further away from the tables either side of us. Tables are VERY close together. We were seated at the rear of the restaurant in the middle section. We could not help but hear conversations on either side of us as I'm sure they could hear us also. I have to say, it did prevent us from conversing as much as we would have liked to due to lack of privacy.
Floor is also VERY slippery in heels. Be careful ladies !!

Our waiter did not stop by hardly at all. He forgot to order an order of wings. Drinks left empty. Tarter sauce and ketchup not brought. For 160.00 we could have gone to long John silvers and had better service and saved 130.00.
What a disappointment Gorden

Loved the salted beef poutine and the bone marrow! Went back for dinner and had the tenderloin. It was a bit overdone but still had great flavor!

Everything was great - everyone who worked there were happy and nice. The drinks were made perfectly - not over poured. The food was amazing. It was well worth the money and I would drive to Vegas again to eat there. Fun casual dining, tv's for sports and the cool 80's alternative music that doesn't suck. Really had a great time!

The only item that we enjoyed was the Onion Soup. It was well seasoned and presented well. Everything else was either over seasoned (wife’s entree tasted only of rosemary) or under sewsoned, like my fish and chips. The fish and chips were so flavorless that I only took two bites and put the fork down. Now I will say Chef Ramsay has another concept for fish & chips and I have heard its awesome but the dish I received was far from spectacular. In typical Las Vegas fashion it was really expensive but I wouldn’t mind if the food we ordered matched the onion soup. Server was attentive but tried to sell to us like a used car salesman! I understand they need to move food and upsell but it could’ve been a better approach.

We had to try one of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants to see if it lived up to everything that was depicted on his television shows. It was that and more. We had a reservation and we were directed to a table at the exact time of the reservation. There was a server at our table immediately to take our beverage order which was on our table in record time. Our food order was placed and set in front of us at 5 minutes. The food was exceptional. I guess Gordon Ramsey really is "all that". Would love to have time to visit more of his restaurants. Definitely worth the trip.

Sub-par service, underwhelming kitchen performance.

We chose Gordon Ramsay's Pub & Grill for its location and reputation - 4 of the 6 in our party have also dined at his steakhouse in the Paris Hotel/Casino. Unfortunately, the only part of our Pub & Grill experience that came close to meeting our expectations was dessert.

The service was extraordinarily slow and poor. Other tables which had been seated well after us were into their drinks and appetizers before our order was even taken. Once ordered, drinks took a long time to arrive and we had to remind them about one that was missing (by the way - I realize it is a PUB, but it is also a full bar - IN LAS VEGAS - what full bar runs out of chardonnay by 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon?).

Although elements of our meal were flavorful, some were highly underwhelming and/or didn't come as described. Ordered without cheese, mini pub burgers were bare except for a lone piece of arugula and were flavorless. Bone marrow was similarly tasteless. Although flavorFUL, there was not a pistacio to be found anywhere on the Chicken Pesto sandwich.

The only bit of redemption was the always amazing, sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

Service was spotty. Took 15 minutes to get water to the table, they brought us the food from the table beside us, which came before our drinks. The food was good.

I wouldn’t go again.

The Fish & Chips definitely lived up to the hype. I don't even care much for fish, and these were amazing! Our waitress, Sarah, was impeccable and perfection. She made the experience ten times better than it already was.

Went on the advice of a co-worker, have to thank them. Had the curry with basmati saffron rice and Ann. As good as I have had anywhere. It was wonderful. Wife had an excellent steak with the best mashed potatoes she has ever tasted. Stellar service as well.

This was my second visit to Las Vegas and the only thing I cared about was dinning at one of Chef Ramsay's restaurants. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the steakhouse, so my friends and I enjoyed the Pub & Grill, which had a fantastic atmosphere and energy. All of the wait staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, including hand crafted drinks. I had to have the infamous scallop dish, which blew my mind. Absolutely best scallops ever!! The portion of dishes were surprisingly perfect. We did not feel overly stuffed or still hungry. I enjoyed the Ramsay Tonic handcrafted cocktail, which was very refreshing. Although I enjoyed the Pub & Grill, It is my next year goal to be able to dine at Chef Ramsay's steak house. I'm so looking forward until then!059

How embarrassing for Gordon Ramsey... I would mark this down as one of my most disappointing culinary experiences of all time. Perhaps my expectations of a Ramsay restaurant were too high. It seems this absentee restaurant owner doesn't care about quality control as much as he purports on his show. The Pork Belly was like a dried pork chop left on a home grill and forgotten about. I could have laced it up and played some football with it. The Boston Wedge was SO over dressed that when I cut it into a chopped salad, the lettuce actually wilted before our eyes. The fish and chips... Well lets start with the chips, under seasoned, and soggy, the Pea Mush was EXACTLY that, Peas simply MUSHED without seasoning or excitement. The Fish was sub-par. The breading was thankfully crisp, but it was quite sweet and lacked any real character. The bottom line is that I could have had that fish from any food chain in America, and truly had the same experience. On the Plus side, the 2 Pub Crawl drinks I had were quite good, but they should be for $30... I was planning to visit his steak house this evening, was ready to drop the $300 for dinner, but after this simple dining experience, and the lack of attention to detail in his Pub & Grill, there's no way I'm going to take the risk of being disappointed again... What a crying shame....I'm truly still in shock as to how awful it was...
