Fun place for Sunday brunch - not crowed and good selection, especially since regular menu was available as well.

I was excited about coming here. I love Goose Island products, and on my bday weekend, I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate it than to make reservations for a great night at their brewery and bar. I ordered a med. cooked burger, and when returned, my burger was well done. What's unfortunate about this mishap was that despite being well-done, the burger was good. It was just too dry. Our server was so apologetic and forthright w/ their kitchen's mistake that the manager paid for our meals, leaving us only the drinks to pay. I didn't argue with the server, and I NEVER spoke with the manager. Everyone involved with my order was on-board with how to resolve the issue. Things happen in restaurants and mistakes happen. I'm not a fan of embarrassing a servers, managers or any other restaurant employee on-hand; and I, for my own comfort, do not like to see employees berated by their superiors in a restaurant. Mistakes are common, and do happen, but the key is the response of the restaurant when a mistake is revealed. You don't have to be a five star restaurant to have upscale service. The beer speaks for itself (Awesome), the food was awesome (despite my well-done burger), and the service was exemplary. Sitting in the bar area where everything seems to be made of wood was better for crowd, than the dining area. Highly recommended. I plan on returning

First time visitors enjoyed 5 oz. tastes not found locally. Acorn squash enchiladas had a great balance of spice and sweetness.

I was in Chicago for the first time and a friend recommended we go here because it is near the Improv Olympics where we planned to see a show later in the evening. The beer selection was great and I loved that you could buy 5 oz beers for $2-4 each; it's a much better idea than beer flights because you can choose however many you want! We shared 6 different beers and majority were pretty good. However, the food was not very good. My friend got the poutine which was kind of bland and soggy and I got the acorn squash enchilada which just tasted bad. The acorn squash wasn't seasoned at all; it just tasted so bland. The mole sauce they put on top of the enchilada did not mesh well with any of the other flavors. I really disliked it but I was so hungry I ate most of it anyways and just tried to wash the terrible flavors down with beer. It all sounded really unique and yummy but execution was not good at all unfortunately.

For someone like me, I love craft beer, and they have all Goose Island beers. Plus they have beer you can only get at the BrewPub

We went to Goose Island on Valentines day and even though we were running late they still held our reservation which I thought was very nice on such a busy day. The food was delicious as were the locally made beers. The staff was very courteous and our evening was very memorable. Thanks!

We had a very nice Sunday evening, great beer selection. Wish we would have done the tour, but their last one was at 3 so we missed it. We had a 1 yr old with us and they were very accommodating. The food was good too pretty good selection I had a Cuban and my husband had a burger we liked both of our meals. We will be back for a tour!

Nice service and great burgers and Brews. I recommend the blue cheese burger with sweet potato fries. I sampled a Green Line Brew. Very tasty combo. I brought both my kids and my parents. Everyone had a good time.

The food was phenomenal, as was the environment. However, we were seated next to a family that had 5 kids under the age of 5. They were running everywhere and kept bumping into the chair of a friend who just had surgery the day before. We first confronted the family about it, and was ignored, then asked their waiter to help out, and still no action was made and it did not seem like my friend's comfort was something to even check up on. Hopefully anyone else that goes will not have to deal with a large party with that many young children. Normally, I would not post something like this since it clearly is not about the food, but again the well-being of all people at our table did not seem to be a top priority.
