I'm a big fan of hookah, and that hookah that I smoked in Glass Lounge was the worst I've ever tried. Firstly, the hookah was made in a small pot, it spoils the taste, and I don't understand what prevents the owners of the Glass from acquiring normal high hookah pots for their customers. Secondly, the tobacco itself. I ordered my favorite Starbuzz, but it tasted like a hay and almost did not smoke. I had to call a hookah guy and ask him to do something with my hookah, because it was impossible to smoke. But even after the hookah guy had brought a new pot, it was still impossible to smoke it. No doubt, Glass Lounge is the worst hookah place of all I know.

We waited almost 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a wrap. Then the chicken sandwich came with salad instead of fries. It then took another 12 minutes to get some French fries. I could have understood the delay if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't. The manager gave us some story about the kitchen being backed up due to deliveries, at 12am????

Great experience at glass lounge, my hookah was fancy and priced accordingly. I noticed some black spots on the interior of the base, made me question the sanitary conditions of the hookah...

Service was slow at times, and our waitress was not upfront about including the gratuity in the bill.

This place has a great ambience and amazing food! I know hookah bars and they usually have bad food, except this place. My date had a gyro that looked gourmet. The hookah is so classy and literally in glass. The waitress told me that they are adding a bar section that is opening next week. New favorite spot!

The service was very slow and the food was not tasteful at all. My guest and I thought it was weird that the food wasn't plated - it is brought out in plastic containers which take up a lot of space. However, the hookahs were very good!

The atmosphere was very laid back, classy and comfortable. The hookah was great just too pricey aso well as the food. The food definitely could be taken up a couple of notches it was too bland and not worth the price at all

The decor was very nice and I love how they turn up the music with a hot birthday song for any table celebrating a birthday when they bring out the ice cream with sparklers!

This place doesn't have any alcoholic drinks. No one mentioned about this in the reviews. Hookah was excellent.

Such a gorgeous gem. It was my first time there but I loved everything about it. But above all - the hookah was TOP NOTCH!!! Best I've had in all of LA and the valley. Food and food choices were superb. Everyone was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful place, very chill. We got there early so it was kind of quiet, but then it started filling up.
