   Waited 30 mins and food was cold. There were only 3 other people seated so it wasn't busy. Very unhappy with the service.

   Seat yourself restaurant...why have to book a reservation...no wait staff or hostess around? Bartender had to get a waitress out to us. Slow service, incorrect order.

   A really nice find. I opted for dinner here because I wanted to enjoy a jazz group performing there as part of the New Brunswick Jazz Project. While I could have just enjoyed the music from the bar, my friend and I were really glad we opted for dinner. I had the scallops, which were cooked perfectly and set atop a really delicious faro risotto...to die for!! My friend had the brisket, which was hands down the best brisket that I have ever tried. Really great food!! Where this restaurant fell down, was the service. We were glad that we had planned to be there for 3 hours as it took every bit of that time to get from drinks to check. If we weren't there for the music, this would have been unacceptable. But we are planning to go back...the food was just that good.

   This was the first time we visited this restaurant, and it was very disappointing and we would not return. From the time we arrived-and there was no manager or greeter so we didn't know where to go - till the time a waiter different than ours handed us our check without a word or eye contact and walked away, it was not very pleasant. When we arrived there was one other diner in the room, yet it took forever for our server to get to us then come back for a drink orders. We decided to order drinks and or meal the same time. It was at least 10 minutes before our starters arrived, before our drinks. We sent the starters back and waited another five minutes for the drinks to arrive. By the time we were eating our meals, I think there were a total of five other people in the room, and the service was terrible. A small point but an irksome one: our server was pleasant enough but kept referring to us repeatedly as "you guys." We are both 67 though it's nice to have a friendly server that terminology always rubs me the wrong way.

   There for a birthday with a pretty finicky wife ;) and she and i were duly impressed. Our waitress Michelle was attentive and fun. The drinks were tasty and the food delicious. Michelle then hit it out of the park when she presented my wife with a beautifully chocolate inscribed personal birthday desert. We wouldn't hesitate going back when we are in the neighborhood.

   The food was good but a bit overpriced. The dining area was very nice. Overall nice experience just overpriced for the quality of meal/service.

    Looked forward to trying the Glass Woods - overall food was good and preparation times were relatively short. I was surprised at the overall customer service though - had to track down a server to be seated, and had to ask to check in for the reservation when it was almost overlooked. Hope this area improves for the next time I visit.
