We had an awesome waiter. Food was excellent and drinks were on point.
Food was great and service was even better. I can’t believe We never came here sooner! We will def be back!
All in all this was fantastic.
All of our good was amazing and tasty except for the pork belly...this was all fat, couldn't eat it but was still charged.
Everything otherwise was great.
Quiet pricey but great atmosphere.
Overall a very nice alternative to the higher priced Ramsey restaurants.
Nice menu and prices
We come to this restaurant every time we come to Vegas. I do have to say I was disappointed in the lobster Mac & cheese. That’s the first time I didn’t care for it. But other than that everything else was excellent.
My family and I dined here for my daughter's 21st Birthday. The food was decent, we enjoyed some of the items ordered, however, for being a Gordon Ramsey venue we expected better quality food especially for the high cost.
Our waitress was wonderful and a dessert was serves for my daughter's birthday which was really nice.☺
Most amazing service & food!
Enjoyed our visit to the restaurant - we were celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary with our 8-year old daughter. The server offered to make a Mac & Cheese or Grilled Cheese sandwich since they didn’t have a kids menu. It was so sweet, she also made a special drink request at the bar for chocolate milk for her.
Hubby had the sirloin, was cooked to perfection. I had the short rib and it was as tender as can be! Overall a great meal.
We had a great experience. Service could have been a bit friendlier. Our server seemed rushed. Food was great amd we had a good time.
The food was delicious and cocktails just as good. Went there before a show. Perfect location.
Salty and lost my Rueben sandwich for dinner. Never go back
It's an English pub so be prepared for that in terms of the menu. Limited beer menu compared to past years. Still a nice place to go.
We had a great time ! Service was excellent, our waitress was very patient with us since we had to wait for the rest of our party to arrive and once they were there we ordered drinks and told her we were catching up with our friends so she gave us a bit of time to catch up before she stopped by our table again to see if we needed anything. We told her about us catching a flight later on and she made sure all our food and drinks were on time so we wouldn’t be late .
One of our worst dining experiences - ever!!!
My wife and I dine out quite often, and we do know the difference between mediocre, good and great dining experiences.
We respect Gordon Ramsey's master chef expertise, however he has obviously NOT been to his Pub and Grill at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas since it DOES NOT, and DID NOT meet any of his well known, high standards.
We first ordered a calamari appetizer and when it arrived it was dry as a bone, rubbery and definitely NOT edible so we asked the waiter to take it away. My wife ordered a hamburger, "the item" that Gordon's Pub is "so-called famous" for and although she said it tasted OK, it was presented in an amazingly sloppy fashion as though the chef didn't care and had no pride in what he was preparing. I ordered a short rib, pot pie that also tasted OK, but the top crust was soggy and not very enjoyable at all. Along with my pot pie, I was served a very hard, elongated pretzel and mustard, and a wilted, minimal salad in a bowl smaller than a tiny tea cup without any dressing whatsoever.
Obviously, my wife and I will never return to this Pub and Grill, nor would we recommend it to anyone. And finally, we feel so strongly negative about this experience that we will attempt to write directly to Gordon Ramsey, if we can easily determine how to do so, since he does have a eed to know!!!
The experience was wonderful. The service was excellent, as made possible by our excellent waiter. When in Vegas again, I’ll definitely make a return visit!
Love their fish and chips. We made reservations ahead of time but were seated at the rail that looks onto casino so folks would stand right by where we were eating talking, etc. a bit uncomfortable. Service was excellent, drinks were outstanding...a little pricey but it is Vegas
This was our second visit. Just as nice as the first.
Very attentive and good pub food.
We were so excited to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday. We picked this restaurant because Gordon Ramsey has a reputation for high standards. We really enjoyed our meal last year at his steak house in Paris. We were incredibly disappointed on every level with our experience. When we arrived at our table it wasn’t done being cleared, the chairs were so low the table hit us at chest level. There wasn’t enough room on the table for our drinks and food at the same time. When the server came to bring us our main course, our table hadn’t been cleared from our appetizers and turning it over was a mess with silverware ending up on the floor. No one enjoyed their food and the butter knives provided to cut our expensive yet bland food, made eating quite the task. Our waitress was most often nowhere to be found making ordering additional drinks a challenge. Over all our experience put quite a damper on our celebration. We will not be returning or recommending this restaurant, sadly.
Great place to get a quick bite before a show at the colosseum. It’s traditional pub food and the service was outstanding. Thumbs up on the fish n chips.
My prime rib was cold & undercooked. Very dissapointning overall
The chairs were very low and uncomfortable. It made you feel like a little kid sitting at the "adult's table". We ordered the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. It was good but I've seen a better presentation elsewhere. We ordered a caesar salad to share. They didn't serve it on 2 plates and it had virtually no taste so we sent it back and asked for the chopped salad instead. They finally brought it out and shortly afterwards they brought our dinners. We weren't finished with the salad yet. Pet peeve. The waitress never asked how the replacement salad was, nor did she apologize. When we were still eating our dinners, the waitress brought the dessert menu. Another pet peeve with me. Our entrees were good and well cooked. The drinks were extremely overpriced as was the food. Will we go back? Not likely.
My wife and I have been here several times. Prices are reasonable considering this is a Strip location. My wife had the Bacon Burger and I had the Lamb Burger. Both were excellent. This is a great place to go before seeing a show at the Colosseum.
Amazing food, couldn’t have asked for better.
Buen lugar para tomar una cerveza y comida informal en un muy buen ambiente dentro del casino
Sticky toffee pudding was amazing!!!
Birthday get away to LV. Food was awesome! Great friendly service.
A lot better in food and service since it first opened. Very happy with our selection in food and our server was on top of our needs.
Great destination for British pub food. Great beer selection.
meh. $40US for a hunk of lamb shank that was cold. That's it. Just a shank on a plate. No sides, nothing. Service was great. Food was double priced for what we received. Sticky toffee was cold and overly sweet.
shrimp and lobster rolls -must order. Charred asparagus -so good. Brisket plate-good hearty meal. Lobster Mac n cheese-table fav. Fish n chips- can’t complain. Always good. Get his signature dessert at the end. Forgot the name but the secret ingredient is dates!
Loved vibe and restaurant details from the animal prints on the chairs (so cute) the place mats! And the silverware. Oh and the burlap napkins. !! New top fav restaurant. Definitely going to suggest this place to my customers. It has something for everyone. Even the salads are delicious.
Great hospitality from the whole staff!!!
After 15 minutes waiting at the table and no one to attend to me, I left the restaurant. A customer alone at a table is as important as a table with 5 customers. Much easier to attend and they would have saved a bad grade. I expected more from a Ramsey brand restaurant.
Amazing food! Lovely restaurant. Service is fast and efficient.
Absolutely delicious. Was not disappointed with anything; food, staff and drinks all very incredible!!
This is a casual go-to place in Caesar's Palace. Big portions, serious comfort food. It's a bit more pricey than a normal pub should be, but then again you're on the casino floor at Caesars on The Strip. Consistently great service. Go hungry, leave full.
The sticky pudding a fabulous bday dessert!
The food was good but service was really bad. I was disappointed on the service provided. I have been to other Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant and overall everything was excellent. We waited a long time for refill and have asked a couple of times. Other server were just standing and talking. We all felt they were very unprofessional. We have to send food back because the chicken curry was just too spicy unbearable to eat and we have asked the waiter prior if it was spicy and he told us, it was not.
Food was just ok. Nice crunchy breading on the fish and chips, but the dips didn’t work too well. Calamari was standard, out of the box. Expected more after dining at Hell’s Kitchen.
We enjoyed the food! Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about wine and food pairings. Enjoyable experience, would return on our next visit to Vegas.
Maybe this was listed as two dollar signs in comparison to everything else in Caesars Palace but the prices were astronomical. The food was good but $30 dollars for six wings and some kettle chips was a poor investment.
