Service was great
Great food and excellent service. We arrived in time for happy hour so that was a bonus. The dining is open air but covered and overlooks a beautiful park. Save room for desert because the guava bread pudding was amazing !
Food & service were great!
Lovely outdoor experience. Charming wait staff. Delicious croquetas.
The ambiance, the food, the staff… everything was perfect :)
Great outdoor spot; attentive service; great food; only downside was the cigar smoker a few tables over. 🤷🏻♀️ Wish that there was an absolute no smoking rule.
We were seated more than 45 min after our reservation time. Received a bunch of nonsense excuses, we called you, we texted you etc
Not an adequate explanation. After that service was ok and food ok too
Went for brunch on my bday with my family, food was tasteless, cold and not worth the price (ex $25 for chicken & waffles). It’s a shame because the atmosphere and the place are very nice. Definitely not coming back!
Horrible service. Our server was extremely rude. Food was ok.
Restaraunt has a great ambience and the locaion is perfect with a good outside dining area and great adjacent kids play area for younger childrean under 10-11 yrs. Service staff and food are good but the reception staff seem disconnected from the availalability. At one point we were turned away only to immediatly book a table on the OPEN TABLE app and then get seated straight away. Why could the reception staff not do this. Generally a great restraunt and experience with fantastic location and ambience. Good value happy hour 3pm to 6pm. All menu options need to be made available. We did not see the childrens menu option until our 6th visit.
Enjoyed the food, drinks, and service. The live music was way too loud for the small space.
Was a great experience and the service was spectacular the lady was super nice.
The food was great and the outdoor seating was so nice.
A beautiful outdoor location in the Grove. Excellent food and great service.
Glass and Vine used to be a favorite. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The server was rushed, brought the check before we were done eating, and took away the bottle of wine...that had 1/4 bottle left. The Mahi was overcooked. The ambience is still lovely. The bathrooms were filthy - they hadn't been cleaned in ages and there was broken glass on the floor. Disappointed for sure.
It was nice!!!
Great birthday dinner. Our server Dani was fantastic! Entree portions were nice size but the apps were really small for the price.
Lemon parpadelle w chicken
churrasco were very good.
Wine choice good
Very nice outdoor sitting where we could catch some of the live music playing inside. Service was very good, not rushed. We enjoyed the cowboy ribeye with broccolini and a charred cauliflower on the side, all cooked excellently. The tuna tartare was ok but less impressive.
Greatly improved menu. Great service from Sam. Will definitely be back.
Great food, and lovely ambiance. Great place for a casual dinner and ideal for outdoor seating during covid times
Happy Hour is a GREAT deal. Food was okay! Nothing extraordinary
A lovely meal, but people are too close to each other and no one wears masks….
It was my mothers birthday and unfortunately the experience was frustrating. No croquettes, the sangria was watered down, no coffee. Dirty glasses and a long wait to sit even though we had reservations and longer for food. Also, if the menu says something comes with whipped cream and fruit, I would like to get it. I know it seems petty, but this place isn’t cheap and they’re cutting corners. Their saving Grace is the park where I can run around with my toddler but I’m not sure I’m willing to put up with the terrible service from the restaurant. The server herself was nice but just overwhelmed with too many tables and management didn’t seem to care.
Perfect weather! Not too crowded, great music, great drinks and food. Carlos our waiter was great.
I’ll start off by saying that I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in Miami and this one is the worst by far. First the front ladies are rude. There was barely any drinks and the one we picked tasted like lime in water. We thought well the foods gonna be good (yeah right)I got truffle fries and i got dried fries with Barely any truffle. Fried fish wasn’t bad. Honestly the only reason I think they get customers is because it’s a nice first time date cuase you’ll never go back again. And honestly the five stars that they have saying that the food is great I think it’s the same employees…. I recommend not to waste your time there is thousands of nicer restaurants in Miami.
This is our second negative experience at Glass and Vine. I tend to keep these things to myself and I had asked my husband to not mention anything to our server when we requested the check because he couldn't care less. Upon ordering our food, we realized that the kitchen was out of about half the menu (it was a Saturday night at 7PM), which is totally fine - they were open all day, these things happen. We then went ahead and ordered the watermelon salad, the charred cauliflower and the gnocchis. The gnocchis arrived first, mildly warm. After a few minutes, we decided to dig in because we didn't want to let it get completely cold... about five minutes after we had finished the gnocchi and the server picked up our plate, we got our charred cauliflower. It was soggy and cold. We finished the cauliflower and were wondering someone had forgotten our watermelon salad. A few minutes later, the salad arrived. At the end of our meal. Not once did the server check on us or on the food. Not only that, but only refilled our water at the end of our meal when we requested the check. To make this even more ridiculous, there is a preselected gratuity. We love to top and are always grateful for quality service but this was trash.
Nice ambience with outdoor seating. Food was delicious. Our server Cathia was excellent.
The night was perfect, food was very tasty and abundant. Thanks for a wonderful night.
Outstanding New Year’s Eve night
New Year's Ever Prix Fixe underperformed. Server wasn't interested and as I watched other staff, they didn't look eager to please. Then again, they probably wanted to be elsewhere. Food came out of kitchen as if it were a production line. First course pasta dish must have sat out for awhile. NY Strip was uneventful. Cheesecake and chocolate cake were good.
New Years eve. Out of a wine list of 40+ bottles, only 3 were available. No mention of a prix fix menu when I reserved. Pasta was overly tart and the sauce was a thick paste. The branzini fish was perfect as was the steak and tuna tartar. Dessert was a disaster. Our wait person, with honesty and good humor saved the night. Also the bathroom facilities were frightful. Did I mention it was NYE?
The ambiance was so nice… I wish the food would match the location. Beautiful place… terrible food! Mahi was dry and over cooked. Steak was a tiny portion (definitely not 10oz) and was rubbery. We really wanted to like it, but we were so disappointed ☹️
Horrible experience!! They are extremely short staffed and overbook the restaurant.
Food came out cold and at different times and took an hour.
Tried to give us the same cold steak frites twice!
They also are out of many items including Tito’s vodka.
Really disappointed and they thankfully didn’t charge us for the steak.
Worst experience ever!!! Reservation was at 1:45pm, we were seated 30mins after, once seated waitress came 10mins later, said brb because she needed to grab another little machine to take our order, she left and never came back, when I started looking for her saw her taking another table’s order, my 7yrs old boy was starving, and asked me to please leave so we did it. It’s understandable if they’re short staffed because Covid but nothing justified the terrible service.
Food was great, but service was terribly slow. Our server rarely came to the table and when she did, she seemed aloof; like her head was elsewhere. She forgot a lot of stuff - drinks, etc. We had to keep asking her for what he had ordered (ie: water). She also took a very long time to bring us our bill when we asked. We had to ask her twice for it.
Service was terrible. Waited over an hour for our food.
Tourist trap. The ambience is great, but the food is bland and the service is terrible.
Great outdoor seating and good happy hour! If you have kids, the park is next to the restaurant- convenient.
Birthday lunch. Lovely afternoon and great food.
Excellent restaurant! Only reason I didnt gove 5 stars is because of service. It was good but wasn't excellent
