Amazing food! Shrimp dish and lamb were both unique and delicious. Lava cake was cooked perfectly, get a side of vanilla ice cream with it!
This is our favorite dinner spot in or near Lake Rabun. Food is always consistent as is the service! Strongly encourage reservations made days before your visit!
Enjoyed the lamb, always my favorite. Highly recommend
My husband and I truly enjoyed our meal at Glen-Ella Springs. The food, ambiance and service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
My husband and I recently had an excellent dinner with a beautiful garden view. We were in the area for vacation and Glen-Ella did not disappoint! My trout was mouth watering and I'm not sure how the chef fixed the spinach but it was the best I've ever had. Our waitress was friendly and I loved the history surrounding this quaint little inn. We would definitely go back again!
This is truly a gem. Was here 3 yrs ago. Decided to bring my daughter and family and then were very impressed.
Very nice, quiet, delicious food!
Just lovely. I had the nightly special of Black Bass with Romesco. My husband had the classic pecan crusted trout. Both were excellent!
We have eaten here many times over the last 20 years and the experience has always been the same--incomparable!
Everything was perfect, the food, the service, the atmosphere. I couldn’t ask for better. We went two nights in a row and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Highly recommend this place.
Great place everyone in party was completely satisfied . Great portions . Server was very friendly and knowledgeable about menu. Felt safe with covid as tables were distanced . Sanitizer everywhere . Will definitely recommend to others. Hope to be back soon .
We have been to Glen Ella twice & we loved it both times. Very quiet and the food was incredible! Will be back!
The food was outstanding. The server was fine. The table was not ready when we arrived on time. I had marked in the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday there was zero acknowledgement of it. The staff at this place is fine, but there is absolutely no warmth of personality, proper etiquette of greeting or any genuine feel of friendliness. Same at breakfast, staff walk past you and don’t even speak or acknowledge, not acceptable at award winning B&B
Fabulous place...a definite do again!!
Glen Ella continues to shine in Northeast Georgia. Quaintly comfortable. Rustic, but Elegant. The menu never disappoints. Take time to tour the garden out back and breath in the sweet mountain air.
We have eaten in 4 or 5 star restaurants in all 50 states. We have traveled in over 50 countries overseas and eaten at great restaurants. This is the worse meal we have ever been served. Both the entrée and the desert was burnt. We traveled about 55 miles to eat at this restaurant and we were disappointed to say the least. The food was overpriced and of poor quality. I would tell anyone to save your money and time and go to Longhorn if you want a good meal worth the amount charged. We would not recommend Glen-Ella Springs to our worse enemy.
Service was amazing, thanks Carly
Food was ok, rainbow carrots were cooked so long, I thought they were potatoes
LOL
Glen-Ella was such a beautiful and quaint experience. It was so nice and intimate and the food was a journey! The special for the she crab soup blew me away. Definitely want to return!
Glen Ella is always a top-notch dining experience.
Cauliflower soup and pichtashio chicken excellent.... salmon not very good
This is our favorite place for special occasions! The food is delicious and the atmosphere so relaxing!!
Food, Service and ambiance were absolutely amazing!!
Lovely experience!! Great food! Great service! Romantic atmosphere. Wish we had come a long time ago!!
Lamb chops were burnt and chicken wasn’t as good as before. Do you have a new cook?
Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Glen-Ella Springs. I had the special which was Corvina fish with risotto. My friend had the rainbow trout. We all had enough leftovers to take home. Atmosphere is very relaxing and quaint.
There's probably few places like it in NE Georgia, for a good meal in a handsome comfortable setting. My wife was underwhelmed, however, by her Trout entree. She found it to be too simple, along with the rice accompaniment. Sorry, it was dull.
Wonderful waitress and very knowledgeable. Great evening!!
Absolutely fantastic place to enjoy a great dining experience. The crab cake appetizer and lamb entree were outstanding.
Always great food and service. We had the salmon and prime rib - both great choices. Thank you!
Loved our date night at Glen-Ella.
For more than 20 years, we've been visiting the inn to celebrate special occasions. This time, it was wonderful to experience polished and professional service from our daughter.
Thank you, Ed and Luci, for your thoughtful and steadfast care of this remarkable property.

Food was divine.
Cute spot, but food wasn’t the best. Not terrible, but not what I was expecting
Consistently great food in a warm, historic setting. Server was very cordial and attentive. Beautiful evening out during the Christmas/New Year season.
Love this restaurant you cannot go wrong here. Great food, great service and great location
Everything was perfect: the place, the service and the food are execellent.
This makes 21 plus years coming here to celebrate special occasions and Glen Ella Springs has never failed to impress.
Certainly out of the way as we had to drive a couple of miles down a rough dirt road and thru a standing pool of water, but worth the drive as the food and atmosphere was outstanding.
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Glen Ella. The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and the risotto cake was one of the best things I have eaten at a restaurant in some time. Fantastic and we hope to return again soon.
The food is absolutely outstanding. My wife had steak and I had trout. The wine prices were reasonable. The food prices were high, but not exrremely so. The only negative was that it took an hour for us to get our food after we had ordered, even though we had a reservation. The reason that was given was that a group of six (who did not have a reservation) had arrive just before we did.
The ambiance was perfect and the food was delicious. Crabcake appetizer came out piping hot, the salad was cold and flavorful, and the pecan crusted trout was cooked wonderully. My husband had the tenderloin and loved every bite. We were full, but still had dessert and so glad we did. Amazing! Our server was friendly and helpful. Just an overall satisfying meal and dining experience.
