Zuma Restaurant - Las Vegas
Our server was excellent once he came over to our table. Between the pouring of water to interaction with our server was approximately 15 minutes. Once we were assigned a waiter everything was fine.
The server was not in a good mood tonight. There were only 2 serving and we had to call him many times to order and replenish our drinks. The food was great and it’s a busy restaurant.
Unfortunate, expensive experience. We ordered drinks, then entrees and the food was literally delivered to our table within five minutes. Short ribs and butter curry chicken must have already been plated awaiting our order. Like mcdonald’s. Mediocre. Lobster Mac and cheese tasted like boxed mixed with tomato sauce and a couple of pieces of claw meat on the top. Gordon Ramsey shouldn’t be proud of this location. Avoid.
Had the fish and chips was tasty and good size portion
Very good food. Would visit again. Food is overprice but that is expected in atlantic city. I loved the open concept and very easy to find at caesars.
From the waiter to the food. Everything was amazing!!
Todo bien. Pocas opciones de vino por copa. La comida deliciosa!
Very pleasant place to eat.
The spare rib nachos are absolutely amazing. They use kettle chips and it is terrific. Have had many of the entrees and they are all delicious. Wasn't sure there was room for desert but we had to try the Sticky Toffee Pudding and it was the best desert I have ever had. It melts in your mouth and to pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is decadent. Highly recommend the food. The only issue is sometime you get seated at a table with uncomfortable chairs.
Excellent food, great ambiance, this was a bucket list item that I’m so happy to have finally checked off my list! I will definitely be back!
The food was delicious. We especially loved the poutine appetizer and the Toffee dessert was to die for. We would go back just for the dessert. Highly recommend!
The food was good but our server was less than attentive and it was open to the casino so there wasn't much as far as atmosphere
Ridiculously load tv’s playing. Service was slow. Was disappointed with the food. Steak and Ale with pickles!!! For the money, not a great choice.
The overall experience was good, service was great. Food was good but it was fish and chips. Nothing fabulous. $30 for 2 pcs of fried fish and some French fries. I get your paying for the name and I certainly knew that walking in, but I just thought it would be better. The dessert was actually fantastic. Sticky Toffee Pudding, do not pass that up!
My wife and I had a very nice dinner there. While the place seemed fully occupied, we were seated right away when we arrived on time at the reservation time, thanks to a booked we made ahead of time with OpenTable. Service was excellent. The water-person and the waiter were very attentive. My drink took a little longer to come but that could be because the bar was busy. Overall a very nice time.
The food was amazing, great service. Best in the menu beef Wellington and sticky pudding
Great service and food!
Food was terrible, steak was burnt - sauces all 3 were not edible, even asparagus was hard as a rock. Beef Wellington was barely edible.
Food was cold and soggy. For the price. Returned shrimp cocktail because it tasted fishy. French onion soup was cold. Fish and chips were soggy. Not a good experience for our first time there.
Food was bland and the waiter was very unfriendly .
Hostess and check in was not very nice and unorganized. Very small table in middle of room that was very loud. Couldn't hear our conversation. Service was slow and took forever to take our order and get food. Would have been ok if food was great, but very mediocre at very high prices for what u got. This is supposed to be a pub with great fish and chips but fries were cold! And overpriced. $60 for a ribeye, no side included that was just ok. Dessert was good but nothing special. Overall it was a overpriced meal that took way too long at a loud, uncomfortable table. Will not go back here
Birthday celebration. Service was superb. Food delicious!
Love! Love! Love!!!!!
Wedge salad, loved it
Never disappoints! And don't pass on desert! We go every time we visit Vegas.
Came here for a business dinner and had a good time. Service was prompt, drinks were made well and everything tasted great.
The was just OK, it was very average, and honestly would have felt better spending $80 per person and going to the Bacchanal bufffet and soending $55 per person and instead. With a name like Ramsay, I expected nothing but the beat, buy maybe the bar was set too high
Good food, good service and good value, considering its high-priced location. We dined here three nights in a row and enjoyed something different each time. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
The hosts and servers were amazing, the place is amazing. The food we had wasn’t. We had the fish and chips but the chips and the batter left an awful after taste. The fish was very tasty. The mushy minted peas were delightful. Our server was great with us tho and couldn’t apologise more.
Wouldn’t say avoid this restaurant but there are other Ramsey restaurants in Vegas so maybe try them first.
Amazing food. Great staff. 4th year in a row!!!
Disappointing food , had the fish and chips , not very good , chips were soft and soggy, fish batter not very good. Friend had Sheppards Pie and not happy with freshness and flavor.
Expect more from a Gordon Ramsey Restaurant
Great food, we went with 6 people and everyone loved their meal. We would go back for sure.
Something was off with service. Staff very nice. But salad delivered before cocktails. Then 1/2 hour until main course which arrived just warm. Server did provide a free dessert which tasted great! We were also seated in the only path between the two sides of the restaurant so customers and staff were all bumping their way through. I would give it another chance maybe.
Good food, large portions and the beer was cold and delicious.
Looking for a neighborhood bar on the Thames? This is it. Great Britain is not where many people would travel for a culinary tour, however this is a place for fish and chips, steak and kidney pie and other U.K. Pub fare without leaving the States.
1. Drinks were spectacular and experience at the bar was good
2. Food was ok but the burger was asked to be cooked medium and came out rare, “crispy” pork belly was so hard I couldn’t even chew it, poutine was ok, brussel sprouts were good, and nachos were good
3. Service at the table was fine
I absolutely love the Grilled Pesto Chicken sandwich and homemade chips! How they prepare the red peppers is to die for! Jon had fish and chips, loved it.
Tina had pot roast and almost licked the plate!
We’ll be back!
No one acknowledged our special occasion(s). Server was rude. Food made us sick and tasted bland and not worth a $150 bill. Horrible.
The chicken and beef were both dry and with little flavor. The asparagus was raw (was supposed to be grilled). It was overpriced for what we got. The only thing I enjoyed was the brownie.
