   Loved the outdoor seating by the water falls. Very relaxing and gorgeous view while eating our dinner. Pinot Grigio with the Vietnamese fish dinner was so delicious. My husband enjoyed the salad with chicken. Very romantic place to celebrate a 38th anniversary.

   Was booked as a special birthday celebration yet no mention of it at all while there. The food was plated beautifully and we were excited to eat however the portions and flavor did not justify the cost whatsoever. The view was absolutely breathtaking, I suppose that’s what you’re actually paying for while dining at Glass because the overall experience between mediocre service and food was disappointing.

   The ambiance, food and staff were fantastic! I liked so much I booked another reservation for June. Definitely a great place to spend the evening having drinks by the waterfalls.

   Lovely atmosphere for a special occasion. The food was pre fixe for Mother’s Day, but all was wonderful. Will definitely return for an evening at the bar of to enjoy the outdoor seating by the falls.

    Second visit to Glass,and again,just amazing. Wife and kids love the place and the waterfalls view. Perfect for any occasion,the staff are by far the nicest you’ll have help you with any questions about food and wine.Something about the decor,the facelift was really nice,fells cozy by the new bar. Food is so good,superb talent in the kitchen. Coming back for my special occasions. Recommended.

    Super cool vibe! Small plates allow you to try different things and also appreciated opportunity to try wine flight. A tad expensive but didn’t bother me as we had such a good time

    Delicious! I’ll start by saying that the 4 stars for service was only because of the bar. All other services were 5 star (we also stayed at the hotel) Our waiter was Mikey and he was young but boy does he know his details. They had better keep him! The host was fun and very friendly. Didn’t get his name. We joined friends at the bar (who we did not know were there and were surprised with a FB post). We were there 30 minutes visiting with them before we were offered a drink. It was weird. The food was delicious. Charcuterie, Spicy Tuna, salmon, fried rice, olives and dessert. The 4 star value is because it’s small plates but it’s par for the course and you should know that going in. We know and we enjoy dining in that style. Drinks were great. Friendly service and fellow diners. Always enjoyable. We will return again as we have for many years.

    Food was good not great. The wine list was not good and needs a major revisit and expansion. That was disappointing since it is a wine bar. Bone marrow butter was good, bread was a little stale. Cheese and meat board was very good. Lettuce blt was also very good. Sliders were over cooked but okay and the cacio e pepe was good but would be better in a bit of Parmigiano Reggiano sauce.

    This place has some very cool vibes and the food to back it up. The waterfalls are twice as impressive in person than pictures. The staff was fantastic had a great waiter and the host was super nice and helpful.

    The view from the deck at Glass is stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the falls. The service was a little slow but our waiter was very attentive and very kind. The food was fantastic! We tried wine flights and shared small plates and everything was delicious. Overall we had a wonderful meal and would definitely return.

    Not as good as it used to be. Long wait for food and wasn’t told they were out of an item that was ordered until after the rest of the food was delivered. Wasn’t given an apology or offered a substitution. Won’t be back for awhile.

    Amazing scenery and nice, attentive staff. The food is good but pricey for what it is. You want to come here for the wine(good selection), scenery and the experience of the place. I would not call it a full dinner restaurant. Small, fancy plates.

    A beautiful setting for a restaurant, but staff was not attentive, which put a damper on our experience. The host greeted us and acknowledged the note in our reservation mentioning my wife’s birthday, which was nice. We then waited at the bar for approximately 10 minutes before our table was ready. Only one other couple was at the bar, and they had been served. Two bartenders did not appear busy - one gave us drink menus when we arrived - but then we were subsequently ignored. Food was good - but we waited a very long time for it to arrive after we ordered - at least 45 minutes - and it was brought to our table only after we told the host, who was seating another party, how long we had been waiting. Our food was good, but not very warm. We then had dessert, which was fair, paid our check, and never heard another word about my wife’s birthday.

    We have been here more than 20 times and last night was very disappointed. Not sure if it was because we had a late 9:00pm reservation. We ordered the Pork BLT lettuce wraps and the pork was all fat, barely cooked and unable to eat. The chicken skewer entree was burnt to a crisp and the Thai fish we were so looking forward to, the ran out of. Not sure what chef was working the kitchen last night, but he/she was not the usual one. I have highly recommended this place to so May friends, and truly hope they do not go on a night like we did last night and have mediocre food.

    The view was superb. I would come back just to see that , but just to get a drink. The food was on the border of being bad. The selection is not good at all. We ended up with scallops and bacon which were very overcooked and rubbery. Then we had sliders which were overcooked as well. We were seated by the door that leads to the outside and it was a constant stream of guests and servers going in and out with some leaving the door open. Unfortunately, it was not a warm day. The server did not even stop by the table to see how our meal was. Finally had to go to the bar area to ask for ketchup. Such a shame for such a beautiful place.

    I so very much wanted to rate the entire experience higher. It is absolutely a beautiful spot with wonderful people, so kind. From what was told to me/us the menu was recently changed and it just seemed like GLASS could not decide what it wants to be....a high-end dinner experience with dazzling views or a night for those wanting to experience more than the local establishment. (Or a night-club). I would recommend the entire experience, I would, I just think it needs a little re-vamping.

    Food was good, not amazing. Very very small portions. The fish was 69 and said it was good for 2 people. I thought for 69 it would have rice or something that went with it. It's definitely not a 2 person meal. The service was great and the ambience was phenomenal.

    Not great. We went for a birthday celebration and even though we had a reservation, there were not many options for seating. We ended up in a room with a sort of private party who were disruptive to our dinner. And the food was mediocre. The service lacked completely and we had to get up three times -- to get more drinks, to ask for our check and then to have our check run. They did not try to do any better even though the manager, Jen, said 'please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.' The only thing I would say Glass is really good for would be to have a drink.

    You are going for the view. It is cold on the glass enclosed deck. There are many heat lamps- but not enough. Appetizers were good. We had the cauliflower perogies and the potatoes. Main course - chicken kababs and spicy tuna. The tuna was off. Kababs were a little dry. Overall, get 3 stars for average. Will I be returning? There are better choices for dinner in the town of Hawley.
