Staff were friendly, took us straight to our table and prompt in serving us. We had the Sunday lunch, which were cooked to a high standard and were very tasty. This is the second time we have visited for Sunday lunch and would happily come again!

Food was delicious, staff friendly and helpful. Well worth a trip

It was a lovely night I spent with my partner, the food was amazing and the vibe was nice. They accommodated a request I had aswell for my boyfriend’s birthday which was so thoughtful and I appreciate. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely lunch at Bassett down golf club bistro Food was very good Service was excellent staff very kind as we had a newborn baby in the pram they found us a very convenient table

We have been here many times. Food is very good. Unfortunately this time didn't go so well. We were a table of 7 . Unfortunately when the food was brought out we all sat there & waited & waited as 1 meal hadn't come . We asked more than once then we were told sorry it's on it's way as we were waiting & waiting every one started then on asking they admitted one had been totally forgotten. My husband was offered a drink to say sorry but no so she said he would have a free pudding but when the bill was paid we had been charged for all puddings & i had to be very firm to be reimbursed. So what should of been a lovely family lunch was not. Im sorry they said that the meal was forgotten due to being very busy. Sorry not true. Also when meals go out they are normally checked & if we hadn't kept asking it would of never come. Shame as food was lovely as always
