Wednesday afternoon. Great service and good food. Have been there many times and have been disappointed. Have enjoyed his signature dishes. Have to get to Hell's Kitchen soon.

I love the onion soup, always a must have when I dine there. I usually enjoy the fish and chips, but I couldn't figure out what type of fish was used. Instead of being flaky, the fish was in round pieces.

The food and the service are always very good. The only thing we would change is to add more desserts and seafood.

We ordered four Beef Wellington meals that were very mediocre. I’ve had a better steak at Applebees. Very blah. Almost got a spoonful of mashed potatoes, one whole baby carrot and a couple of parsnips. We also got the worst old fashioned I’ve ever had. How do you even wreck a Caesar salad? And the cake has no flavor but the ice cream was pretty good. But the server was amazing and kept up a good act of Gordon Ramsey. At least we got to pay over $125 each for dinner.

Staff , location is fantastic, I’d say the people what made it better experience, however the food was half good half awful. Been here twice and now thinking if I come for thirds I’m not spending $280 on mediocre quality anymore. Pork was supposed to be medium and was overdone so dry and zero sauce on the plate came along with u flavored cabbages and small potatoes just really terrible. The filet minion was good the Cesar salads was splendid the cauliflower as well and the Mac and cheese good but not that good , the broccolini also lacked any flavor . Overall good meal but overrated for price and gouge need of salt and pepper . I was not expecting it to be lacking , maybe just a bad night . The staff was very accommodating and I’d say worth returning for them alone and having something else , go for lunch breakfast and light dinner , go to steakhouse to steaks or get the pub experience that is excellent

Had to wait 10 min before anyone came with menu’s then the waitress was not at all helpful. She came to table not even saying hello just said can I get you drinks. Then brought wrong drink for wife. Then when told it’s the wrong drink she just grabbed the drink without even saying sorry and then waited 10 more min for the right drink. When the food came by a different person, she never came to the table asking how’s everything. I asked for mayonnaise when I ordered my food and she brought the mayo after I was done my food. She put the mayo on the table and said I been running I tried to get it to you. Kristen was the worse server we ever had there. Also the fish and chips always was good but this time the fish breading was doughy.

Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill is Caesar’s [only] breakfast restaurant. The food is ok. Can’t really screw up bacon and eggs. You get a little smoke from the inconsiderate entitled people who smoke in the non smoking restaurant areas.
