We were happily greeted with champagne at our table because we were celebrating our anniversary. Food was very good, but portions seemed small. Everything else was wonderful. We will be dining there again.

The food was on the level of a chain place ALLLL the food we ordered came at once. Like the olives, the sliders, that were so disgustingly over cooked that they were like burnt shoe soles, the “tacos” I think they meant fajitas, tacos come assembled, always, the salad, the gnocchi, the risotto- like no room on the table at once. Bizarre!

The overall experience was enjoyable. We very much enjoyed the Roasted Garlic & Gorgonzola Fonduta starter. The Grilled Beef Petite Filet with the Cognac - Peppercorn Demi was absolutely delicious though I was looking forward to a stronger pepper flavor than the sweet cognac flavor that was almost slightly overwhelming. The Grilled Chicken Contadina with Slow Roasted Tomatoes & Grilled Artichokes, Balsamic Glaze was also very good. Usually we would avoid ordering a grilled chicken dish thinking it would be too plain and boring, but this was not. The chicken was nicely cooked, but the roasted tomatoes were truly the star. The only complaint of the evening was how unbelievably cold the experience. We were told the enclosed deck was kept warm, but NOPE! Before we were finished with our appetizer I could barely feel my toes. I found myself shivering throughout the meal. It was only slightly warmer inside the main dining room. While the cold environment wasn't totally pleasant, I know how to dress more adequately for the next time I return because there will certainly be a next time soon.

Long wait for the food. Cold mushroom risotto. The risotto they brought to replace it was swimming in flavorless broth. It looked and tasted like the kitchen didn't stir in the parm - just shredded a few bits of the cheese on top. The gnocchi's tomato sauce resembled store bought sauce. Tasted like unseasoned canned tomato sauce. While delicious, the portion of duck fat fries was stingy. Oh, and someone fell and hit their head such that they bled on the floor. Nothing to do with the food but the staff were slow to respond and when they did appeared clueless ("What can I do to help," was staff's question. How about what you were trained - or not trained (?) to do?). Restaurant has no issue charging prices you'd see in a major city, but they have no business doing so. What a shame, too. It's a lovely restaurant with an eclectic menu, but the food is lousy and the wait staff act like deer in the headlights. We ate here on 11/10/23 after visiting from Chester County, PA. We'll never go back and I recommend eating elsewhere.

Beautiful location and ambience. Some of the food was great, other dishes were just ok. Would definitely still recommend for the experience though! Sit outside on the patio (covered in the colder months) or inside along the windows

We really enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful restaurant especially the waterfall views. The bar tenders are creative and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the signature cocktails, kitchen selections and small plates. We were there on a Thursday, the live entertainer has us all singing. We'll be back.

Ledges is a WONDERFUL hotel that I absolutely recommend. Glass has amazing vibes and great drinks. There was something left to be desired with the meal itself, but everything else made it a great experience. Regarding the food, when you order a protein (the petite filet for example) you literally just get meat. The portions were a bit small as well so the bill adds up when you are looking for a full meal. Bobby was our waiter/bartender and seems to be their restaurant manager is AMAZING. He ensured awesome service and was so eager to make everyone comfortable and feel at home. Definitely recommend!

Interesting menu, and food was very good. HOWEVER, they ran out of several dishes at 6:30? Several a little spotty because one server was taking care of a number of tables (food bought out by runner). Wine prices a little high but it is PA which will take forever to be enlightened. It is nice to be able to build your own charcuterie board. Waterfall views spectacular.

It was our first time at the Glass and it was highly recommended by my friend. The food was excellent and different from anywhere else, which is a great feature. Our server was outstanding; he was present but not overwhelming so, and very helpful. We hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our meal and the service was good. However the inside dining area was closed for a private event and it was a cold night for eating outside. We ate in the bar and it was okay but not great for ambiance. It would’ve been nice to know about the private event before we arrived.

As others have said the location and view are excellent. The hotel is something special, and going down the steps to the restaurant past the waterfall seemed really promising. Our table wasn’t ready, but we were 5 mins early, so that was OK. The appetizers were well presented, but bland. The “katsu chicken” was unseasoned cooked chicken breast soaked in BBQ sauce - not breaded and fried. The cabbage it was served with was tasteless - not spicy at all. The rib eye was OK. Nothing special. Once we got to our table, the service was good and it was nice (but noisy) on the heated patio. Couldn’t really appreciate the falls in the dark. I would go back, but probably earlier (day light or dusk) and stick to cocktails and small plates.

The restaurant was very noisy and the service was not as good as it should have been. It took ten minutes for someone to seat us and the waitress did not show up for another ten to fifteen minutes. The restaurant appears to be understaffed and disorganized. We would not return to this restaurant.

The ambiance was wonderful. The food was delicious; however the menu was quite limited and all sides were an additional charge and all $10-18. While my steak was a generous portion, the expensive sides and appetizers were very small for the price. $10 for about 10 steak fries is absurd. I would go back for the scenery but if it wasn’t for that, I doubt I would return. A bigger menu with more reasonably-priced side dishes would change that opinion. As for service, our waitress was nice but she was the only one on so she got a little busy. The bartender was great. He even took our picture for us by the waterfall without us even asking.

The ambiance is amazing and I’ve heard great things. We waited for almost 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the host stand. Ordered drinks at the bar while we waited for our table and when we ordered the third drink for our group the bartender noticed one of those cocktails already made sitting on the bar and gave it to us. At first we didn’t think anything of it, but when we sat down it was warm and separating so we took it back for a fresh one, which they did happily make. We ended up leaving after drinks. Would go back to try Glass again it may have been an off night.

Glass is a definite "must see" if you are traveling to the area and want a great dining experience with a beautiful view! Doug and Shianne at the bar were incredible and very attentive. On top of that, they make crazy tasty drinks!!! They serve small plates per say but don't be fooled because you will get full. The view is amazing but make sure to go when it's daylight (dusk) so that you can get the full effect of the falls. Obviously, everyone has their own opinions and expectations of certain things, but my fiancé and I had a great time and will continue to return to Glass when we travel to the area.

We had tried Glass earlier in the week and decided to come back again prior to leaving the area of Hawley, PA. The staff were very friendly. The tapas menu was perfect for sharing and getting to try a number of different dishes. Both my wife and I would recommend the Frito Misto, which consisted of fried calamari, scallops and shrimp. The sliders, consisting of three perfectly done burgers were excellent. We will dine here again when staying at the Ledges Hotel.

We waited 40 minutes for drinks during which time our two appetizers were promptly delivered and both were bland and unimpressive. This gave us plenty of time to consider leaving without dinner which we did. The location and view were lovely. Perhaps if the food was better I would give it another try after the poor service but with both it’s just a waste of a lovely space.

The food was very good and the portions were more than enough for the two of us to share. One of the appetizer specials was veggie spring rolls. They were fabulous. Waitstaff was very good. We had drinks at the bar and our bartender was very good, fun stories. Would definitely come back. The views of the waterfall are gorgeous. After our meal they lit the firepit for us and we just chilled out there listening to the waterfall and enjoying the ambiance and nature!
