Great food and service but very loud !
Love it. My favorite spot
My favorite restaurant. Love this place. Thank you guys for everything you guys do. Well done!
Eclectic limited menu. Changed since the last time we were there. Missed the mezze. Attentive staff who knew the food well. May not be for everyone but great for a foodie like me
Got a little too loud for our preference, however, overall experience was great and food was wonderful.
Just moved to the area 🎈🎈🎈
The best place ! Seriously I go out of my way to get here and eat the griddle bread and labneh
Brunch with friends, very nice environment and quite tasty
Really great mezze brunch and great prices
Will definitely be back
Absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to come back.
Pretty overrated and expensive for what it was. Starters and cocktails were nice but the mains weren’t remarkable. Grossly overpriced overall and nothing to really write home about besides having a pleasant atmosphere.
Creative menu and food. A great experience
Super great restaurant! I went there with a few friends and we were all very happy with the place. It’s a great spot to share food and conversation.
Absolutely wonderful experience, and the food is divine.
Service was great and the waitress had really good recommendations...although you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The location is gorgeous but a little out of the way, however totally worth the travel. Love this place; highly recommend!
Personally it was just a bit further for us to travel for fairly pricey food (a few $ up from the online menu we saw), a pretty stark lack of people who aren't white and cauliflower that was a bit salty for our tastes. Really great service and a great space though!
Food was subpar, overpriced for the quality and quantity, much too noisy Service was good
Great dinner, as always. Service was prompt and friendly, food was truly delicious.
Unfortunately we were put into a noisy nook with a few SUPER loud tables. Actually this was really aggravating since my friend and I essentially couldn't talk to each other across a tiny table for the duration of our otherwise great dinner. I realize the restaurant has limited control over this but maybe it would be possible to organize things so that group tables (with people several drinks in shouting across the table at each other) are together, and small tables for two (which 99% of are dates? that for sure don't want to be right next to shouting group tables) are at least a few feet away. As I write this review I'm getting annoyed all over again at the people literally shouting 2 feet away from us.
TL;DR: Glasserie is amazing, but loud shouting tables of drunk people can make it suck for others. I recommend it 10/10 but next time I'm asking for a quiet(er) table and if I can't get one, I'll choose somewhere else.
the food is outstanding, and on a friday the vibe was busy and chatty. we stayed until closing and the service was super friendly!
The menu was more expensive than before, the Meze only came with one bread and the size of the orange juice was an insult. The food is good, not extraordinary, but the portions are small.
Great service. My mom was 20 minutes late and the host was very nice and accommodating. Our server was very pleasant and helpful as well. She really delivered on providing a good experience. The lighting is set very as well. Makes the room feel intimate. Would definitely go back and would definitely refer to a friend. Thanks!!
Great service, incredible food and great atmosphere
Outstanding place! On point from the decor to food to drinks to the service!!!!
Me and my companion were amazed!
Interesting menu items, flavorful food in a really cool, historic setting
Glasserie has the best brunch in NYC. Hands down. Not only delicious, the mezze feast is fresh, filling, and won’t leave you feeling groggy afterwards like a lot of brunch meals do. Highly recommend if you’re looking for Mediterranean inspired cuisine/ veggie friendly. Can’t wait to try the dinner menu!
Superb food! The review of trad Mediterranean fare with combinations from around the whole of that cultural spectrum without any national(list) fixation, makes this one of the most best-thought out culinary experiences to one had right now in Brooklyn. I'll go back as often as I can.
Really great food.... the tahini was unreal. We had a nice tequila cocktail and some wine. Our server was great. My only small complaint was that by the end of our time there, the noise level became a little loud, and they were playing trap music. Would have been nice to keep the music low and more mellow.
The food was good but it was wildly overpriced. We would not spend the money again
The only negative thing is that it is really loud and therefore not relaxing, had to yell at each over really. The space is great and the food is really delicious and sophisticated.
An amazing dood selection, coupled by great service. Make sure that you make a reservation...get’s extremely busy with long wait times. Highly recommend the lamb pita.
Food is delicious but a heads up their lunch menu is really tiny/limited.
Food was incredible, service was incredible, get the eggplant!!
I loved this place I went twice in a week! Once with a friend and again on my own. In a converted factory the interior is cool and the seating well spaced out. The bar seating was my choice. The orange wine was unusual, but I loved it. All the food was really special but I particularly liked the anchovies, the pate and the cauliflower. Highly recommend a visit!
Wonderful service, fabulous food and lovely decor.
Just so yum. The Mezze Feast is the way to go, and don't think it's not enough food it's worth it.
This was my second time dining at Glasserie. The labneh and the cauliflower are incredible. You must get the griddle bread as it is literally addictive. I dream about it! Everything was so good we couldn't stop ourselves from eating it all. The service was great and so was the ambiance. My only comment is that the dessert wasn't amazing. Definitely worth getting ice cream down the street afterwards; if you can fit anything more in! So good. Definitely a new staple for occasions as it is a bit pricey.
Very disappointed with the food. I’ve been wanting to go for a while but hadn’t made it out to Brooklyn until last weekend. The food was extremely underwhelming and overpriced. The dinner menu is limited and mezzes do not include bread ($6 for flatbread or $8 for griddle). We found the griddle bread too heavy/greasy for the spreads we ordered. We also ordered a bottle of Tempranillo but was not fan, we left half the bottle because it was undrinkable. There are much better options with similar price points in Manhattan.
Beautiful space, servers lovely. Food was delicious but very small portions. Would be great if they offered espresso based coffee drinks, they only have drip. And some extra non-dairy milk options. They only had almond milk.
Overall would recommend - the space and food good is lovely. Nice people too!
Wonderful meal and service. Cool atmosphere. Could have better house wines but the food is delicious.
