Went for a late night dinner with my boyfriend. We shared the Lobster and Crab rolls, the wedge salad and the shortribs. Everything was delicious.
The service started off great and ended poorly. The manager did apologize, but it did give us a bit of a sour taste in our mouths upon leaving.
We would give a second chance due to how delicious the food was.
The food was delicious, the service was delightful. As always, a wonderful dinner. Thank you for everything.
Server was amazing !!
Great food, Great Service, Great environment Highly recommend try
Amazing as always. My favorite Vegas spot!
Over all was nice, but we were rushed out too soon not much time was given fo enjoy the moment.
Over priced for the taste of the food. New York strip was real good but everything else was just ok. Asparagus was hard. Tomato soup and bread was just ok. I make better mashed potatoes than they had. They were just ok. Fries we good though. I had 1 drink which was good but cost $18. Wouldn't eat there again.
The nachos were greasy. We asked to split a meal. Didn't bring second plate, and we asked for one and they still didn't bring it. Had the cabbage ribs and Potatoes were salty and we couldn't cut the cabbage with the knife they gave us. Our friends ordered a captain coke and they brought a diet coke. Told waiter about it and he didn't admit his mistake. Said it was what we ordered. He did return it although the second pour was less. Not impressed with the service or food. Ramsey needs to restaff this place.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Husband and I were in town for a few days and he is a Ramsey fan. We stayed at Nobu so this was super convenient! Hostess seemed a little jaded. However, our server Sara was super amazing!!! Every restaurant needs someone as enthusiastic as her. She made us feel so welcomed, she put so much energy and passion into rendering the best service we have ever experienced. The food presentation was breathe taking. The quality was so worth the price. We enjoyed every bit. We got the shrimp appetizers, lobster pot pie, beef brisket and for drinks we had sparkling water from whales..oh em gee! And it was this I believe vodka drink with black berry and husband had Ramsey’s go to beer. Sadly we had no room for desert..beyond full. Thank you for the incredible experience!
Not a good place
We did not realize it was opening day of football for the Raiders. The pub does not really have a restaurant section. It was extremely noisy with chants and yelling. Service was very good but as high end for a name restaurant as you’d expect. The menu was limited. The food was distinct in flavor but just a little above average—it was, however, expensive.
Amazing food , everything we tasted was 10/10.
Always an outstanding experience at Gordon Ramsay’s Pub. We have yet to find any other fish and chips in Las Vegas than can compare. And the figgy toffee pudding was divine.
Server was so annoying. Food was blah... over priced and nothing special
For being a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, I was very disappointed. My husband and I both had the prime sirloin. 55$ and that’s just the steak. Very disappointed in the way it was cooked. It was not tender and my husbands had more fat and gristle. The waiter however was extremely nice. We talked keto diets for about twenty minutes and he worked there with his wife. Such a nice guy. He brought us the manager and all the manager said is that he will relay that to the chef. Seriously not even a conplimentary dessert or something taken off the check. We weren’t looking for a free meal but we expected what we paid for. I will never eat here again. Sorry Gordon, you need to better inspect your restaurants. Always remember to inspect what you you expect.
The food was lousy
Bad bad bad, the margaritas were the best thing offered
Loved the food and atmosphere!
We could not get into Hell's Kitchen so we decided to go to Gordon Ramsey's Pub & Grill at Caesar's. Very disappointing. The food was mediocre and overpriced, restaurant was loud, no ambience. My thought when leaving was if Gordon Ramsey dropped in to this restaurant there would definitely be hell to pay.
Wedding celebration. Good was delicious and service was excellent as well. Recommend highly
I make reservations on open table for 6PM arrived 10min. Early the hostess tells me the table I reserved was not available and if I would like a high top table instead, I no we were there for dinner not for bar hangout. It another 20min wait to get what I reserved. The Fish and chips was Ausome. The server was very nice and professional.
The food and atmosphere were amazing! We came in with high expectations since it’s a Gordon Ramsay restaurant but they topped anything I could have expected!
We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and every bite was delicious, the cream and cheese mix was so tasty. I had the chicken Caesar salad and the dressing was honestly the best I’ve ever had! My husband had the fish and chips and said it was so authentic he forgot we were in Vegas and not overseas.
We shared the toffee pudding but I’m going to try and talk him in to going back just for dessert so I can get my own share!
My husband ordered the Prime Rib cooked Medium, what he received was very Rare. Our waitress did not come by right after food came out, so he ate what he could, which was not much. I ordered the Short Rib and it was excellent, so shared with hubby.
Great food. Good cocktail. Great server. Pricey. Limited menu, would have appreciated more choices.
OMG the sticky toffee pudding!!! Our server was awesome, the restaurant was clean, and tables were socially distanced. But you must try the sticky toffee pudding!! Hubby had fish n chips, I had the lobster/shrimp rolls with truffle fries, and my bro had the short rib kettle chip nachos - everything was AMAZING!! And did I mention the STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING???? So good I could cry!! I can’t wait to go back!
Service was extremely slow. The Bloody Mary that I had there a year ago, when it was a piece of art, turned into a boring tomato juice with vodka. The hostess desk was a mess. Last time I left there, I couldn’t wait to go back, this time I think I won’t be back...
Short rib nachos were excellent and a huge portion. Fish and chips were disappointing, fish batter tasted like cinnamon toast and the mushy peas were terrible. More like frozen peas run through a blender and a huge amount of thyme added. Very watery.
Food was great but the service was poor. We would have ordered more drinks but we never saw our waiter. Had to ask the bus boy for things.
The front desk woman ignored my while she was on the phone forever, then when she hung up she started to walk away when I just said “my party is already here, can I go in?” So I waited for her for nothing. Not a good first impression at all. Ignored by her, then we were basically ignored by our waiter. I regret the 20% tip we left.
The restaurant was dirty, especially under our table. Server was nice. Drinks were good. Food needed salt. Probably won’t return.
Covid mitigation plan severely limits experience. Food price is over priced: $22 hamburger is outragious!! Name recognition only for venue; service slow, limited “football menu” and unorthodox seating location is subpar. I will not recommend or revisit any Gordon Ramsey’s name brand locations.
Made reservations for two tables of 4 for a party of 8 due to COVID-19 social distancing regulations and when we got there, hostess tried to sit us in different rooms, but we ended up in a small separate room together away from the main room after I asked to be seated together. Great drinks, appetizers and food. Fish and Chips, Prime rib and New York steak was on point. Nachos and lobster appetizers were delicious. Our waiter was so cool, funny and fun. Overall great experience this visit.
Having eaten in a different Gordon Ramsay restaurant, I was expecting the meal to be one of the highlights of our trip. When we sat down and looked at the menu (prices) I knew this wasn’t going to be the case. Frankly it’s WAY overpriced for pub food.
The restaurant is in Caesars Palace on the strip. The scene was more casual than I expected, despite the “Pub & Grill” suffix. The lights were pretty bright, taking away from the ambiance. Based on the decor I was not expecting fish & chips to be over $30! Yes, the food was good. The fish & chips ($30) and prime rib ($60) were cooked well. Markup on wine was on the high side - even for Vegas. It’s just that you could spend that kind of money elsewhere and have a more “special occasion” experience.
Service was excellent. QR code for menu very smart. Seating (we had semi-circular banquette) was comfortable. They just need to match great pub food with menu prices somewhere near the ballpark of an actual casual pub. Oh. And lower the lights!
My husband had a Burger that was so so. We ate here before and it was much better.
I had the grilled cheese and it was outstanding. Truffle fries always fab. Service was OK
Absolutely amazing food! Amazing.... Excellent service! I took my wife here for our anniversary when we couldn’t get into Hells Kitchen. I think we may just skip Hells Kitchen and come straight here on our next trip.
The value for what was served was disappointing. Service was very slow, food was just ok. We ordered a variety to share, which included a burger which was very dry and bland, wedge salad had a good flavor but had to ask for extra dressing as it was sparse. The lobster roll was tasty.
Three of us had filet mignon - all were excellent, especially the sauces. Service was fine; very loud though. My $18 drink was mostly ice. People use WAY too much ice in drinks at many commercial restaurants. Expensive but I would go again.
Meal was great but more importantly I have so say was our server was fantastic. I wish I could remember her name! She was great!
The food was good, but not great. The dress was far more casual than the stigma led me to believe. You can walk out of Walmart and straight into Hell’s Kitchen without worrying about your attire, which was unexpected when I paid $85 for the Beef Wellington special.
Server was horrible (according to check his name is Afro)...he was somewhat rude and seemed disinterested in his job. Told us no HH due to COVID....not what they advertise. Asked him for wet naps after eating wings...he said I can wash my hands on the bathroom.
Menu was very limited...again, not what they advertised. Would not recommend and we will never be back.
We usually eat at either of Ramsey’s venues at Caesars Palace but this week we took time for one of our favorites @ Ramsey’s Pub and Grill. Fish and Chips are awesome ... drinks are perfect and our server this week was Sarah who was outstanding !!!
